I live in Anchorage Alaska. There are many companies, but this one caught my eye. Whoever did your website- nice job. I am grateful to Rock Solid plumbing and Mike who were able to schedule the same day and fix an active pipe leak in my 1975 split level. I should probably get a lottery ticket today. Nonetheless Mike was great- walked me through the issue and "the fix" each step of the way. He was very professional, and patient because I had a lot of questions. He provided great tips and education on how the plumbing works. I am very grateful.

Mike did a great job with my little plumbing job that I was not able to do. He was friendly and left the place clean and tidy when finished.

Their name says it all--they offer rock solid service and we will definitely recommend them to others. Michael helped us on two occasions (in May and July) to diagnose and complete the rather complicated job of replacing the heat exchanger in our tankless water heater. He was very personable, efficient, and conscientious. We were confident in his knowledge and ability. He quoted 2 hours for the job, but stayed over 4 hours to get the job done right.

I can’t say enough good about Rock Solid! I’ve been using them for several years now and it’s always been a great experience. Kyle installed a boiler/hot water heater for us this week. His work was flawless! He is truly a craftsman at his trade!! He explained the workings of the new system and left the area spotless when he was finished. I appreciate Kyle and the entire company very much!

We have three properties that RockSolid services and they have done a great job at each. They are timely, experienced, have good customer service, and have fixed things that others have missed. Mike has helped us with our anchorage properties and has taught me a lot about how my houses work. He has great support, not eating up a lot of my time by staying efficient but willing to be thorough and provide as much information as I need. I would highly recommend RockSolid.

Michael was able to stop by quicker than expected and was able to take care of the plumping issue in my sink and was very professional. The company name lives up to the service they provide.

Service call was for my furnace, garage heater, and a supplemental heater. Found an issue where a previous company reversed wires at my thermostat. It was not an easy problem to identify. John from the valley was subbing in for Michael and was the perfect guy for the job.

I got a visit from Michael with Rock Solid Plumbing and heating today. I needed my water shutoff valve replaced, Boiler serviced and I had a leaky shower valve. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and he actually saved me at least $400 to $500.00. I used to be a pipe fitter and I’ve lived in my home since 1996, I have fixed or replaced everything in this house at least once. I was scared to tackle the main water shut off valve. He handled it like a true Professional!! Bam Done!! Mike lined out a number of things that need attention and he coached me through fixing my leaky shower valve! Michael was the BEST! He was informative, honest, and knowledgeable! I greatly appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me.

Would highly recommend this company. We had an issue with one of our valve pumps and didn't have heat to our upstairs. The technician Michael was prompt, kind, fixed the issue and made recommendations to better serve me as a customer.

During a deep cold spell my water and heat lines froze and Rock Solid was the only company that answered my call. Michael came out on overtime and got the splits in the line repaired and gave me solid advice on steps to take going forward. The company was then able to get me back on the schedule just a couple days later so that he could come back and do a more thorough inspection and help figure out all the potential problems. They were a real life saver in a critical moment.

Every experience I have had from repairs on my old boiler to installation of the new replacement boiler, to scheduling with the office staff, to getting quotes for work, or answering questions, have been nothing short of excellent: excellent customer service, excellent work, excellent follow up, knowledgeable staff and super professional all around. The installers were on-time, knowledgeable, courteous and a hard working team. This is a company that has earned my respect and repeat business.

I want to give a kudo to Rock Solid Plumbing & Heating company. On Black Friday, my senior tenant woke up to a cold house without heat, and I was out-of-town. Worried that my tenant might catch a cold, we immediately started to call different companies. Most of the companies either don't have anybody on-call or they never return my call (which is understandable given it is the day after Thanksgiving). Rock Solid picked up the phone, the guy on the phone was very professional and calm. He got us scheduled immediately. In an hour, Michael showed up to the house. He opened up the thermostat, there were two batteries in the thermostat, turned out it was out-of-battery. He instructed my tenant to switch out the battery and in a second, the heat came back on. Rock Solid didn't charge us or send us a bill afterward. I truly appreciate Rock Solid and Michael's help on Black Friday. Safe to say, this company earned our business onward. I will for sure book an appointment for a furnace tune up next year, and I recommend this company to other people as well!

Rock Solid sent out a couple of guys for a furnace and water heater install and they were both incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. Kyle in particular patiently walked through a series of questions I had before hand while communicating the logistics of time and space and access for the project. He provided his number and kept in contact with me through the install and even after was kind enough to take a call and review additional clarifications I had. The system works great and I really appreciate the service and interactions. Would utilize this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks RockSolid!

I was a new customer to Rock Solid. We had extremely cold temperatures. I had been without power for approximately 48 hours.

Rock Solid put me on the schedule the same day I called.

Michael came out and quickly diagnosed the failed igniter. He efficiently replaced the fragile part and made sure the boiler was working properly and that I had hot water.

Paige handled the calls and was so organized to prioritize the urgency of the call of a new customer to ensure that my pipes did not freeze.

Their employees had worked so many overtime hours during this extreme cold spell.

Both employees were very patient and were upbeat, but, I know they had to be exhausted.

Rock Solid services the Anchorage area to Indian, (i believe) north thru the Mat-Su Valley.

Their scheduling is extremely efficient. Paige was aware of the status of the repair jobs Michael was working on prior to my appointment and knew when he was expected to finish and his arrival time to my address.

I'm very satisfied with Rock Solids response to my crisis! I highly recommend them!!!

Woke up to no water in the house and quickly determined there was a leak in the water main between the city line and my home. I called Rock Solid Heating and Plumbing, and John responded right away. He came out, assessed the issue, and confirmed that the City of Anchorage needed to shut off the water.

Rather than delaying service, John explained he had just received an urgent call from an elderly couple in the Valley and asked if he could send another technician to me instead. I appreciated the honesty and agreed. While waiting for the city and the second technician, I received a call from Michel, who clearly explained the situation and let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly after and got straight to work.

Once the water was shut off, Michel completed the repair in under 30 minutes. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
