Called Jeff at 830pm on a wednesday, he was very helpful is talking me through stemming my basement drain backing up with water. I was able to stop it till he was able to come over and fix the issue properly. And his prices are great! Thanks again Jeff!!!

Jeff and Greg were awesome! Called them in an emergency plumbing situation and they came to my house as soon as they could. Had great communication, arrived when they said they would, and completed the necessary work quickly. They explained everything they were doing and offered preventative suggestions for the future. You can tell they take pride in their small business and are committed to customer satisfaction. Pricing is also very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone!

These guys did an amazing job! It turned out that my issues were greater than I had described. They worked very hard and he still kept the price right where he originally quoted me! They also fit me into a busy day and still came with smiles. Highly recommend!

Amazing guys running an honest, efficient, and a fair cost business. Called at 8am Monday and they were at the house within two hours. The clog was way out in the street, had to add multiple extensions, but held true to their original price quote. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and treated us with respect. I absolutely recommend them and they will be the only business we call going forward if we have a clogged pipe issue again!

Talk about fast! They were there 10 minutes after I called. I appreciated that they gave me up front pricing which was half of what I was quoted by a big franchise company. They were thorough, knowledgeable and extremely nice guys. They took the time to explain everything, gave me information on how to prevent further backups and even gave me advice on additional home owners coverage that could help me in the future. I was so happy and impressed that I recommended them to my daughter before they even left!

Would 110% recommend Greg and Jim, they were professional, fit me into the schedule that same day, they we’re in and out, and they were courteous. A pleasure to work with I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future if you’re on the fence about them and not advertising, don’t be it’s money well spent at an amazing price.

Company was quick to arrive and adequately cleared the drain. However they left such a mess that I could never recommend them to anybody. They didn't wipe the mud from their boots when they walked through my house, but that was the least of my worries.

After attempting to clear a bathroom drain unsuccessfully (and leaving a mess under the sink and on the floor), they went down to the basement to cut a section of my drain pipe for better access.

Why they didn't think to have a bucket underneath the pipe as they were cutting it is beyond me. But the result was black sludgey drain water on my wall and basement floor.

When they were finished up and I asked if they would clean up after themselves I was told that no - they don't clean up their mess. They said that they have too much equipment on the truck to fit anything to help them with cleaning.

So while my drain was unclogged I had to spend my afternoon mopping up standing sludge water and wiping down my walls. Then cleaning my bathroom and hallways upstairs.

Do not recommend.

I needed a drain cleaning company to come out and clean out a basement drain that was backing up. I called Milwaukee Drain Cleaning and spoke to Jeff. He immediately stated he could get there today but it would be in the evening as he had 2 more jobs he had to do yet. He could have easily said he was too busy but he knew I needed help soon so he graciously offered to come over later. He said he would call me about 20 minutes from arriving and that's exactly how it went. He called and said he was 20 minutes out. Upon arriving, Jeff and his counterpart Greg, quickly went in the basement to assess the problem. He quickly found that some baby wipes were flushed down the toilet and were clogging everything up. (This is a rental property, not my house.) They cleaned everything up and in less than an hour, my tenants were up and running with no issues.

What impressed me most was Jeff stated the price over the phone and that's exactly what the bill was for. I felt bad for both of these guys as they had worked all day without eating anything. I ran over to a Kwik Trip and got them burgers and coffees. They were so appreciative that a customer would do that for them. These guys have long days and the work is exhausting and dirty. They could have gone home to be with their families but instead, accommodated my needs instead of theirs.

Having tried to find a sewer/drain company to come out the same day was a challenge especially since the Milwaukee area has just been hit with the worst rain storm in recent memory. These guys stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. I love that they are a two man team and work together to complete the job. Nothing flashy with Jeff & Greg, just hard working guys wanting to help people in need (at a reasonable price) who do business the old fashioned way, THEY EARN IT! I can't recommend Milwaukee Drain Cleaning enough.

We needed our sewer drain in the basement snaked. Our basement was flooded! Jeff was amazing! They really are 24 hours! I called him at 5AM! He was at my home by 9! He was very professional and helpful! Gave us tips great tips for if we have any more issues! We now have a new plumber! Thanks Jeff

Dan was awesome! Nice and friendly and did a good job. I like ABC Sewer because they do a better job then some of the other companies out there and they have better pricing.
I had them come out after the big flooding 2 weeks ago. We didn't have any backup of any kind, but just about everybody on our block had thousands in damages from the flooding we had in Milwaukee County. Keeping up on routine maintenance. $ 206 for a piece of mind.

We had a clogged drain that was causing a huge headache, and this company came out right away to take care of it. The technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Jeff and Greg were responsive, showed up on time, completely resolved the sewer issue and completed the job quickly and on the quoted budget.

When my regular plumbing service was unable to clear my sewer line, I was left to find another service provider ASAP. Milw Drain Cleaning returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for the next day. Later, I received a call back - they had completed their scheduled appointments and would be able to look at my problem same day. While they also experienced some of the issues my original plumber encountered, Milw Drain Cleaning persevered until my sewer line was open.

Jeff and Greg were awesome. They came in snaked the drain in the basement, talked me through the issue and gave me some tips to help minimize issues going further. Appreciated all they did in a timely manner!

The fellas that fixed my kitchen drain were friendly and knowledgeable and snaked the drain clean in minutes. My son called them on a Sunday and they were at my house midday Monday. I would certainly recommend them to others as well as return to my house if needed again in the future.
