Thank you Living Waters for the great work you have done in my home… you all replace my boiler system a few years ago and now you have replaced my hot water tank… always prompt and efficient service and my technicians always have great communication and explain everything before doing anything. They are wonderful and the customer service after is great as well and to me that’s very important.

We paid for urgent services Friday night. The tech honed in on the toilet being the cause of the leak, removed the toilet, put in some fans, and told us to call if the leak didn't stop. We called on Saturday with a continued leak and were treated very rudely by the on call tech. We ended up calling out a 2nd company Sunday, who cut one more hole in the wall, found the source of the leak, and fixed it. We could have saved two days worth of water damage if your tech on Friday night had been willing to go beyond initial assumption of the problem. We will not use your service again.

I was impressed with the same day service. Jeffrey was professional and helpful as I was quite unsure of what needed to be done. Kirk did a great job, quick and efficient. Thanks Living Waters Team!

I highly recommend Living Waters. Our heater quit working during the night - Living Waters came over within hours and got it working. They came back the following day to do regular maintenance. Paul did more than general maintenance he took the time to clean the entire area. It has never looked this clean. AND it is working great-we are warm and comfortable.

We had an urgent situation where the main shutoff valve for the water to our house was stuck and we couldn’t turn it back on. Living Waters came to our house after hours, unstuck the valve, and proceeded to repair a toilet that wasn’t working. The technician was professional and meticulous with his work. We felt extremely taken care of. We would definitely recommend Living Waters.

In two separate instances in July Living Waters responded quickly to complete the tasks. One was an emergency request and was completed the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional and worked towards ensuring a great experience and all tasks were completed. I will use Living Waters again

Very disappointed in service. Items requested on call out not provided. 1/4 turn shut-off valves not provided even though I found them in plumbing shop after tech visit - replaced one of three so far. Pex was also specified, copper was installed. Tech was incredibly slow and would not listen. I had go with him to ensure work somewhat properly performed. Sent a check on Dec 8. Still not cashed as of Dec 22. I gave a 1 star rating but think it should be a zero.

Jeffrey , the one who coordinates the services is excellent and to his word. Had a major water leak underground and clogged drains. All of it fixed in a timely manner and a reasonable price! Very impressed with the staff professionalism and cleaning up after they completed the job. The guys are Steve, Clancy, Paul and the others that I did not get a chance to meet. The company offers military discount.

Had a hot water heater rupture late in the evening. I contacted LWP&M at 9pm and by 10am the next morning, the office manager, Daniel, and technician, Andrew, had a new hot water heater at my house getting installed. Extremely grateful to them both for the quick response and hustling to make sure I got water restored. 10/10 would recommend! Best service in town!

Living waters is great. I’ve used them many times and they are always prompt and professional. Paul came out this time and was great! They really know their stuff and get the job done right. Great guys to work with.

We live in Wasilla and have had two other companies to our house doing boiler/hydronic heating work and were really unimpressed by both. We needed a new water heater and went through Home Depot to schedule and Living Waters contacted us. They are such a professional company. The dispatcher I spoke to was in constant contact with me and I never felt I needed to continually reach out to get information. The tech was quietly professional. I felt very confident that he was able to do his job and do it well. I felt so relieved while he was here, which is not the experience I’ve had with the previous companies. He understood how the system worked and even checked a couple of additional things while he worked. He didn’t need a mysterious second person, he wasn’t in constant contact with the office or a second person for advice. And most importantly to me, our bill that we paid up front, was our final bill. They didn’t tack on a bunch of additional charges, which has not been our experience. I will highly recommend living waters to my Wasilla contacts and will use them from here on out. Very impressed.

We used Living Waters Plumbing & Mechanical for the first time recently. Everyone we spoke with beginning with the first phone call was very professional and polite. Our boiler issue required visits by two technicians, Lucas and Dawson. Both were on time, knowledgeable, efficient and able to diagnose and correct a problem that other companies had not. Living Waters & Plumbing are our new go to plumbing experts! I have already referred to friends and family members! Keep up the great work!

I don’t trust this company. I called them to come out when my shower drain started leaking. They fixed it in October and the same spot started leaking again two months later. They charged me $1500 total to replace the same leak. They wouldn’t talk with me about them not guaranteeing their work, rather had a man talk over me disrespectful. He told me he should have charged me more for the services rendered. I won’t be calling them again.

Bailey came to our house at 6 PM on a Saturday, after what must have been a long day for him. Still, he was cheerful, pleasant, and courteous. Not only that, he was very efficient and got the job done quickly! I will recommend Living Waters to anybody.

I Highly recommend Living Waters Plumbing and Maint.! I have Never experience the speed, efficiency, and kind professionalism as I did with Living Waters. My experience went like this. I caled Living Waters at 11am on a Tuesday, Jeff answered, got my information, I email signed the service agreement, paid my 1st Hr fee. At 1130am I got a call from James, an Amazing Living Waters Plumber. By 12pm James was at my home analyzing the leak in my crawl space and removing the pipes that needed to be replaced. By 3pm James had my leak fixed, my new faucet installed and my large water softener removed and plumbing rerouted.
I was Blown Away with how fast my very needed repairs were done! Again, I Highly recommend Living Waters Plumbing and Maint. for both your plumbimg and maintence work. Thank You Living Waters, Jeff and James for going above and beyond! Kat Davis

Living Waters is our go to for all plumbing and boiler needs! Jeffrey, the dispatcher, is so kind and sure to get us taken care of as soon as possible. Ethan (plumber) and Keith (boiler tech) are so kind, patient and understanding. So easy to work with! They do a wonderful job getting the work done quickly while explaining in detail what is being completed. Thank you for all of your help, we appreciate you!!

*Edit: changed form 1 star to 3. I reached out to the them and after some back and forth, they partially refunded me for the second appointment. Still a bit disappointed to have the second appointment at all, but they do show effort to satisfy their customers.*

I'm still trying to process the feeling of getting scammed by these inexperienced plumbers charging experienced plumbers rates.

I hired living waters to fix a pinhole leak in my piping, it was already exposed and accessible. The first plumber came out unprepared and spent an extra hour leaving to pick up a few common sized copper pipe fitting, which of course, I'm charged for that hour ($600 total!! Last plumbers about a year ago I hired cost me half of that). the same day of the repair, our hot water started to run out very quickly. This was very obvious to us because we take very hot showers, it goes from a good 30-40minutes of hot water to about 5 minutes. I called in to ask about it and they sent in another plumber to "fix and repair" a couple things. ANOTHER $900 later, the issue was still there with no hint of improvement, so I paid them another $900 to "fix" something that I didn't have issues with. But here's the best part, at this point I was already quite upset about over paying for a simple repair, and another $900 for no reason and had the sense that their plumbers don't really know what they're doing, I googled some possible cause of the issue and……I fixed it by simply turning up the temperature knob on the water heater. The first plumber for whatever reason turned it down and didn’t turn it back up.

So beware, This all feels like one of those scammy mechanics selling and "fixing" things you don't need, or creating problems for them to fix and charge you for it

WOW!!! What an incredibly talented team Living Waters employ! Excellent communication and expeditious response to my boiler concerns. From Jeffrey, the service manager, to Luca, the tech....I highly highly recommend this team to anyone needing services. In addition, their customer service is top notch. They really care about their clients. I certainly will use them again!

Had to call on them again this year, and this company shined once again. They were honest and upfront about the time it wpuld take, and the rates that it could potentially be. They were courtious on the phone and exceptipnally professional when they arrived. They resolved the issue and got the heating system up an running in less than an hours time. Living Waters Plumbing and Heating has earned my trust and I will continuesly use them.

Wish I could share good news. I had been with Living Waters for over a year now. Initially loved their prompt service when everyone else was busy. However, I have had significant issues since this summer: over-charging, missed appointments, and unresolved plumbing issues that means I can no longer recommend their services.
Problem description: Asked them to fix the shared hallway thermostat in an 8-plex back in June. They spent $3200 "upgrading my boiler room and side arm water heater". Thermostat wasn't fixed. Was told I need to connect a wire to get the interior heat to kick on. Okay, not great but we are future proofing the boiler for failure, right? NOPE.
Called them on 11/23 about a leak in the "upgraded" boiler room. They scheduled for Monday, 11/27. No one showed up. Called again. They rescheduled for Tuesday 12/5. They went to the wrong property. Didn't call or leave a message. I called 12/6 and they scheduled for Thursday 12/7. They fixed three thermostats in individual units in the 8-plex and told me that I needed to replace my side arm water heater in the "upgraded" boiler room. This visit was $1216.40 including a $155 charge for their 12/5 visit to the wrong location.
Had work done on another property in September 9/19. They sent me an invoice, I paid it. They sent me a duplicate invoice 6 weeks later dated 11/30 for the same work done in September 9/19. I emailed and called and told them that it was already paid. Finally got a response with no resolution as of 12/15.
