Avi and his team were very thorough in cleaning our ducts, very honest and reasonable, they did not try to up sell during the visit which I see a lot of these services do. I would highly recommend using Natural Air if you need your ducts cleaned.

I had my vents cleaned and sanitized, and had my dryer vents cleaned out. Avi and his team did a GREAT job. They were both super friendly, thorough and on time. We will be using their service again.

Just had my vents cleaned by Natural Air duct and I could not be happier. The crew was very polite, answered all of my questions and gave a top notch service! Natural Air Duct showed up on time, took time to look at my ducts, intake, AC unit & filter system and then gave the recommendation, and price. They were not pushy, and gave a really fair price. I've had work like this done in other places, by different companies, over the years but Natural Air Duct is by far the best! Give them a try. Trust me, you will breathe a lot easier!

The Techs were prompt, very helpful and courteous. They gave advice on a monthly maintenance that I can perform to avoid future mold issues, Their estimate was firm and they did not give any up sales. I will diffidently use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Avi and Steve did an amazing job. I waited a few weeks to post a review to be sure, but the air quality is night and day different. our family had been getting sick all winter for some unknown reason, and finally we decided to call and get our ducts cleaned and dryer vent unclogged. well I was astonished at how bad the ducts were. our house was built in '97 and they probably had never been cleaned. Avi showed me the inside of the ducts before and after. I saw mold in the return, and a layer of dust and dirt at the bottom of every duct. it was most distressing for my wife and I to see that grossness above our children's rooms. Avi and Steve thoroughly cleaned and sanitized every duct, and the house has never felt better. I didnt realize it, but I couldnt breathe deeply in the house before, and I was not able to sleep as well because of the allergens steadily being sprayed over us from above. but even with all that, what really makes this a 5-star experience was the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and even kindness that Avi and Steve brought. Avi called me back very quickly after receiving my initial request online, quoted me, and got me scheduled next day. They were right on time the next morning and gave us a text with ETA before they left. they were kind to our dog and our young kids. after inspecting the system, they did not upsell us and their quoted price was good. Avi showed me the pictures and videos along the way, and gave me the spec sheet and a sample of the sanitizer they used. all in all a fantastic experience.

These guys are honest and affordable. I was reading the google reviews to pick a company for my dryer vents to get cleaned and fixed. Avi got me in immediately ,cleaned the dryer vents and went above and beyond to change out the coils so that I can do laundry right away. I'll use them every year for maintenance from now on. Happy client.

Was recommended by a coworker, called at 4pm on Tuesday and was greeted very professionally. Avi asked me a few questions to verify the need of service and even offered to be there the same day if needed. I had him come at 0800 the next morning, he was right on time, very professional and friendly. I showed him the equipment and he was fast to work! Absolutely amazing how thorough he was, quality of work was well beyond my expectations and the pricing was spot on. I would highly recommend Avi and Natural Air Duct to all my family and friends.

Lastly, he was very comfortable to have in your home, this may seem silly but sometimes service providers are not. If my wife or even kids where home without me I would be comfortable with Avi performing service in my home, hands down great guy.

This company is awesome. I had a wonderful experience with Avi.I was a potential customer with a dryer vent brush stuck up in the vent. I tried to clean the vent myself which I had done it before but unfortunately the brush came off and got stuck. I called this company. Avi was done for the day but he took his time trying to give me ideas on the phone to get the brush out. He stayed on the phone for awhile just to help me. Avi I'm very grateful that there still a good service person that is willing to help even before I become your customer. I highly recommend your company.

I wish I had called sooner. Avi and Steve are true professionals and were wonderful to work with. I rarely write reviews, but I felt their service was far above what I ever expected and deserved to be praised. Absolutely amazing service! Our dryer started smoking on Sunday, and we assumed maybe there was a lint clog somewhere. I called and immediately got ahold of someone, Avi, who said he could be there Tuesday morning. Avi arrived a little earlier than anticipated, which was great, and found the issue was a mesh net covering the tube, which was preventing all of the lint from escaping for who knows how long (we have lived here a year, but it could have been accumulating before we moved in). Our dryer is now functioning properly again. :)

I bought a new dryer and decided before having it delivered the dryervent should be cleaned out.  I requested and received a quote within 10 minutes from Avi.  He was able to  set up an appointment for the next morning.  Avi and Steve arrived promptly, explained what they were going to do and got right to work.  It was surprising to see what they cleaned out.  The laundry room was cleaned up and ready for the new appliance to be delivered.  It was a pleasure doing business with Avi and Steve, they were professional, responsible and personable. AVI is very professional, easy to work and knowledgableon in his field. He goes above and beyond to provide a guality service. He is on time, great communicator and his price is competitive for the quality of the work he provids. I called him to clean our home dryer vent after finding a bird in the vent.. After cleaning the vent he replaced the pipe with more secure pipe and gave me information on how to protect the vent from birds. I used his company to clean vents for 3 other rental homes that I manage. He scheduled all the appointments and sent me videos and status update after they were done. Avi and Steve were an absolute delight to work with. I called yesterday morning to inquire about our dryer vent, and they came same day. We just moved into our house after a remodel, and Avi checked our ducts for us as well, which we had cleaned this morning.

Both gentlemen were polite, engaging, prompt and great at what they do. They were also really wonderful with our small son and dog, who were both verrrrry curious about what was going on.
