Adrian Turnbow and the rest of the team at one stop provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. The day before Christmas Eve my garage started flooding from a backed up pipe with all of my in-laws in town. The front staff at one stop sent Adrian over and I could not have been more impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He saved the day for sure and even took the time to look at a slow draining sink I hadn’t been able to fix for quite some time. They will be getting my plumbing business for life. I cannot reiterate enough how good my experience was. I would not hesitate one second to call them if you were having any problems with your plumbing.

Extremely quick and friendly service! The gentleman stated he had two jobs ahead of my office and he would be over afterwards...he was at my office within 20 mins and the clogged toilet was cleared within 5 mins or less. Randy was very pleasant, easy to communicate with and my call was answered (unlike the three other places I called and had to leave a message.) Very happy customer, thanks One Stop!

Called them on Sunday for an emergency backed up problem and they came out on Monday to fix it. Very fast service! Diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Gave me great and easy to understand instructions on how to avoid the problem in the future. Very reasonable rates!

We had a tub back up and they were quick to help us resolve the issues. Would definitely use them again.

They came to snake a toilet. They said they got it. They did not get it. They came back and scoped the line and found an obstruction. They cleared it👍

Came to the house we were renting with a backing up floor drain. Knocked it out of the park in less than an hour. Nice fellows. Keeping this companies info for when we buy our own home for any future problems.

The 2 gentleman that came today (I'm so bad with names and can't remember their names, I'm sorry 😬) were super professional and friendly. They were in and out super fast, fixed the drain problem, and were great with our old dog when we let him out to say hi once they were done. 10/10 would recommend!

Responded within about an hour of my call. I was very impressed with their speed & professionalism. My grandson flushed a tic tac container down the toilet. It wasn't easy to get out but he didn't give up until he got it! Charged a very reasonble price for the work done! They will definitely be my "go to" for plumbing issues going forward.

We had an emergency and was recommended to call One Stop. I called them around 830am and they were here by 10am. Tom had the job done in a timely manner. A bit expensive but I’m guessing it’s the weekend fee and early in the am. He was very helpful and gave us some tips. I would definitely recommend One Stop for all your needs. Thanks for the refrigerator magnet and pen so I can call if another problem occurs.

Texted One Stop this morning, and they quickly responded with a quote and got someone here within the hour. The person who came was friendly and professional and made very quick work of it. They ended up giving me a price break since it was a pretty easy fix. 10/10

Talk about friendly service! Jeffrey was patient with all my questions and gave me answers that took me out of the dark about freezing sewer lines as a result of the freezing trickle effect of my combi boiler’s condensate while on vacation. So reasonably priced, too!

We have used One Stop a fee times now and they have always been very responsive and able to take on the job quickly. Yesterday we had a sewer line backup in one of the apartment complexes we manage and One stop was there within 30 minutes fixing the issue and even cleaned up the water.

We used to use Drainmasters pretty regularly but lately there pricing has been insane, they wanted $575 to snake a sewer main, and I am very grateful that I reached out to One Stop as we have been very pleased with their work and price.

Same day service, professional, knowledgeable, personable. Came at expected time, fixed the clog quickly and charged a super reasonable price. After my laundry water drained out through a toilet and flooded the daylight basement I was expecting a way more traumatic and expensive fix! So grateful they came the same day I called and made quick work of getting everything draining and working correctly! Highly recommend One Stop.

We had an emergency and called One Stop Services and spoke with Mike. He explained he didn’t work on our type of dwelling so we thanked him and ended the call. While frantically calling other 24 hour plumbing services (which NONE answered) we accidentally called One Stop Services back and Mike said “you called a a bit ago” but asked us some more questions and said he’d stop by as he was leaving to do something.. Within 20 minutes he was over here and found the problem immediately, fixed within minutes.. We asked him what we owed him and he refused to take payment (we asked several times) BLOWN AWAY! Not often that people are so kind and giving. Such a stand up gentleman Mike was! We’re definitely calling Mike at One Stop Services the next time we have a plumbing issue, of course next time we’ll be paying and adding a hefty tip!

We were experiencing a homeowner’s nightmare; our basement drain was backing up allowing sewage to begin to seep in. Since a friend of ours had a similar problem he suggested we call One Stop Services. He was very happy with their work so we contacted them. They were prompt in getting to our house, were quick to determine where the pipes were plugged, and soon had our pipes cleared. They even rinsed the flooring with a cleaning agent! Had a blocked sewer main backing up in the garage drain on the first big snow day of the season. Seth was out here within two hours and fixed it all in one. Very reasonable prices especially for emergency after hours call.

Every plumbing company was booked out or have a higher rate fees. I reach out to One Stop Services for a quick quote and time frame expectation. Jared & another fella show up at the expected time. They both instantly knew what the problem was and took care of it. Run some water to test it out and everything works great. It was a quick fix for them but for me it was 3 day problem. I had small talk with both of them and I can tell they are good honest hardworking people. Next time I need plumbing this is where I would call.
