If I could give a negative star , I would. Paid over $900 for a new gas line in the kitchen. Ray was shown a picture of the back of 2 potential stoves I was looking at. BOTH showed the gas line in the center of the back of the Stove so the new gas pipe SHOULD have been placed in the center. Nope, ray placed it on the right side. Ray proceeded to add the following statement to an “invoice”.
“If this spec differs from what was originally provided any redo will be customer’s responsibility and will incur additional costs and materials.” So a PICTURE is not enough for Ray to do his job. Apparently he needs someone to look over his shoulder. He also took it upon himself to use the more expensive materials because it was faster. I was NOT consulted on this. Ray also mentioned he had to take his daughter to confirmation class later. Customers have to request itemized invoices and it still only shows cost of materials, labor and a trip charge because charging me over $900 isn’t enough. The electrician had to install a new outlet in a different location because of the INCOMPETENCE of Ray. If Rozga says they are sending this person ask for some else. Better yet, find a reputable and trustworthy plumber

The conversation with the operations manager who was completely worthless. He did did say if the gas range was not able to be installed they would fix the pipe. The installer WAS NOT ABLE TO INSTALL. When I contacted Rozga, operations manager initially said he didn’t know what they could do about it, trying to blame the location of the 240 outlet as the problem. He did arrange to send someone that afternoon “even though they were swamped” to fix it. After hanging up I received a call from the store I purchased the range from. After leaving, the installer contacted their customer service department and explained the issue. Customer service contacted me and said if I wanted they would send a plumber to fix the problem AT NO CHARGE TO ME. Plumber arrived the next morning and fixed Rozga’s error. Additionally Rozga’s “itemized” bill lumps all parts together. That’s not itemized, that’s a way of hiding price gouging to the customer.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could have someone come to my house the next day (at my request - they offered same day). Dan arrived within the agreed upon window, called in advance as was agreed and let me know when he got here. He was very nice and talked to me about options every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, efficient and great to work with. Was it more than I thought it would be? Yes, but with everything going up it wasn't surprising. He offered options but didn't pressure me to choose something more expensive and labor intensive. I would definitely call Rozga again.

We have used Rozga Plumbing twice now and will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs! The team is responsive and scheduling is easy. They also have a nice feature where you get a text when the technician is on their way and a picture of the technician who will be arriving; which creates a peace of mind in knowing who to be on the lookout for. Recently, our sump pump overflowed, which led our water heater to need replaced. They were able to get us scheduled for a new water heater the very next day, which was a miracle. Our technician, Dan, did a wonderful job. He was respectful both in how he engaged with us and putting down mats to protect our flooring as he moved equipment around. He explained the process of replacing the water heater and walked us through the new water heater, such as how to increase the water temperature. Overall, a great experience and I would 100% recommend Rozga Plumbing!

Rozga was wonderful! I had a leaky toilet, sink and shower! Eric K. was great. Completed everything very timely and correctly. He kept me informed along the way. Very respectful of my home. Will definitely use Rozga again!

Arnold was punctual upon scheduled arrival. Very professional, yet congenial explaining the work he was about to do to for us. I wanted a second opinion why our basement sewer drain kept backing up. He showed me the sewer camera views of our pipe system. He explained the options for us to look at for future possible expenditures. He is so methodical in his work that was not seen by the 2 previous sewer drain companies who serviced us the past 2 months. He even repaired the 2 damaged sewer access plugs that were damaged by the 2 previous companies.
He used drop cloths, scrap/trash buckets in his work and did not leave a mess like the other two companies. Note he visually showed me that he rectified the the drainage situation.
I can not speak highly enough of Arnold for the work he id for me. He is a tribute to his trade. Well done Arnold. Thank You so much. Rozga and Arnold will be my choice for any future plumbing work.

Dan replaced my 18 y/o water heater today and he did an outstanding job. VERY professional and efficient young man. Everything was explained very well. No surprises.

This is the fourth time Rozga Plumbing has serviced my home over the past 8 or so years and I’ve been VERY pleased every time.

We’ve had multiple plumbing companies out to our house, but Rozga has been the absolute best! Before arriving, you receive a text message with the name and photo of who will be arriving. It’s a small detail, but it’s really great to know who to be expecting.

Eric W. was so respectful to us and our home, really listened to our explanation, and was dedicated to finding the reason behind the continuous problems. The outstanding effort he put in finally identified the issues we are having, and I cannot appreciate that enough!! He explained the process and his findings every step of the way which was very informative to understand what was happening, and how it was being addressed.

Plumber Arnold is awesome. He is smart and works tirelessly to fix and prevent problems. He tells me everything I need to know in a way I can understand to make the best decisions. He covers all the details and approaches the work like a surgeon.

We scheduled a major rework of our laterals and new water lines throughout particularly for a larger basement bathroom that we relocated for a complete basement remodel. I sincerely dreaded the noise and mess to follow from the concrete cuts, dust, hauling concrete out and stone and new cement back downstairs! I expected and feared the whole house and yard would be a disastrous muddy dirty mess. However, The Rozga crew headed up by Arnold (Arnie) with the incredibly hard working guys-Callahan, Dan, Eric, Evan and Hunter was admirable. These gentlemen started early and worked all day long going up and down our basement stairs repeatedly for days hauling things in and out and up and down and they just kept working! It was quite impressive. Our arthritic knees ached just watching them work. From start to finish the attention to detail was impeccable. Plastic walls from floor to ceiling were set up to help keep the mess to a minimum in the rest of the home and at each days end the basement was left as clean as possible which we could not have appreciated more! A huge shout of praise with a side of thank you to Arnie and the entire Rozga crew for their professionalism, cleanliness and very very hard work. We will use Rozga in the future should the need arise. Again, thank you all.

I called about have a new bathroom faucet installed and slow pressure and drainage in my bathroom sink. Matt R was here the next morning and on time. They always call before arriving. Matt took the time to explain my options and handled the job without any issues. I would recommend them for any of your needs or if you need an emergency plumbing problem. Five stars 🌟

This was my first time using Rozga and I have to say I am very, very happy. Eric from Rozga showed up on time (even 3 minutes early) and was able to fish out the wire cup brush I dropped down the basement drain (don't ask how that happened ) in no time at all.

Eric was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and I will have no hesitation contacting Rozga again for my future plumbing needs.

The price was also very reasonable as well. Thanks for the great service!

We had our faucet and kitchen sink replaced. Arnold S. he was very friendly, courteous and considerate. He came and did our estimate and also did the actual install. We recommend Rozga for any plumbing need. The customer service from the whole business was exceptional.

Excellent experience with Razga. We needed help with getting shut-off valves to the outside faucets replaced to ensure the house was safe from the winter deep freeze coming. Jason was great to work with and got everything done quickly at a fair price. Great company to work with!

S and C Plumbing was called to replace a broken gate valve at the water meter. Turned out that both valves (one before and one after the meter) needed replacement. Kevin was prompt, professional and courteous. Multiple trips had to be made due to difficulties encountered by the water dept who needed to shut off the water outside the house. Repairs were completed and the water dept came back to turn the water on outside the house. Kevin returned one last time to turn on the water inside the house and check for leaks. There were none. The cost was quite reasonable compared to what is shown online for this type of repair.

It has been a pleasure working with Billy, he was very prompt scheduling our HVAC estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions. We appreciate that he is willing to work on our attic furnace, it is a nice attic space but a few companies flat out said no, sight unseen. The work was completed by two very friendly and professional employees, very conscientious about cleaning up which is appreciated!
