Where do I begin with this 5 Star review, hmm? I had multiple plugging issues with a run over toilet late last night, so I called them when they first opened. Isaac (the owner) answered, and I told him what my problems were, and he said he would try to get someone over this morning. That someone was Isaac and his very respectful adult son first thing this morning. Less than an hour had passed from when I called, they were on the scene ready to work. I was so not expecting such a fast response to get here. Every time I ever needed someone; they took hours to get to me. They both went to work and attacked my problems with top quality workmanship. Both were wonderful to converse with and they wasted no time on my issues. When Isaac handed me the bill, I was in total shock that it was very low! Their work was impeccable, timely and top notch. I have never seen someone so efficient with their work and yet do top quality. I cannot say enough great things about them. You can bet they will be getting more calls of help when I need them. I also got some cards to give to people because I have no doubt that anyone who uses their service will get the same quality work at a great price! Kudos to Isaac and his son. Thank you again Isaac!

The absolute best. A previous company came out 3x at the tune of about $600 to figure out why our toilet wasn't flushing properly, they snaked it (chipping the toilet in the process) tried their best to figure it out & said it was a failed leach field & nothing could be done. None of them were over 25 which I found ominous but nice kid's, problem not solved. Just expensive. With in 15 min of These guys getting here, dad & his son who is his apprentice ,( I love it) his son who is younger & smarter & has more experience than the kids from the other company came out to display a toothbrush my little darling flushed down the toilet. 15 min. Problem solved. Toddler, still a problem but the toilet flushed like it was supposed to. They are incredibly nice, real , experienced, people that you would want to be friends with. The fact that his son is a problem solving happy apprentice gives me hope for the future. I will ONLY ever call them any time something stupid or mysterious happens to my ancient plumbing system.

Had my sink/laundry drain line back up on a Saturday. Called Arctic Sewer and Drain, and Daniel came out within a few hours of my call. He diagnosed the problem based on the description and got it fixed quickly!! Even found a third drain line tied in that we didn't know about and gave advice to avoid this issue in the future. Super friendly and knowledgeable and worked fast to get us fixed up. Absolutely will use their services again and recommend them for fixing whatever issue you have! Called this morning when I noticed my basement floor drain was gurgling. They came out within a couple of hours to take care of it. I believe John and Daniel were the names of the two guys. They were very kind and quick to find the issue. Snaked out my lines outside in the pouring rain and made sure the problem was resolved before leaving. Being small business owners ourselves, I knew I needed to leave a review. You will be our go to for anything in the future. Thanks a bunch for being quick and courteous.

My husband rolled his eyes and said it would take days to get a plumber. John and Daniel of Arctic Sewer and Drain were there in under two hours! Unheard of! They quickly fixed the problem, caused by units above ours, and billed the condo managers instead of us. Fantastic service!!!

Cleared my kitchen drain on a holiday weekend. Arrived within 90 minutes of my call for help and Daniel was done in 30 minutes. He was great. Fee was totally fair, 100% recommend them!

Had a blockage in our sewer mainline resulting in downstairs bath tubs backing up on the Saturday after Christmas. Got an ETA of several hours because of a que of other calls and was surprised to get a call from the tech less than 3 hours later. Power snaked from the exterior cleanout and didn't even need to come inside and we're good as new.

I had a tub that was not draining. I had called Alaska Sewer & Drain, who I have used before and they did not return my call and when I called them back it was forwarded to someone's cell phone that had nothing to do with the company! I called Arctic Sewer & Drain and they got me on their schedule. They showed up ahead of schedule and were polite and friendly. Cleared my tub drain (hair gremlin) and were in and out in 30 Minutes! I am impressed and very happy with Arctic Sewer & Drain. They have definely earned me as a customer. Thanks Isaac's!!!

Honesty you don’t find often any more! Called in thinking I had a drain/septic issue and so beyond thankful I got to speak to Issac. He could’ve charged me for a visit and inspection but listened to my issues and told me the sound and smell issues I was experiencing were due to frozen roof vent pipes. We called out a roofer and that was exactly our issue. Seriously grateful to Issac and his integrity. If I ever have a drain issue, this will be my only call. Thank you so much!!

I had a drain line issue in my washroom, water was pooling on the floor, I called three other companies and they were backed up for days, I called Arctic Sewer and Drain and within minutes scheduled a service call that same afternoon. The Tech arrived, seen and diagnosed my issue, went right to work, explained to me what needed to be done and he was speedy, got right to it with right equipment ,friendly and even snaked my main drain to street. Now I am comfortable knowing I have good drainage in my pipes. I recommend this company for the quick return communication and quick service for what was a stressful situation.
