I’m was extremely disappointed in my mother in-law’s shower handle assembly that was installed, when my son had put in first, it was said McCann Plummer stated my son put in backwards…

So weeks go by, my elderly mother in-law has been complaining her shower handle was too stiff to operate & water was hot & cold when she’s taking showers…

It wasn’t maybe a few days later, checking on bath valve handle & I was appalled how stiff it was & water supply wasn’t consistent with hot & cold… Contacted my son, told him I wouldn’t touch it until this plumber comes back, fix this job properly…🧐

Later my son had asked if McCann if guarantees his work & would check this valve that he supposedly fixed, he said not unless you pay for his services again, this is after my son had paid him $200-$300…

In good faith, I would say a shower valve when it’s not working properly after installed, especially from a journeyman plumber that claims he’s been replacing these shower assembly’s for 30-40yrs… He would back up his work for free…

I take it these little jobs don’t mean nothing when they patch up a weekend plumbers in experience jobs…

So when you hire plumber ( McCann ) to fix your shower valve handle, expect a very hefty price, it had already cost $300 & now we’ll have to hire another plumber to patch this bad job… 🤔

Mr. McCann repaired my boiler heating system. He is professional, courteous and attentive to addressing the concerns I had about my boiler. I highly recommend him for the services he provides.

Having water issues, he called, talked me thru what to do, to stop anymore damage! Called every plumber in the book, no response. Then Don called not once, but twice and text. I call that exceptional service!

My water heater pilot light went out on a Sunday. McCann Plumbing walked my through the restart. I know it was busy for call backs for all businesses that day and McCann was the only one who took the time to help me. Thank you so much! I will be using McCann from no on.

After replacing a kitchen sink faucet my hot water stopped working. I called Don & described the symptoms & immediately he figured out my pipes were frozen & gave me step by step instructions to save them from bursting & get my hot water back! He saved me hundreds of dollars!!!
