Absolutely amazing company! Professional, kind and compassionate. Service Technician, Keith thoroughly assessed the problem and worked tirelessly for over a week working with water pump manufacturer to warranty my water pump. Installation was corrected and communication was clear throughout the process. Accounts Receivable, Daniel Sobek was responsive and professional while providing follow-up to incorrect coding for billing invoice. Work order was coded correctly and was covered by warranty. They stand by their 1 year warranty service no questioned asked and advocated for Dab to replace the water pump. I have worked with Living Waters on two occasions and highly recommend using their services. I will call them in the future!

The technical part of the job was fine, however their billing is certainly not transparent. Although they explained on the phone that first hour of service is more expensive because it would include the drive in time, they later charged us quarter hour more for transit time. No parts involved, tech didn't even stay full hour but they demanded 1.25 hours for payment. When I questioned it, they simply said this is your balance whether you like it or not, like they weren't the ones who gave information on the phone. Just the usual money traps to make a few extra bucks.

Living Waters did a great job replacing my boiler and retrofitting my entire home to a totally new system. They were very responsive, efficient, timely, and professional. Daniel and Paul were wonderful to work with, highly skilled and helpful. I plan to use Living Waters exclusively from now on, and highly recommend this company to everyone!

Living waters has overcharged me twice on a invoice, they charged for extra labor that showed up to my house for training without my permission, I would have said no. You're charging the customer $250 for the first hour $186 after and a $50 trip fee you should not be training people on the customer's clock when you're that expensive. they charged me for 2 hours of work when they only did an hour and a half, and they never fixed the problem that I called about in the first place, they didn't even care to stick around to see if the problem remained, in the end I'm out a lot of money because of this company, and I have to find another company to fix my noisy pipes.

Unfortunate experience.i was Charged for more hours than actually were provided. When approaching management with the overpricing, I was dismissed and not given compensation. Beware and clutch your pockets.

I’m a second time customer of Living Waters. I called Jefferey because our water heater was leaking. He was so courteous and compassionate. So easy to talk to. I explained our situation and send pictures over to him right away. He was able to send Paul out in a very timely manner and Paul was amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful and was able to fix our problems within the hour.

I am grateful for this company’s knowledgeable able efficient work ethic. They are just good people trying to do good work. Very happy with the results

Work performed: Dryer vent cleanout. Tech: Patrick. Arrived, performed site survey, briefed on work to accomplish task, started immediately. Spoke with Patrick as work progressed - a fine young man who loves working for/with the Living Waters team. Spoke glowingly of the owner, Mister Tim and all other employees - obviously genuine in his comments. Work was performed efficiently, as described, and completed in short order. Am completely satisfied with Living Waters and give my highest recommendation for this company and Patrick. Good leadership was apparent, loyalty of the employee was noteworthy, and the job was finished fast and completely - WELL DONE!

We're still working on little things but these guys replaced my mainline to street in October, great cleanup and camera proof, repaired a leak from below my sink going into my garage. Had great connections for excavation in a very precise and delicate area, provided mold removal, victory drains is also amazing and these are sister companies. Pioneer Restoration was quick to work with them to provide replacement services. These guys really have it together and are affordable given the state of the home water issues.

Jeffery and William were great. Needed our main waterline valve replaced and had been getting the run around from several other companies about the amount of work it would require. Called Living Waters on Tuesday, had an appointment Thursday, and had the water back on to the house Thursday afternoon with no issues. Will explained everything he would be doing and the replacement parts needed, completed the work very efficiently, and answered several questions about other plumbing oddities/next steps in our house. Definitely recommend using Living Waters!

Our furnace went out and our usual HVAC company was at least a week out. So I contacted Jeffery and he sent Bailey out. These guys had us up and running same day within a couple hours. They are definitely going to be our first call from now on and and I hope I get these two gentleman again.

Living Waters did a job for me that other plumbers wouldn’t because it was beyond their skill set, and they did a great job doing it.

I'm impressed and appreciate Clancy and Jeffrey for providing such stellar service all around! They responded to my water heater issues within hours, and the repair also happened very quickly. On top of that, Clancy also caught a serious potential safety hazard with our unit and fixed that as well. Seriously just a kind, efficient, and knowledgeable company that I would recommend to anyone.

I had my sinks and garage disposal installed and a few months later I noticed a very small leak. Gave them a call and they were at my house within 1 hour! (WOW) Clancy the tech was so polite and he fixed everything very quickly. He had explained to me what had happened and it was such a simple fix. I will forever go through this company for anything I need a plumber for. I will forever recommend them!

Project ordeal and communication w/ (others.) Keith came on time and professionally and quickly tackled the job. I have never been so happy about getting a kitchen project done, Jeff and Keith Really made my Week! I will recommend them and I hope they don’t get too busy for me but I’m now a loyal customer and am grateful for there service to me.

1st Call: Call for them to come out.We were having issues with our system.
Technicians stated that he had to order a part two weeks went by and no communication.We had to call not once not twice but three times Were informed the only got half the part that was needed. A deposit was required up front and when the bill came, the deposit was not on the bill had to call and request that it be put against the balance.
2ND call: Called for yearly service check.Tech was polite but didn't seem to be familiar with your system. Had to request service that in the past has always been part routine of our yearly checkup. Tech did not have the proper items and had to leave and come back.
3RD Call: Week later system was leaking.Tech replaced a other part again didn't have proper item to complete the repairs and once again had to return to shop (which we were billed for the hour it took)
This was October got a bill in DECEMBER 2 months later!!!!
Fees are high.
Don't use this company!!!!!

DON’T BELIEVE OR TRUST THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY.

Had them fix a shower faucet leak. Quick job. Under $300. Awesome. Called them back to fix a leak in a PVC pipe and look at my washer plumbing. 3 hour job. Replaced 2-3 section pvc, sealed it. 5 minute look at washer plumbing. Nothing wrong. Received a statement for $351.00. Paid it. Week later received another statement saying I owed almost another $800!! Excuse me? You were paid in full. Called the store and was blocked by Tiffany who would only state someone from accounting will call back explain the added charges. DON’T CALL THIS COMPANY.

Went through and read other 1 star reviews. Same complaints. Over billing and putting a middle finger in your face.

Called and a professional operator answered the phone and they were able to fit us in betweent their busy schedule in the middle of winter. Thank you MM for keeping us warm and going above and beyond for squeezing us in!

Good service, very professional and very reasonably priced. Called on off hours and asked them to call next morning - which they did. Was able to set up an appointment and got the work done promptly. Will be using again! Thanks guys!

Mountain Mechanical has always went above and beyond to assist me. Always fixing my issue in a timely manner and coming out within hours of getting the call. I really appreciate their dedication!
