What an amazing cleaning experience. The staff was prompt, professional and focused on every task. They paid attention to detail and made sure that the service was complete and surpassed my expectation.

I loved the fact that Raven utilized the help of young people to assist her. You could clearly see the time spent in training. The young ladies were so polite and well-mannered.

I was searching for a cleaning company to use for our move out cleaning as we did not have the time to take of of work to do the deep clean ourselves, we booked with Raven from Divine Cleaning Services and it was awesome! The communication was great, when they were done they sent pictures so we would know what to expect and it looked absolutely flawless. So much stress has been lifted off of us because of Divine Touch Cleaning. Highly recommend! :)

I had never used a cleaning service until today because I feared that a service would never put the same amount of time and care into cleaning my home that I do...Now I have 2 young children and do not have the same time to clean that I used to.

The Divine Cleaning team has blown me away with the insane attention to detail that they had while deep cleaning my entire home.

Miss Elsie alone spent over 5 hours in my kitchen that "looked clean" to an outsider.

I was pressed for time to get out of my house due to property being sold. I came across a nice townhome with all the needs i needed but because I needed to move quickly, the place was very dirty. Divine Touch Cleaning were very polite, professional and communicated with me from the quote until the actual service. The service was don’t so throughly. they paid attention to every area of the home. walking inside the house left me speechless as it smelled so clean and welcoming. If I could give the company and staff a 10 out of 10 I would. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your cleaning needs. Nice, Professional and Prompt! I highly recommend!! Raven and her team have been wonderful to work with as we expand our short-term rental portfolio. They are always open to adjusting processes/procedures as we learn the type of cleaning that is needed at each property. They have a solid system for booking cleanings and great communication mechanisms. I highly recommend them!

This company has earned the 5 star rating. They have excellent communication throughout the process. Furthermore, they did an AMAZING job deep cleaning and their staff were a pleasure to work with. Every single staff member was friendly, kind, positive, and attentive to the unique aspects of the house. They were quick to consult when approaching tricky areas or areas needing further consultation. They made no assumptions and delivered an exceptional customer experience. Will 100% use them again for deep cleaning and hope to schedule monthly cleanings in the near future.

They helped clean my basement after severe flooding in the area, and didn't price gouge me like a lot of companies tried to, which I appreciated. However, I paid for a deep clean, and there were several spots they missed. Attention to detail wasn't there. They didn't clean the foundation walls at all, which I discussed with the receptionist, they knocked a bunch of things over, and also left a lot of debris in my floor drain, which we needed to shop vac out on our own. Will not use this company again.

Divine Touch was there for me at the last minute after two other cleaning companies cancelled on me within days of my move-out. They were great with communication and the cleaner they sent was nice and thorough. I would have saved myself a lot of trouble had I hired Divine Touch in the first place. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience both times they came! On the first visit, I reached out as I was struggling with depression and my home space became cluttered and messy. Not only was Beth very gentle and communicative with me, via text, but they did a full thorough job on the space. Raven was efficient and decisive with her work and did an awesome deep clean! I had them come a second time for a standard cleaning a few weeks later to maintain the space and again, I have nothing but praise!

Five + stars for Divine Touch for their professionalism, consistency, reliability, communication, and of course excellent cleaning of my Airbnb. It was great to meet with Raven to go over details in person about my specific needs as a home owner renting my property. They sent me photos each time they cleaned my home and followed my instructions perfectly in staging the beds and other areas. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Divine Touch. Bought garden soil on sale for a great price!

I was checking out with 4 garden plants at the self checkout. The service girl was to busy on her phone to even offer to help me with bagging my plants. Personal phones should NOT be aloud on the floor when their working.
