Don came out and was great. Explained the options to me and did what he said he would do. Will definitely use them in the future.

Huge thanks to Don! My water heater was leaking and he came the same day to replace it. Quick response, friendly, and very professional. I really appreciate the fast rescue! 🙌

My furnace was not working and I was in a panic. It was 5 degrees outside. Don to the rescue. He was there in 20 minutes and got my furnace running and me off the ceiling. He is really professional, definitely knows his stuff and I am truly thankful he could rescue me so quickly.

6 stars if I could!! I had no heat or hot water. Don was able to come out the same day I called and fixed the igniter on my boiler. He is quick! He is very professional, his prices are reasonable and he knows his stuff!!
This is the second time I have called him to help with my boiler in 1.5 years. I have already recommended him to family and friends. -
Fabulous company. Made a same day appointment to come out and replace our garbage disposal, despite it being in the middle of a cold snap and him having other more lucrative clients. In and out in less than an hour and was polite, courteous, and clean. Been a few weeks and haven’t had any issues so was good quality work too!

We had a sump pump issue during a warm up after 3 feet of snow, and Don was the only one who could come out in a timely manner. He was friendly and efficient. He quickly fixed the problem saved the basement from flooding. He reluctantly drove on the terrible roads to get here, and I am so grateful for him.

Don McCann was very helpful, fast, and efficient. There were no hidden fees and he explained everything in great detail. He installed my shut off valves and capped off my mixing valve and was in and out in no time! I found my plumber!

We had an emergency Friday night loss of heat issue when something blew out in our boiler. As I was calling around for after hours service, everyone that I was able to reach were several hours from coming out and I was looking at a minimum of $500 - $600 plus parts. I called McCann Plumbing and Heating and talked to Don. He wasn't able to come out, but he spent a considerable amount of time talking with me on the phone and troubleshooting my issue. He identified the likely failing part and directed me on where to get it first thing in the morning. The replacement was easily within my capabilities after Don gave step by step instructions, and I fixed the issue myself in less than 30 minutes and for only the $110 price of the part. For as much as he helped me while getting nothing for his assistance, he will certainly be my first call the next time I have a plumbing or heating issue.

We hired this company to service our Rennai gas heater that we have in our home. When the technician went to go put the gas heater back together, it would not turn on. We had to then go buy parts and put them in ourselves. We figured out that the problem was the technician never put cables that were supposed to be connected back in. We called the owner and we spoke with a supervisor and in the end, the company made it right. They took care of it and for that, we are grateful.

I called Monday morning to report a leaky pipe somewhere in the house. A technician arrived within an hour of my call ( non emergency). He made 1 cut into an interior wall and found the culprit. He was finished in less than an hour. I’m gobsmacked!

Great company. Excellent employee, and quality work. They are now my go to plumbing and heating company for my Apt. Building.
-
Excellent customer service with Kevin and he had Lucas dispatched within an hour of my call. Lucas explained his inspection every step of the way and went above and beyond being conscientious and cost effective.

I keep seeing the commercials about calling Living Waters and they will be there to help….we’ll that was not my experience at all. My hot water heater went out and called 2 times and sent an email. I guess they are so busy because of all their business from these commercials that they didn’t need to reach out to me. I’m fortunate enough that I can pay a company to do it for me…but when ahead and did it myself. Saved money in the long run.

Our boiler was starting to give out during -10 weather. Ran across Living Waters after digging for anyone who might be available for emergency call out. They responded within an hour and a half on a holiday weekend, fixed the issue, and then stayed around to make sure the fix stuck. Thank you!

A wonderful company with professional employees who are on time and communicate with you. I would highly recommend Living Waters for their great attitude and high standards of work ethic and finished product. They got the job done right the first time.

I had an emergency problem with some pex installation that I needed done immediately to keep my bathroom renovation contractor working. I called Living Waters and they sent a guy out the same day I called (5 hours of evening overtime work) and he was great. Creatively solved a tough problem and was very professional. Huge thanks to Andrew and LW.

Paul B had come to do work for us twice. Each time he is pleasant, professional, and gets the job done correctly.
We're very pleased. -
I had an emergency burst water pipe. Paul was wonderful and kind showed up promptly and got the water off and was very helpful and patience. He was and is a answer to prayer. May he be blessed many times over.

The Technician was awesome. (Michael.) He was very thorough and tracked down the problem. I am disabled and elderly and he was patient and communicated everything clearly. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate Living Waters for all the help they gave me.
-
Ridiculously priced, they charge $50 for just the trip to your house. They gave me a $25 “consumables charge” which I don’t even know what that is since I had all the parts he needed to do the job. He worked for 22 minutes and still charged me $175 to replace a gas connector to my oven. Will never call them again. Total charge $250 for 22 minutes of work.

During some residing on my house my contractor let me know my outside faucet was leaking as ice had formed on ground and right below faucet. This was a first, been in house since 2009. I was not home at time my contrator reached out to Living Waters Plmg, they came out, replaced the spiget outside and the piping inside. When I returned home I called to pay them for their services. Had a great conversation with Sam, he pointed out tips and suggestions. Very nice. I will be recommending them to everyone and changing over to them as my "Go to plumbing" help. Very impressed!
Take a chance, you will not be dissappointed.
