They have been my “go to” for close to 40 years. They are always prompt, courteous and clean up after themselves! I appreciate that they are honest and reliable!

I recently had a hot water heater installed by Circle, but unfortunately, the flex flare fitting was left slightly loose. After getting home that night and smelling gas, I tried to reach someone after hours. The answering service couldn’t contact any off-hours support and directed me to call Enstar. Enstar came out, found the fitting loose, and tightened it, resolving the immediate safety concern.

When I followed up with Circle the next day, I was completely brushed off. I was told that since it’s summer, I shouldn’t expect a timely response or anyone to come out and check on things.
The lack of urgency and customer care was disappointing, to say the least.

We needed all of our 17 year old hot water pex pipes replaced in our home because of recurrent leaking problems. Circle did a great job.

Kelly and John showed up early, were very pleasant and professional, and did a great job. Will use Circle Plumbing again in the future as needed.

came out to Girdwood and installed a new toilet, professional, knowledgeable, Circle Plumbing has been our go to plumber for years.

Excellent work on a pesky leak. Kevin got it identified, repaired and tested quickly. He then cleaned up the mess and went on his way to his next challenge. Highly recommend them should you need a plumber.

Brandon and Will were here. Brandon replaced the innards for a toilet that had been running. Will worked on out furnace replacing a pump and other items that were worn.

Circle is who I always call. I believe they do great work and I appreciate their work ethic, knowledge and efficiency.

We had great service. Aaron and Brandon took care of our the back up. Communicated the issue, what was needed, and what their limitations were. They were respectful of the house, not tracking in dirt/mud and cleaning up the work site. They also listened and treated us well as customers. We will definitely use them next time we have any plumbing or heating problems.

Reason called furnace safety for winter use - I have used their services for 10 years because they are Professional and work quickly, not wasting any time. He provided a complete verbal explanation and review of my furnace. It was so helpful to learn what to watch for and safety tips. Thank you!!

Quickly assessed the problem on our Navien hotwater problem, got the part and had us up and running. It’s a system that is a problem system and he handled it very efficiently and professionally. One of my mixing valves needed to be replaced so I called Circle. The lady who answers the phone there is always super professional and courteous. They got me in quickly. William is a great technician! He was knowledgeable and efficient. He even discovered that my recently replaced (not by Circle) hot water heater was leaking. He ordered the replacements parts for us and installed them the next week. It was an unexpected expense, but I'm so glad he found that before it became a big problem. I am thoroughly happy with Circle.

I was put on a wait list for a "no heat" call. The plumber showed up probably an hour and a half later. Found and fixed the issue promptly while giving me options. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. Greatly appreciate the work.
