Royal Chimney Service have cleaned our chimney for last decade or so. Always on time and courteous! Communication is good and consistent. Then we needed the back of our firebox replaced. RCS did a great job (Josh and Evan). There were a couple of issues with cracked bricks and they came back to take care of the issues. I would recommend RCS to anyone needing chimney services for all your fireplace needs.

Jake was awesome He had a lot of great tips and info on how to get our fire going with less smoke/no smoke and to avoid backups into the house. Thanks Jake!

We have been using Royal Chimney Service for many years. Dave comes every time we arrange our appts. Always professional and friendly. Uses carpet liner to walk from entrance to fireplace and ladders to check outside chimney/tuckpointing. This time we had a chimney check and cleaning but we have had other services from them over the years including chimney liner and chimney cap. Always great work! We love our natural fire place!

We have not had our chimney cleaned for sometime. We gave Royal Chimney Service a call and they sent Jake out to handle our cleaning. Jake found some minor issues took care of those and cleaned our fireplace. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jake.

We have always used Royal Chimney for our fireplace/ chimney cleaning and inspections. We usually work with Jake, who has been so helpful educating us on how our gas fireplace works, how to keep it running efficiently, and how to troubleshoot basic issues. He is always available to call if we have any questions. Several years ago Jake went above and beyond providing insurance documentation for us to upgrade to a gas fireplace after we (unknowingly) had a chimney fire in the natural fireplace. We hope to always work with Jake and Royal Chimney!
