Randomly chosen off internet, clearly publicized price for services. Turned out great, the men showed up in three hours and had my sewer line cleaned out in half an hour. And gave very good advice on how to solve/repair any further problems. I highly recommend them and believe me I’ve been burned in the past.

No one wants a plugged sewage pipe from the house to the tank outside. But, Jeff and Greg did an amazing job cleaning that pipe out, so we can get back to our daily plumbing usage, like sinks, toilets, shower and washing clothes, etc.... Basement water/sewer backups are never good!!! I called Sunday evening and the guys came out Monday and got our water flowing again quickly. They were timely, kind and cost for the clean out was VERY reasonable!! THANK YOU!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had a plumbing backuo start on friday and it continued into Saturday. Jeff was the first person I found on Google and we have him a call. He was very quick to respond and he was at our home within 30 minutes of us telling him our problem. He went above and beyond explaining what our issue was and solving our shower backup onto of our main back up. He will be our go to from here on out. Support local!

Jeff and his team came highly recommended from a plumber in the Milwaukee area we had used & trusted prior. Jeff picked up the phone when I called at 7 PM and was able to fit in my service call in under 48hrs. He was upfront about the cost and had no service fee. I was given a heads up both from my prior plumber and from Jeff that only cash payment was accepted. Jeff provided me with a written receipt and was able to solve my problem with great cleanup of the area within an hour. He also provided guidance on how to prevent the issue in the future.

Put camera down main pipe to inspect. The tech was vary nice and educated me and answered any questions I had. Down to earth people and company. Your missing out on a great experience with this company. Please check them out.

Called Rozga with uncertainty due to our water heater leaking from the bottom. From the top to the Bottom. Just straight up professionalism. Cody answered the phone and answered all of our questions took the time to go over the process and had us send a photo of the information off of our water heater in, so that he could look up info on it. Turns out it had a 12 yr warranty from home depot. Cody went above and Beyond by verifying the warranty for us which i had no idea about. Once verified he let us know that normally we had to have the water heater sent back to Home Depot and exchanged for a new one and then they could put in the new one but...WHEN I say ROZGA went above and beyond...let me tell you. JASON from Rozga came out and coordinated with Cody like clockwork, and informed us that depending on how Home Depot exchanged it we may owe the difference but if that was the case, we would get a new 12 year warranty!! Jason then Took the old heater out. Hauled it to Home depot and brought us a brand new Water heater. All in all we were out $1150.00 but we have a brand new water heater with a new 12 yr warranty. And to finish it all up. Cody called us the next day to confirm our warranty and to give us the dates so that we knew it was registered. I cannot stress this enough. If you want it done the right way the first time. YOU CALL ROZGA, and you ask for Cody and Jason. They take care of you.

Unfortunately, the winter vortex was unkind to our tankless water heater. The extreme cold had caused internal components to rupture within. We had to turn off all hot water access in the house to stop the leak. We called multiple area plumbers, and Rozga was the first to call back. Within 45 minutes of talking on the phone, Sam was at our house looking at the problem and giving us his honest opinions as to what we needed. After he left, within a hour, Sam had sent us the emailed quote detailing both a replacement tankless option and the standard tank. We decided to go back to a tank. He had availability the next day, and within 24 hours of the initial issue, we were back up and running with hot water. Everyone we worked with was personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them in our home and they did good work. I am happy to support a local business and would highly recommend them to others.

Arnold, Taylor, Steve and several other wonderful Rozga peeps were incredible in helping me get several repairs and upgrades done on an efficient timeline. I am grateful and recommend them wholeheartedly!

I was a returning customer for Rozga until today's service. Told them on the phone I have a leaky sink and there's likely a chip in my bathroom sink causing it. When the plumber arrived I provided him with a replacement part he could use to test it out for himself. He decided to use his own identical replacement part and discovered indeed it was a chipped sink unrelated to the part as I suggested. He told me "yea it's chipped and I can't fix it" and still charged me $400, $100 of which was for the replacement part that he got from his truck instead of using the one I had purchased myself for 20 bucks. When I asked him how much I'm paying for his part he said "we don't disclose our prices". Huh? So now I paid $400 for him to tell me what I had already mentioned in the initial phone call, and I still have a leaky sink. Honestly had a good experience with them previously but today I felt so ripped off that I will not be returning.

Ray N of Rozga Plumbing did an excellent job for us today.
Although we knew Rozga Plumbing from seeing trucks around town, this was our first time calling them. Ray was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up before leaving.

Matt was wonderful! He walked us through the process of replacement and did a fantastic job. He was professional and knowledgeable.

We have used Rozga numerous times to replace leaking pipes in our older home and have had a great experience each time. They take the time to go over the options and give you an idea of the cost. We also never felt like they were trying to upsell us or add on additional work. We have used them for our new home and have also had a great experience. We have had a different plumber each time and they have all been excellent!

Ran into some snags when installing our new bathroom vanity and sink. Rozga was able to schedule us for first thing the next day. Ray N. arrived on time and was absolutely fabulous! He was efficient, courteous, mindful, respectful, explained thoroughly what needed to be done, kept on track with the work, and was willing to add an additional task to the initial repair. He is extremely organized and made sure everything was clean before leaving. (and has a great sense of humor even while trying to work around our 3 very curious cats - lol) GREAT WORK!!!! I will use Rozga again and will recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Excellent work. Arnold and his crew were professional and efficient. Replaced all the sewer lines underneath our basement floor in three days. Work on time and on schedule. Kept us informed every step of the way. Took great care to minimize the mess and cleaned up everything. Everyone who worked on the job was great -was a pleasure to have them in our house. We have used Rozga for all our plumbing needs - sump pump replacement, connection to city water, sewer lateral replacement and now this project. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service! We had a troublesome bathtub faucet issue in our 1887 Victorian that another plumber couldn’t figure out. Eric came out and creatively fixed the issue less than 24 hours after we contacted Rozga. We will definitely use Rozga again in the future!

Seriously jealous of all the positive reviews. We hired Rozga to install a new shower arm and drain. Over $2K. The job they did was messy. Chipped exposed drywall in the shower, split 2x4 for shower arm support (causing the shower arm to move in and out), and a shower arm that easily moved left and right. Called them back out within 48 hours to fix the movable shower arm and was charged again for 30min of labor. When in reality they should have come out to fix their messy work not at my cost. I have other plumbing projects lined up and will be researching other companies in the area. If you are a single female, prepare to get taken advantage of by Rozga.

Rozga has been our go-to for years for quality, reasonable plumbing work in the MKE area. So grateful to have found a company we can trust! Thanks guys!

I have had Rozga Plumbing out for multiple jobs. Every single job was completed professionally with utmost excellence. Today; they installed a battery backup for my sump pump. It’s very nice to have the security in place to avoid terrible damage to my finished basement along with the furnace, water heater, washer and dryer. They are the very best!
