Called at 8:01 and they got to my house at 8:30. They were fast, friendly and did a great job...would definitely recommend them!!

The snow melt was overpowering my septic and the One Stop guys came right out and pumped it out for me. My wife and kids will be really happy to be able to shower and use the toilet.

Mike and his team are always professional, do a great job, and always get to the job as soon as possible. I've used them a few times now and they've been great. I highly recommend one stop!

The first time here, they thought the clog was fixed without snaking. A day or 2 later I found it was still clogged. They came back the next day and waived the fee for the 1st visit. They always clean up after themselves making sure not a spot remains. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

Came out right away on Saturday, was very professional and took time to explain possible causes for our drain issues. Was careful with his equipment and insisted on cleaning the very little mess that was created while he was working.

Chris and Adrian got down in the cold dirty snow/water/ice when it was -5 outside and he didn't think anything of it. These guys really saved our building some damage with how quickly they got there and jumped at the problem. Definitely keeping them on my list of service...persons? I dunno, but thank you!

Spencer is the man. Clean and professional. Dispatchers in the office were easy to coordinate with and the tech showed up when they said he would.

My service tech was a no-show. Didn’t even have the courtesy to return my phone call after they never showed up. I left work early for this and I still have a clogged kitchen drain. Now it will be two days for a different company to show up. So disappointed.
Edit: I was called the next morning and they explained and apologized for the issue. They have set up a time today to help me out.

I had a clog in my sewer line 90 feet from my house. I had a competitor out two weeks ago snake it, pull nothing out then tell me everything was resolved. Then last night my toilet backed up into my bathtub again. This time I called One Stop. My technician Randy was as professional and helpful as you could ever hope for. He dug tree roots out of my line 90 feet from my house and had the situation resolved in under an hour. I cannot recommend highly enough. They were prompt, polite and effective. They’re the only business I’ll be using in the future.

Did not get my tech's name but he said him & his dad run the business. Anchorage Plumbing & Heating referred me to this business as they do not do snaking (odd). Very fast service and timely! I will use them again if ever needed.

Came home from Vacation with a frozen pipe and backed up sewage in our tub. When everyone else was booked out or wanted to charge me overtime One stop services was able to come the very next morning. They were on time, quick and efficient and helped clean up some of the mess. So so so friendly, considerate and professional. I hope I never have to use them again but they’ll be the first I call if I do.

They came same day, had 2 backed up drains, kitchen and bathroom cleared out in less than an hour. Great advise and information to give as well. A+ work. Very happy customer. Highly recommend

Over the years I have tried the big name plumbing services in Anchorage, only to find that they "soak" a person for every possible penny. One outfit even bills you at $170/hour for the time it takes for their serviceman to drive to your home from his prior stop. Huh?

One Stop Services: on time, quick response, nice people; guaranteed they could do a complete toilet rebuild in an hour (were that to be needed), others quoted me 1.5-2 hours. Finally an honest plumbing service.

The serviceman looked it over, determined that problem was minor, fixed it and charged me nothing for the 15 minutes he invested in making certain that everything was right. He clearly knew his stuff. With any other outfit I would have been faced with a $160-170 minimum one hour charge. They will be my "go to" from here forward.
