Flor and Luis did a great job cleaning our home. It smelled great and the added touch of the decorated tissue box and toilet paper holder was very nice.

Excellent job with cleaning! We have a dog and two cats in our house and once the cleaning was done, it was very hard to find the animal hair. Elidia did a great job.

We were provided cleaning services by Maria who was phenomenal! Very efficient, kind and attention to detail! As you would want your home to be treated! We’re so thrilled to have primavera cleaning services and highly recommend them :) thank you Maria for being amazing!!

I have been using Primavera for the past year and am very happy with their services! I have a standard cleaning once a month, and so greatly appreciate the free time that this gives me. The office staff is very responsive and helpful. Every cleaning technician has been wonderful, I have no complaints. My most recent cleaning was by Maria C. She was very thorough, the laundry room had extra shine! Blitz did the previous two months and was very prompt and left the house spotless. Thank you!

We've been using Primavera for years and have been so happy with our experiences! Most recently, Lizmar cleaned our home and did a fabulous job, getting to details that certainly needed a good clean. I also really appreciate how well Primavera accommodates our busy schedule and works with us.

Primavera has been wonderful for us! With the addition of our third child and two full-time working parents, keeping the house clean has been impossible. But Primavera has been a lifesaver. Maria G and the rest of the technicians are amazing, and go above and beyond to make our house feeling new. From folding our kids blankets and making their beds to other little touches around the house, it is truly top-notch service. And add the stellar communication and there’s no better choice for a cleaner.

We have Primavera perform a deep cleaning several times a year. Jose and Teresa make our home absolutely spotless! Not only are they wonderful cleaners, Primavera stays in contact with us before, during and after our cleaning to make sure our wishes are carried out and we are fully satisfied with our service. Best clean my house ever got. They came in and cleaned the whole place in only a few hours, didn't need really any direction other than what they were allowed to clean, AND were polite and professional the whole time. First time getting my house professionally cleaned and I'll for sure be having them do it again in the future!

Flor and Luis from Primavera did a fantastic job with the deep clean of our home. I was amazed at the work they were able to get done in only half a day - they got the house cleaner than we could have in an entire weekend. Very corporate, poor communication and rude office staff. Some of the cleaners are great but some don’t do everything on the list and the company’s only response is to ask for photos of the dust. Customer service is really lacking for a place that feels so corporate. Different cleaners would come each week and the time was not confirmed until about 24 hours in advance then a “lockout fee” of the full price is charged if you weren’t ready for the cleaners at the time that was just confirmed a day before. Would be 5/5 if the communication was better and the company cared about the services being done to the checklist in the contract consistently. Happy to try other options and clean myself instead of working with this company.

Very professional cleaners ! Yescenia did a great job and our home felt and smelled fresh and clean! We are grateful to her for her excellent skills! She is a hard worker!!

Omelia is a hero. We have some old white grout in our shower and have tried everything to get it clean. We walked in after our cleaning and our house was spotless and our grout was sparkly white instead of its unfortunate typical orange color. I was so excited I made my husband run upstairs and look!

It’s the little touches like our Kleenex box that had Kleenex fluffed out and looking nice, our sons stuffies arranged adorably, and EVERYTHING being dusted.

We switched cleaning services recently because the old service had raised prices substantially. We’ve had Ana and Abel of Primavera clean for us twice so far and we are very happy with the results. Our condo looked great and smelled fresh after each cleaning. They have a wonderful attitude and work ethic. I would highly recommend Primavera (and Ana and Abel specifically) to anyone looking for cleaning services.

Primavera has serviced our home approximately three years. Our home is an old Victorian. We have been very pleased with their work and efficiency in cleaning our home. Always on time and flexible with time changes as needed.

Tried to book this company to clean. They were unclear in the hours they would be arriving when booking. When they arrived earlier than expected, they attempted to call to say they were locked out. I tried returning the call multiple times once we received the phone calls with no answer or return phone call back that day. They then proceeded to try to charge me the full amount without cleaning anything. After finally getting them on the phone, they did waive the charge for the full amount, but this is definitely something to be aware of when looking to book.

I hired them for a deep cleaning of our house. They did a good job cleaning the house. I’d recommend the service.

I will never use them again; their team came to my home and now my wife's wedding ring is gone. They were also told not to go in the room where the ring was at. Of course, they are saying that they have been with us a long time and this has never happened.

All of our cleanings from Primavera have been fantastic, but Silvia's cleaning today was above and beyond!
