Had issues with our kitchen sink backing up. we tried everything ourselves and nothing worked. Called them on a friday, they walked us through some steps to try to fix it ourselves but ultimately fit us in Monday afternoon. They got the clog right away and were extremely professional and kind! Would recommend.

So grateful to Jeff and Greg. They came same day, got us unclogged and treated. Extremely friendly and very affordable. Our new go to!

Honest, reliable, & affordable! Called on a Saturday and Jeff took the time to talk to me about what was going on, quoted the price over the phone (which was exactly what I paid!), and said he could be out by Monday afternoon. Jeff and Greg arrived by 11am, cleared the sewer line, left me with root killer for no extra cost, and even gave me some insurance tips since i'm a first time home owner. Thank you Jeff and Greg!!

Terrible experience. It should have been a red flag when scheduling the appointment that this company only accepts cash payments. They spent about 15 minutes trying to clear the drain, made a huge mess, to only say they would not be able to remedy the problem. $250 wasted as we were later referred to a different company who had top notch equipment. The knowledgeable technician cared about our problem and home. He cleared our line in about 45 minutes without any mess or issue.

I needed service on a backed up basement drain. They got here in a few hours of me calling and got the job done very quick. Great service and price overall. Highly recommend!

5 stars is not enough! We called Milw Drain Cleaning in the morning since we had a toilet that we couldn't get to work properly and they were here later that day. They went above and beyond to find the issue as it turned out to be more than expected. They kept us informed through the process and made sure we were okay with the next course of action. Will not hesitate to call again. Excellent service!

These guys are the truth! Can't really remember their names right now but I had a main sewer line clog that I had previously had ABC come out to snake and they said they couldn't get it and I would need to have it hydrojetted. Something kept urging me to get a second opinion so I called these guys and they let me know sometimes other companies don't have the right equipment for the job and almost guaranteed they can get it done and they most definitely did! Don't hesitate to contact these guys they were really nice as well!

James and Jeff are extremely efficient. They showed up exactly when they said that would. They’re fast, professional and affordable. And on top of all that, they’re really nice guys! Both were willing to explain exactly what they were doing and gave me some great tips for preventing future problems.

I had a floor drain back up in my house. I called on a Monday morning at 7:30AM, explained what I had going on and was given a quote (I thought a very good price). I said OK and he said he would call before he came...two hours later they showed up and took care of the clog. I'm very pleased with the price and the quick response. I would highly recommend them.

Jeff and Greg were great. Very thorough and fixed my clogged basement train in 15 minutes. They gave me further advice of what I should do going forward and what not to do! I called yesterday to see about having someone come clear out our main sewer line and they were able to get me in quickly! They were fast efficient, and very clean. It took them less than 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable especially compared to the big name companies! Will definitely be using their service again if needed and will pass along their information to all my neighbors and friends!

Jim and Greg... Sorry Greg and Jim..lol came to my house the same day I called for service, even with west allis getting flooded a week prior. They found the original trap concreted into my floor and suggested we cut it out to see if it was still connected to the main line or not. They did not pressure me to pay for this service but gave me many reasons based on experience why I really should have this done. I am a new home owner and dont know my house fully yet. Upon accessing this line we discovered that it was fully packed with sludge and was creating a sink hole under my house. They got my water and drains working better then they ever have since buying the house. Making things better, I had a different contractor come twice in March to do the same thing. Except they told me that the main access point was sealed in concrete because it was disconnected. (lie) they spent 3 hours snaking my drains on 2 occasions and they still got blocked within a few months and never really had proper flow. Greg and Jim were in and out in 30 min. Explained everything to me while they were doing it. Answered all my questions throughly, and were super experienced. Best money i ever spent. They saved me from my house sinking in the future when I simply called for a line to be snaked. Thanks guys

These guys are fantastic. I called on a holiday and made arrangements for the next day. They showed up and cleared a massive clog in the main stack under the basement slab. After they cleared the clog, they shared some great insight into avoiding the problem in the future. I’m super thankful it wasn’t too serious, but if it had been, I would have been in great hands. No need to look elsewhere for drain cleaning needs. These guys are the best out there.
