Called sound Mechanical to have a shut off valve installed. Spoke to Jake who got us in the next day. Jesse was here on time and couldn’t have been any nicer or more efficient. Great company. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. Sound mechanical is an incredible company. Jake and his team were quick to respond to our need for a new boiler system for heating our home. I’m less than four days I had a bid from Jake and two wonderful installers name. Michael and Derek were in and out of our house in less than six hours. They cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and helpful In every way! Sound mechanical is a keeper!l Use them for all your mechanical heating needs as well as plumbing needs.

We had some ceiling damage from a slow leak in our rental condo. I was going out of town, so I called around to try and get a quick estimate.. At first Sound Mechanical didn’t have any appointments, but said they’d call if something came open. It did, and the plumber, Eric, arrived as expected! He was able to quickly find the leak source and efficiently cut a neat hole in the sheetrock.. He also spotted the source of another leak that I thought was a non-plumbing related issue. He promptly fixed both leaks using a tool that compresses copper pipe instead of having to sweat it. So much faster with no torch flame! The price was reasonable, and I am very happy with Eric’s service and professionalism. Sound Mechanical will be our go-to for any plumbing issues!

After sending phots & discussing scope of a small project, they failed to arrive, not just at the agreed time, but at all! We rescheduled 2 more times and I was shined off each time. Very disappointing!

I've had to contact them multiple times with no follow through on their end. I've been placed on a schedule twice. The first time no one followed up on the initial date so I had to call again to be given a second date and time window. Still haven't heard anything and upon texting back to figure out what's going on, hear nothing. Never before experienced a company placing you on a schedule and then just ghosting you.

Installs boiler products, but doesn’t service or come back to repair ever. Buyer beware. They will not help you if you have problems.

Great experience. We had small water leak coming from our garage ceiling. It was coming from one of the bathrooms above. He was very friendly and even though got in a fender bender on the way, still came out and was able to find leak and repair the existing as well as developing issues.

Home Warranty of America (HWA) contracts with Hogins Plumbing & Heating. Having had a [different] home warranty in Tennessee, I had absolutely zero expectations. However, Mr. Hogins far exceeded what I had expected. Despite having worked the entire day, he still made time to come repair 2 toilets, 3 drains and 1 shower at 9:45pm at night. He found a cracked toilet with a very slow leak. He replaced a valve, 2 gaskets and the fill mechanism for another toilet that had been both constantly running and leaking. He cleaned all the bathroom drains. He arranged to order a new American Standard Champion 1.6GPF with 2-3/8"~2.375" fully-glazed trapway with 4" non-adjustable, piston action Accelerator 1-piece toilet that I had significantly researched and that I had a positive experience using (e.g., no clogging whatsoever) at a former residence. It is super nice that I could choose my toilet! Mr. Hogins is polite, courteous, honest, diligent. His twenty-year-old trainee daughter accompanied him. I am astonished that he stayed so late, until the job was complete. That all contractors were as ethical, kind and professional as Mr. Hogins!

We had some pipes and our boiler freeze. I had another company tell me that the boiler was no good and to not try to turn it on. Hogins came out and we had our boiler up and running within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and personable, would recommend to anyone.

We had a new kitchen sink and faucet to install, and had no idea what to do. We hired Hogins Plumbing to do the work, which was high quality and most professional. They removed the old sink and faucet and installed the new one, and their service was friendly and exemplary. A+, would use again, would recommend!

The team was knowledgeable and quickly found the issue with my water heater. They were awesome about working with my schedule to set up a time to come out as well. Will definitely use them if I have any future plumbing or heating issues.
