These fellas could not have been better. I highly recommend this company. Can’t say I’d look forward to using them again but if the need arises we definitely will.

These guys were champions. After a potentially very expensive misdiagnosis from another drain company, I called Arctic Sewer and Drain. The owner was super helpful on the phone and talked me through what was likely happening with my backed up drain. They came out the same day as soon as I got home from work and found the actual problem, which was just a clog which they cleared in a few minutes. They took the time to show me what was going on and explained everything. Took a load of stress off my mind and the price was great.

I had a weird sinkhole under my garage and needed to check my sewer line from my house to the main to make sure there wasn’t a break in the line washing away the soil and causing the hole. Isaac and his son came out and ran a digital sewer camera down the line so we could visually inspect it from the inside to make sure it was sound. They did a great job, were super knowledgeable and professional, and I would definitely call them again for any drain and sewer work you might need done. Highly recommend!

Amazing father and son duo! Both named Isaac, they were friendly, fast and informative. Super cool guys and easy to talk to. They came within the hour of our call and saved the day. Our pipes were backed up and sewage was coming out of our tub and our laundry room drain. They told us what to look for incase it happens again... what to use and not to use. Just awesome people! Thanks guy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

The main line was clogged. They were able to get the job done quickly and professionally, plus it was a great price!. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you have any sewer/drain issues.

We called them at 1:00p.m. And they were at our house by 4:00, we live in Eagle River. John cleared the blockage we had in our kitchen sink pipes in just a short time also cleared the line to the dishwasher which had not been draining properly. Can’t say enough about the quality of service plus quick response we received. Thanks so much. Will use you again but hopefully won’t have to, lol!

Called on a Monday morning for a clogged bathtub drain and received a quote and scheduled service for THE SAME DAY! I received a courtesy phone call from the plumber when he was on his way (less than 2 hours from my initial call). Plumber wore a mask and shoe protectors without me having to ask. Drain was unclogged within 20 minutes and the tub was washed out and the bathroom was left clean. Very professional service and well worth the price (which I thought was relatively affordable). Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs and recommend them to all.

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged and after trying to remedy it ourselves with no solution, we knew we had to call in the professionals. A few attempts of snaking the drain, we resulted in using a hydro jet (problem fixed).

After the job was complete, the guys took the time to assure the cleanliness of the area and left the property with happy customers.

Hands down the best customer service!!! I called Isaac regarding a toilet clogged and I think I may have broken my pipe trying to unclog my toilet and he was very helpful with more information on what he thought the problem could be just by simply listing to me. They showed up to my house within hours of my phone call and unclogged my toilet. Isaac and his son gave me helpful tips to help me in the future. Had an emergency late night situation where a main line drain was backing sewage out in my rental. Tried to work on it myself to no avail, finally made the right call and spoke to Isaac at Arctic Sewer and Drain. He didn’t have any appointments that night so we scheduled for the next morning. After half an hour Isaac called back and said they had a cancelation. He was at the site in 10min and fixed the issue in under an hour. Great service, great professionalism. I highly recommend.

Literally the BEST plumbing business. This is my first experience with plumbers and I will only use this company going forward. The guys walked me through how to fix an issue over the phone- was traveling and returned super sick, came out same day as I called and fixed another issue. These guys are top tier! Honest, affordable and professional.

Jr. And the III came to my house today today. Heros is what they should be called. They arrived and got to work immediately. They solved the issues plaguing my kitchen and home. I called several companies for my plumbing/sewer emergency and Arctic Sewer and Drain was the only contractor who both answered the phone and had an on call technician available right away. And I feel so blessed it was them! Amazing experience, great people, and I will be forever grateful how everything got handled. Thank you Isaac and John! We had a block deep in the water lines late on a Saturday night, it was backing up sewage into our downstairs bathroom (these things always happen on weekends or late at night!) and I started calling any plumber I could find. I left a message with Arctic Sewer and Drain and they called me back within a couple of minutes and had someone dispatched to fix the block within half an hour. They were so fast, so polite and helpful, and were such a good price, I was impressed and would definitely recommend them. We're feeling pretty grateful to have that problem fixed so quickly!

As with most plumbing issues there is no convenient time. We call d Arctic Sewer and Drain and were able to add us to their day. Chris showed up a few hours later and fixed our backlog. Great service quick and responsive company!

God bless these guys. They are the BEST! We were recommended by them from another company because the other company didn’t recommend to leave their mask on while working but said these gentleman do. I called and left a voice mail and Isaac called back right away! He was very friendly and professional and a joy to talk to! Our bathtub lever was jammed and leaving the water to not drain properly, and our bathroom sink was clogged and the water was also taking slow to drain. Isaac was happy to answer any questions! He called to let us know he was on his way 15-20 mins ahead of time. We are germaphobs and he was very understanding especially with leaving their mask on because I have asthma and am susceptible during these covid times. Such a blessing we were able to find them for being so understanding and professional!! They fixed everything in less than an hour!!! Isaac was happy to answer any questions I had without hesitation, just pure kindness. The folks at Arctic Sewer and Drain were great. Very helpful on the phone and I was able to easily schedule an appointment for them to come to my home. They were professional and clearly explained what the issue was and how they fixed it. I am definitely using them again whenever the next plumbing issue happens!

These guys are great. Issac and Issac came out and hyrdojetted my frozen mainline. They had the water draining in less than an hour. They gave me tips to prevent the mainline from freezing again. Great company and really fair price. Good guys!

So helpful and friendly! The nice guy who came out to fix the clog was respectful and communicative. They were clear about times and prices.
(The receptionist was a bit rude and assumptive, maybe needs more training or a decent coffee.)

The left side of our kitchen sink (/w the garbage disposal) was clogged, and the water was getting increasingly smelly. John came by and quickly diagnosed the problem. As he was working, he kindly gave us recommendations on what to do to keep our pipes clean.

As it turned out, this was an incredibly dirty job. We bought this place about 3 years ago, and the pipes probably hadn't been cleaned in 10 years! John snakes through the pipes with his machine, and when he pulled back the snake there were so much grease and gunk. He got pretty dirtied because of it but was very professional and calm.

The kitchen sink is draining again and way faster than we are used to! We really like the service and will call again next time! Thank you so much!

John and Daniel showed up even earlier than expected, and did a fabulous job. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and quick! They also didn’t mind my husband looking over their shoulders and asking questions. 😉 They definitely went above and beyond!
