Then, I was worried, thinking I smelled gas, so Eric came out THAT DAY! He checked my entire house and didn't charge me a dime. Everyone I have delt with has been compassionate, professional and on time. You're not just a customer; they treat you like family!!

My fiance Andrew and I made the New Year's resolution to start turning our house into the dream home we always wanted. Of course this began with a call to Rozga's (which as I am told by my sister who flips houses does the best work). First, Shane W. was the technician sent to us to help with our plumbing problem. We were hearing an extremely loud knocking sound each time the water ran in our upstairs showers/sinks/esp. when using hot water. He figured out the problem and began starting out with the least expensive way to alleviate the noise. He even was able to show us a few replacement parts he would need to use so that my fiance could purchase them at the local hardware store and save us a few $$. I brought up that we had bought a brand new garbage disposal months ago, yet still we were unable to find someone to install it and he was able to do that and help solve the problem we were having with the tubes running to the dishwasher and the sprayer that needed to be replaced for the sink. He was very knowledgeable when answering all my questions, definitely accomplished more than I thought he would be able to get done, had a laid back attitude (which eased my nerves), and when explaining the bill discussed with us other routes we could go if the knocking noise persisted down the line. We will be asking for him in the future again if possible!!
The second problem was a heating issue. Both of the appointments were scheduled the same day and saved us a service fee which was cool! We have a tri-level house making it very hard to heat each level evenly. The technician Chris B. was very intelligent, professional, explained thoroughly to us reasons why certain heating problems were occuring. He is the only person that has ever looked at our furnace and even asked to see the manual! He was very patient with all of my questions and again showed us the best ways to get our humidifier going, tips on how to heat the house the best ways possible with a tricky tri-level home, he pointed out that the furnace is starving for air flow, and was able to give us some suggestions of what we have to work with in our style of home. Chris really knew his stuff and we are looking forward to getting the quotes on some possible work we will need to put into the ventilation system. 5 stars for both Chris B. and Shane W.-they gave us a positive experience with Rozga, and We hope they know how much we appreciated them doing the job and putting us at ease as first time home owners.

Recently had Rozga out for a water heater replacement for a defective unit. They rescheduled their Monday to replace my water heater first thing in the morning. From ownership down, big thank you to Sam, Bryan, Eric and Evan. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. They really do care about the customer.

Had a water heater that wasn't heating properly. Called into Rozga and spoke with Cody, he was courteous and upfront about pricing and walked through the whole process. Eric showed up the next day ready to go. And after back and forth with Eric it was determined that it was a home depot unit with a 12 year warranty. Eric stepped out to discuss with the office. He came back and informed me that normally the policy is that they would unhook the old one and then they would come back and hook up the new one but Eric told me that the office was coordinating the whole thing and they didnt want to leave me high and dry as I have no way to get the water heater back to the store. Eric coordinated everything with the office every step of the way and we were informed that we were required to pay the difference if there was one at Home Depot. Eric brought the new heater back and installed it and was professional and walked us through everything he was doing. Once he was done we got a follow-up call from Cody at the office to inform us that the warranty had been updated for our new unit and that we had a brand new 12 year warranty. Super happy with Rozga. Never had an issue with them but this just solidifies that they're my plumbers for life.

We recently purchased a home in Muskego. When we turned on the hot water it smelled like rotten eggs! Great reviews had us choosing Rozga Plumbing to help us out. The gentleman who answered my call spent a good amount of time explaining things. He was able to get us an appointment within a day. He was very professional and made me feel confident in their services. Ray came out to assess our water issue. He sent a reading for analysis, walked us through our system, and recommended a new water heater and anode rod (rod was corroded). Him and another young man removed our old water heater and installed the new one in just a few hours. Ray was a great resource and gave us good advice. Best of all--our water no longer smells like the sulfur springs at Yellowstone NP!! We would not hesitate to call Rozga for any future plumbing needs.

Evan was the technician. He is a definite asset to Rozga plumbing. He was on time and professional and so informative. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he answered them without any hesitation. Very knowledgeable. The added feature is he talked very highly of Rozga. I will definitely keep using this company for all my plumbing needs. My family and friends will also be told about Rozga.

I had a great experience with Rozga from start to finish. I had a kitchen sink leaking tons of water and needed someone to come in as soon as possible. I called 2 other places that were booked out for a week, and then I spoke with Vince who was able to get someone out same-day. They ended up having a cancellation and were able to arrive even earlier than planned, which was a pleasant surprise. I received a text that Jason would be my technician and included a picture of him which was SO nice. Jason was extremely professional and got right to work on not just addressing the leak, but fixing the root cause of the problem so that it wouldn't happen again. Pricing was very reasonable and everything was taken care of in a couple of hours. I will definitely be using Rozga again for any future plumbing needs!

Our sump pump discharge pipe starting making a loud noise. I contacted Rozga and they scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning. Dan showed up, on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Dan was polite, professional and informed us along the way. Thank you, Dan! We will not only call Rozga next time, but we will refer others to Rozga.

I called Rozga for the first time after another plumber was booked. At first my appointment was two days after I called but then I received a call back that the plumber would be available the same day. I thought I had an issue with my sump pump plus the hot water heater was not working due to the flooding. Arnold knew right away the sump pump was fine but there was an issue with the battery backup. He also offered helpful information on future plumbing work in the basement. The hot water heater was replaced the same day. Arnold worked until after 8 pm on the water heater. He was professional, respectful and pleasant.

Ray and Evan came to redo some old cast iron drains, as well as repair/replace some old non code compliant drains. Ray had done previous service work at our property, and once again, presented himself in a very professional manner. He and Evan did an outstanding job replacing all the necessary piping, made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards, and took ample time showing my wife and I the work, and why it was done as it was to be to code. Both of them made sure all of our questions and any concerns we may have had were all addressed. They both arrived exactly on time like we were scheduled, and the overall cost fell right in the window we were quoted. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. We have nothing but good things to say about Rozga and their staff, including Angie, who scheduled our service, Bryan, our estimator, and the everyone involved in the project. I needed the broken sewer lateral from my house to the street repaired. Rozga Plumbing arrived this morning and even tho they ran into unexpected situations were able to complete the repair by early afternoon. The team was amazing and kept me informed as the work progressed. I am very pleased!

Rozga replaced the drain pipes in my home. The work was done professionally and timely. Additionally, the service techs were diligent about documenting the completed updates and explaining how the new plumbing meets code vs the old plumbing.

We had technician Dan H. from Rozga Plumbing do some work today. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Ended up paying slightly less than I was expecting because he worked quickly. We'll be requesting him and using Rozga next time we need work done. My wife also wants me to shout out the dispatcher Andy who was very kind, professional and patient.

Today we had some plumbing in our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The bathroom and kitchen were planned, the new faucet in the laundry room was an add-on. The appointment was confirmed the day prior via text, a text with a picture of the technician was sent when he was on the way and another when he arrived! The technician was prompt, courteous, neat and knowledgeable. He was excellent. We are so happy to have gotten the recommendation, as we hadn’t used Rozga before. We will definitely be repeat customers! Very satisfied!
