Tech arrived on time. Introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. Through check of the unit was done including rinsing off the coils.

Office staff was courtesy and quick to return my call.

Was apprehensive about changing to a different service company but now could kick myself for not doing it sooner!

Good price, quality work and took the time to explain various aspects of the AC replacement. When a problem arose (not their fault!) Jim came back the next day and fixed it. They’ve done other installations for me and have two friends in the construction trades who use them exclusively.

We had Proserve do an installation of a new dishwasher. They came highly recommended from a family friend.

As part of the installation they also removed our old dishwasher. Andy our plumber was amazing. He took his time to make sure our countertop and cabinets were not damaged during this process. He patiently answered our questions and explained each step of the process.

Jon the owner of Proserv was great with getting us our estimate and answering our questions about the upcoming installation.

We certainly will use Proserve again for future home projects.

Tom was professional and respectful and did an exceptional job repiping our basement. His insight from experience helped diagnose (and fix) a problem that another company couldn't solve. These guys were amazing! We had a leaking water heater and a broken air conditioner. I called them at 6:50am expecting an answering service. Heather answered and told me the plumbing guys would be there in an hour with a new water heater, and the AC guys shortly after. And it happened just like that!! By 10:15am we had hot water and cooler air. They were all super polite and very efficient! I will be recommending ProServ to all of my friends and family! A1 service so hard to find sometimes. When our basement flooded, our water heater stopped working. We called ProServ, the gentleman who answered was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. He quoted us a lower number than Home Depot to swap out a water heater. We were also concerned about our HVAC, they offered the tech could check and diagnose on the same day.
Within a few days (probably would have come sooner but this was the “thousand year flood” so everyone in the area got flooded & all restoration companies were busy), Justin came out at the time frame he was scheduled.
Justin was friendly, courteous & he communicated exactly what would occur.
Once finished, he let us know we did not need anything fixed on our HVAC however, he found a separate leaking water pipe and advised we get that fixed also. He showed me right away and had a bucket under it.
So within the next week, Justin was back out to fix it. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Would recommend.

I have used this company for my heating and plumbing since they were employed by our contractor for a remodel. They are wonderful people to work with and the plumbers and heating/air conditioning specialists are really superb.

Our water heater went On Christmas Day. I called them the day after and they were at my door within 24 hours with a new water heater in hand. Their pricing is extremely competitive with all other companies out there.
