I wish I could give more than 5 stars because these guys totally deserve it! Our furnace was completely shot after some hack job bubble gum and duct tape handyman "repairs" done by our landlords friend over a 6 week period. Of course it went out at the worst possible time so I was desperately calling around on a Friday before a long holiday weekend, everyone was booked and it was looking like we'd be without heat for at least 4 or 5 days in 0° weather. I suddenly remembered seeing their van around and gave them a call. Steve took my initial call and he was incredible, he was able to schedule us for a service call that very evening. Jarred was the tech who came out and he was absolutely incredible; he was very professional, informative and was able to identify and resolve the issues quickly. (Which, given how many elements were put in backwards or rigged together, it was super impressive that within 2-3 hours he resolved the problems we'd been dealing with for nearly 2 months.) Was such a relief to know it was finally fixed by a qualified and knowledgeable professional. I can't tell you how much we sincerely appreciate the exceptional service, from the moment they picked up our call all they way through to the completion of our repairs. They will indefinitely be our first and only call for any future issues!

By far the worst experience from the start. I encounter three different individuals and none of them were nice. From the woman who took my call at 8am, to the service manager Steve and to whoever showed up to take a look at my unit.
I called the office when they opened to let them know my heat was out and had been referred to them. The woman who answered informed me that Steve would call me back. Hours went by and I heard nothing so I called back to get a possible ETA and was told they were busy and would get to me when he could. Steve called and was equally gruff and rude. I had to ask for an ETA for the technician coming out as it wasn't offered. When the tech came over, he walked by me and mumbled his name and where he was from and I had to ask again and still couldn't understand what his name was. He didn't ask what was going on, I started to tell him and he stops and asks "are you sure you don't have heat?" He proceeded to look at my system and tell me that I needed several parts that he wasn't sure he could find because my system is older and said he could almost guarantee that something would break while he was working on it and my system would need to be replaced this winter anyway. I asked what time line I was looking at to get it fixed or replaced and he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know, maybe 1 to 2 days.
Ironically I went to the Lowes website to look up the type of unit he wanted to replace mine with and I requested a free quote and don't you know that Lowes sent my referral to this place again? I got a call the next morning from the same woman who was rude the first time but this time she was extremely nice. Probably because she thought she was going to sell me a unit I didn't need.
It was the worst experience.
Within 30 minutes of the tech being at my house, I went to Extreme Heating where my system was up and running within 24 hours.Which was before I even heard back from Flow Star to schedule an appt to fix the unit.

I have heard of miracles before but thought they only happened to other people. Flow Star was able to somehow fit me in for a time sensitive underground sewer rough-in on a two-day lead time when another company didn’t work out. (In the middle of June, no less.) Kurdel and his employees were courteous, consummate professionals and the communication was flawless from start to finish. They represent the best of the skilled trades and I couldn’t be more pleased to involve them on our project. I am an executive in the housing development field and I know quality in the workforce when I see it. I highly recommend their services to the community without reservation.

Had a water leak from upstairs tub into the lower kitchen. Tried several companys, some are 30 days out, some never answered any of 3 phone lines. Saw Flow Star working in my neigborhod and gave them a call. Talked to a live person and got a call from Steve with a few hours and he set up appointment for the next day with a timeframe. Received a call from Hill promptly the next day. Very courteous and removed his work boots. Found the problem, fixed it cleaned up the work area. Very pleasant to work with and knowledge of the work. Id certainly call them again .

Flowstar has my vote! Excellent service. They were very patient and thorough in explaining the issue and made sure I understood my options without any pressure to upsell. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and professionalism. I would absolutely use them again.

Tino with Flow Star is an amazing technician. He replaced our furnace with care and diligence. Tino also explained all the pieces and parts that went into the setup so we knew what was what for the future. Thank you so much for your kindness, efficiently and excellent customer service! A great company to work with. Steve was very helpful in scheduling us during a busy period before we had to leave Anchorage. The plumber who did the installation, Cam Trail, really knew his stuff, was very personable, and was able to explain things in a non-technical matter. Our whole experience with flow star was excellent.

Awesome… did I say Awesome. I called and was told that Steve would return my call momentarily. It was literally momentarily. I received a call from Steve. He said that he would fit me in to the schedule.. which I was very grateful for; considering we just got from vacation and discovered that we had no hot water. I tried relighting the hot water tank of course. And it would stay on ranging anywhere from 35 seconds - 2-3 minutes … long story short it stayed on a couple of hours then cut back out..Cantrell … man I hope I spelled his name correctly. My apologies if I didn’t. came to my home is top notch. Very professional, very courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable in his craft. This man left my home garage area clean as he found it, after the installation of the hot water heater. Steve sent me a quote to have the work done and it was reasonable. They got me in and taken care of the same day, I called with no appointment. We have our new hot water tank installed, have hot water, thanks to Flow Star. Steve and his crew are awesome, Why bother with anyone else when you can call and get great service from Flow Star, for any of your plumbing needs. I won’t hesitate to call them for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended ….

Anchorage, AK. They showed up on time and ready to get the job done. They worked extremely hard and covered all flooring to ensure cleanliness. Their work ethic and attention to detail is unsurpassed. It is very clear that these gentlemen take pride in their work. They left the work area immaculate after installing a brand new whole house heating unit. I would recommend these installers without Reservation!

I 100% recommend Flow Star. I have use their services on several occasions and they are responsive, courteous and professional. Recently one of their great servicing reps, Tino, responded to a boiler issue I was having. They scheduled me quickly, identified the issue, explained clearly what he was doing and quickly remedied the problem. Tino was incredibly professional and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Thank you to the whole team for making a service call a positive experience!

Cantrell with Flow Star was OUTSTANDING. My heat went out for several days causing all my pipes to freeze. He showed up on time (always called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way), was professional and courteous, and expertly tracked down and repaired more than 20 burst pipes. He also replaced a cracked toilet and fixed several faucets.

I really appreciated the attention to detail. He wore booties inside the house and laid down protective cloths to keep the floors and carpets clean. After each day, he made sure to clean up all work areas with a vacuum. Also hauled away any trash like the burst portions of pipes, cut out drywall sections, etc.

In terms of pricing, Flow Star was very upfront by telling me their hourly rate. At the end of each day, Cantrell provided me an invoice with the hours worked, parts used, and a summary of the work that was performed. He truly went the extra mile. HIGHLY recommend Cantrell and Flow Star.

I have had Circle Plumbing do a variety of jobs at my home over the years. Each time the team or individual worker showed skill and readiness to engage with the project at hand. Most recently Will did a multi step project dealing with removal and reinstall of some base board heating system components. He was dedicated, patient, and able to complete the project with attention to detail. Coordinated the project with other craftsmen on the job in a way that allowed task completion.

TLDR: highly recommend, quick, friendly, honest, and stand by their work.

Great team! Their customer service is great, with timely and friendly responses, quotes, and service. I had several old copper pipes replaced with PEX, a tub set, a couple small leaks fixed, and shower valves installed while doing a bathroom remodel. They stand by their work too - when I noticed the water wasn't getting hot in the tub once I completed the remodel they came right out that same day and fixed it under warranty. The plumbers were nice enough to answer my questions and educate me as a new homeowner as well, even walking me through some other small things like replacing flapper valves while they were at the house. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Circle did an excellent job of removing a lot of old water pipes, and leaking zone valves and then R&Red an older water heater. Mark showed up on time, gave a reasonable bid for the job and then Kevin and Aaron completed the work on time and budget. I’d highly recommend Circle for you plumbing needs.

My furnace went out and Circle dispatched William Seccareccia within a couple hours. He consulted with me, went to get the needed parts and finished all the work within a couple hours. I am extremely pleased with Circle's responsiveness and thoroughness. Exceptional experience.

Service technician Kelly came over to my elderly mom's house and promptly diagnosed problems she was having with her old heater. The work was performed quickly and at a fair price. Heater works perfectly now. Thanks Circle Plumbing and Heating !

I absolutely recommend Circle Plumbing. They were able to schedule me as quickly as they could. Explained everything that was to be done to my hunk of a boiler, and did an excellent job quickly and efficiently!

I have an older rental property with constant problems. I used different companies until I landed on Circle Plumbing and Heating. They are BY FAR the easiest to work with, fast service, fair pricing and once they fix something I don't have problems with it again. I recommend them to everyone now.

Chad and Erin both were quiet, polite, hardworking professionals and did an excellent job. When they finished replacing the furnace they cleaned the job site better than what it looked like when they started.
