I was leaving town for several weeks when my kitchen and laundry drain got plugged. One Stop Services made it simple to have them take care of the issue while I was many miles away! From the initial call, to the service they provided, through the billing, their service was excellent!

Called Friday night and was told they would be able to come in the morning 🎉. Seth came unclogged the stop up in the main line right away in the morning! He was done annd left before any one else in the house were even awake! Excellent customer service very knowledgeable and friendly!!! Will be using again!! Thank you!!!🎉

We had a little emergency at the house and these guys were able to be at the house within 4 hours of us calling. I forget the guy's name who showed, but he was very professional and informative about what was happening and what needed to be done. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Very impressed!

Above and beyond service.
I had a clog in my drains the day after I moved into my new home. After the Home Warranty contractor came out and unsuccessfully cleared the clog I called One Stop for a Vac Truck service. Spencer took the time to discuss the issue, advised that a less expensive service to snake with his equipment would address the problem through a toilet. After discovering his equipment was too large to fit into the selected bathroom, they replaced my toilet seal and toilet at no additional charge, successfully cleared the clog through the outside clean out, and used their camera to measure out and show me where the clog was also with no additional charge. This was way beyond the scope of what was charged and truly exceptional customer service. This is my go-to if I ever run into issues again. 10/10ths Do Recommend.

Sound Mechanical is amazing. We were out of town and found out our furnace was not working. It was freezing temperatures and i was in a panic, I called Sound Mechanical and they were available immediately and went to our house and figured out the problem. I can't thank them enough!!!

Expert knowledge and ability to adapt quickly to issues or problems that occur with all builds. Bonus: They return calls, messages, and texts promptly….not a given for many contractors.

Sound Mechanical has absolutely MISERABLE customer service. It is apparently not within the realm of possibility that this company can make a mistake. When we mentioned to the owner that his workers left a beer bottle behind he told us we were lying and cussed at us. We could care less that there was a beer bottle left behind, just wanted him to know as a business owner. We also let him know that the dryer vent was now disconnected (they had to move the washer and dryer to get to the water heater). He informed me that someone must have moved the washer and dryer after they left. The washer and dryer are a million pounds and neither me nor my tenants touched it after they left. We also didn't care that they made mistakes, just wanted it fixed. The owner was irate that we pointed these things out and used foul language when speaking to us. Last noteworthy items, they did not replace the bathroom door, they left it in my tenants bedroom. They left crud all over the floor in their work area. They also damaged the railing outside my house when they launched the old water heater over the railing instead of walking it down. You'd never believe it, but he didn't apologize for that either.

We have used sound mechanical on several occasions and are always surprised at how quick they can fit us in the schedule. Definitely a go to for your new or existing plumbing needs!

I had a hose bib split open which caused flooding in my lower level. Sound Mechanical came out the next day and replaced the hose bib within half an hour. The rate was very reasonable and the service was efficient.

I've used Sound Mechanical three times now and every time they do an amazing job and it's always very quick too, everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. They are very affordable compared to others in Anchorage. Highly recommended!

I don't usually write reviews but after reading some of the negative ones I thought it was important to put in one from my perspective. I called Jake after getting quotes from several companies. He was professional and came out right when I needed him. I am selling my home and I needed to have the hot water heater replaced due to its age. His employee Jesse was very polite and efficient and went the extra mile. I own a rental property and will be calling these folks for all of our pluming/HVAC needs. Thank you Jake and Jesse!

Sounds mechanical came out and fixed our boiler. Jessie showed up on time, explained exactly what he was doing, and did it in a timely manner. I felt completely comfortable with him in my house. I would recommend sound mechanical to anyone.
