Dave took a lot of time to look at the issues we were having and figure out possible causes. He left the room neat and tidy. He also cleaned our dryer vent and I was able to see the amount of blockage we had which was significant. He was knowledgeable and did a good job.

Royal Chimney Service has been our Chimney sweep for many years and Jake has been the one doing it for quite a while now. The job is done thoroughly and honestly, and we trust them for doing it right.

On time, clean, knowledgeable and courteous. We would definitely have them out again to sweep / inspect fireplace.

When I called to schedule an appointment they were very responsive and upfront about pricing and services! Luckily they were only a week out in scheduling.

When Jake got here he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Even before he began sweeping, he took his time to figure out potential causes for problems and after the sweep, spent some time troubleshooting to verify that he was correct in his previous assumptions and gave tips on where to look/things to try if more problems persisted. Have a roaring fire now!

Jake, Kevin, & Randy came to the house and were very knowledgeable and friendly and were able to verify nothing obstructing my chimney (basically took cap off and shined flashlight down there). Did not charge me for the service and had some extra advice regarding my boiler and carbon monoxide detector. Loved the service and would suggest hiring this firm to anyone. Will definitely call them in future if need be. Jake, Kevin, and Randy....YOU ROCK

Had them out to inspect and clean a gas fireplace that hadn't been used in a couple of years.

The tech they sent out, Del, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and PATIENT, with all my questions. I've never had a gas fireplace before so he basically had to show me how to use it and explained in great detail the common issues and things to watch out for.

I highly recommend this company and especially Del!

Jake, Kevin, and Randy provided outstanding customer service and technical work on my home’s chimney ventilation system. I had no heat in my house and was needing immediate support, which was difficult to find. Jake bent over backwards to make sure that I had someone out at the house first thing in the morning. The issue was diagnosed quickly and the fix completed efficiently. I would highly recommend using these guys.

Jake with Royal Chimney was phenomenal. He listened to us, provided a recommendation and a quote. We purchased Hargrove Radiant Heat logs. Jake arrived on time. He protected our carpet. He removed the old logs and took the time to arrange the new logs for the best ambience. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. And we now have a beautiful, cozy fire in our fireplace.
