Had issues with water in crawl space. Multiple companies came out and all seems stumped on how to resolve and none with good clear solutions until Circle. Immediately knew what was wrong and came up with quick comprehensive plan to address that made sense. Completed the job fast and with good quality work faster than expected.
Will be using them again for future needs.

Had a plumbing emergency that required shutting down the water to the house. Negative temps outside. Was able to squeeze us in the next day and after sharing some of the photos of the issue, promptly fixed the problem. Very grateful and highly recommended!

I have been a customer since 2006 when I bought my first home. Over that time Circle has provided service, repairs and installation for the simple valve change in a shower, water heater replacement, to a full heating system change and upgrade in two homes. Circle has always been friendly and professional. Even at times when I had questions or complaints. I have high expectations of any business that provides service. I don’t believe in finding the cheapest but if you charge a premium for anything your service and follow up should match that level. No company is perfect but how they handle a miscommunication or mistake show the level of service and integrity they operate their business. I feel this is where Circle has earned my repeat business for my home and other properties. They are truly a generational family business serving other businesses and families.

Circle fit me in during a very busy week with temps in the single digits. Not only did they replace the needed component on my boiler but diagnosed a secondary problem that I couldn’t figure out. The service tech had the part on the truck, no trips to the shop for more parts. Fast, efficient service. I’ll be using Circle from now on.

My old 1996 Forced Air Heater went out. I called Circle Plumbing and Heating looking for parts. Got ahold of Todd. He did not have the part, but went the extra mile to track down the parts for me.

Todd found them in Wasilla, AK and made sure I could go and pick them up from the other company.

Who does that anymore? Todd at Circle Plumbing went above and beyond for me during the coldest winter we have had in a few years in Anchorage.

Used Circle for a furnace service in November and replaced several parts. The furnace then stops working reliably (it now flames out randomly), so I call Circle back to troubleshoot the issue. The technician observes the furnace failing to stay ignited and recommends another part (new gas valve), and says that if the new gas valve doesn’t fix the problem then it must be the main circuit board failing (even though this part was replaced 2 years ago by them). After replacing the gas valve, the furnace is still not working reliably (it is still shutting off randomly).
1 star because all I feel like I’m doing is throwing parts at a problem that isn’t truly being addressed, and the furnace failures compounded after their work was completed. I understand they’re running a business, but to be charged more for a technician to troubleshoot a problem that arose after their own work was finished is poor customer service.

I was looking for someone to re-pipe the entire house to bring the plumbing from 1984 to current and up to code. I was given an estimate with quotes and and expectation of the work that would be accomplished. I was told multiple times to expect that the water would be turned off for 3 days; on day 6, the water was turned back on. Only one room of the house had furniture covered, and cleaning up drywall dust (especially out of electronics) might be the only thing worse than cleaning up glitter. In cleaning up, I found a rusty nail inside one of my son's shoes, and the modem in the house was broken. The washing machine box was not replaced, even though it was on the quote for services. The water line to the refrigerator was cut and one end was lost; after that, I requested that the fridge was hooked back to the water, and that was completed with a new line tied into the new plumbing. I was charged extra for the service call to get water back to the fridge. On day 7 of the job, someone came back to clean up the rest of the equipment and the trash from the job; all of the drywall that was cut out of the house was left in the driveway.

The quality of the work was good, and, so far, there are no leaks, pressure is good, and the venting is improved.

We hired Circle to help with a remodel. Their success was central to the project. Zach, and Z, and the guys knocked it out of the park. They did great work and were timely in their efforts.

Circle Plumbing & Heating did a great job disassembling and removing my probably 70-year-old gas boiler. They replaced the old boiler and a relatively new hot water heater with a Lochinvar combination boiler/water heater that takes up maybe one third the floor space of the two old units. Circle’s crew did a careful and neat job with all the electrical, piping and air intake/outgo. My house is warm and the instant-on hot water works great!

The only reason they didn’t get five stars is because they didn’t cover my basement stair carpeting with plastic before trooping up and down and in and out with ancient ash-filled boiler parts that pretty much ruined the stair carpet. It did need replacing but meanwhile Circle’s crew could have avoided this with some plastic sheeting.

Circle has been our go to plumbing company for years. Today was no exception to the professional service and advice received on what was a routine yearly furnace system inspection. All was in order. We receieved advice regarding our infloor heat system and what to watch for going forward. All actions were explained and put on the inspection report for future reference. That's nice!

Furnace went out and was able to call on Circle Plumbing to have the furnace replaced. The team was responsive from scheduling to the technician replacing the furnace. Technician was helpful and did great quality work with removing and installing the new furnace without issues. Will continue to call on them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you

I have now had three occasions in recent weeks to interact with Circle Plumbing. All three have been stellar experiences. Todd, Dylan and Zsolt are all three professional, personable and have an exceptional understanding of not only their respective jobs but they all have an excellent ability to interact with their customers. I can say without any reservations that my search for anything/anyone related to plumbing or heating issues is over.

Circle Plumbing has been working on my triplex heat system for years. They have made repairs when necessary and recommended scheduled maintenance and upgrades that have kept my heat system working efficiently. I had a broken pipe on a Sunday night and they had a plumber out by 8am Monday morning to do the whole repair so the tenants only had to go 8 hours with the water shut off. Their prices are very reasonable for plumbers, and they charge only what they work and not their stand around time. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Circle Plumbing and Heating in Anchorage installed our original heating system in 2012, and we’ve been extremely happy with it ever since. We also participate in their annual maintenance program, which has been excellent year after year. Their technicians are consistently thorough and do a great job.
