Avi and his partner were great. They did a great job cleaning and disinfecting our air ducts and cleaning the air dryer vent. Seeing the before and after pictures were impressive. And our air purifier sensor was reporting a 1 for air quality after they left, which is the lowest. Wow!

Avi was very clear about the service and cost up front, showed up on time, answered all my questions, provided me with info on the natural sanitizer they use and was very friendly and personable throughout the experience. He’s very responsive and will call you or text you immediately if you have questions, before and after the service. I would highly recommend them (esp over Groupon companies) and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

When I reached out to Natural Air Duct, Avi was quick to respond. He showed up on time, and was very friendly and professional. He even provided a video of the dryer vent on our roof. He did a wonderful job, and I would definitely recommend him for dryer vent and air duct cleaning!

Avi and Steve are the best guys for the job! I was having sinus problems and bad allergies. I called Avi and they were able to come out the next business day. They cleaned my air ducts with an eco friendly, pet and kid friendly solution. They sprayed my walls, floors and ceilings. The smell was a bit strong but it faded away within hours. And now, I notice a huge difference!! My air feels better. No more sinus congestion or allergies!! It’s honestly MAGICAL!! Avi and Steve did an incredible job. My house feels and smells amazing. My dryer vent was clogged, I mean really clogged. After trying all the home remedies I called Natural Air Duct. Avi was quick to respond and show up. Cleared from the roof, the attic and the inner laundry room. There was a LOT of crud built up. Great customer service and value for his hard work.

Natural Air Duct LLC was recommended by LG Support ! My new LG gas dryer was not drying as it should so I called LG Support. The conclusion was that the vent to the outside should be professionally cleaned. I called LG Support and they gave me Avi number. He was here within the hour as well as very knowledgeable and professional. The amount of lint and clogged dust was frightful as this condition could start a fire. There was no airflow at all before being cleared out. The price was very reasonable considering what Avi accomplished in such a short amount of time. Very efficient I am recommending him to every who needs this type of service.

Avi was prompt and professional. He was able to get to my house within about 20 minutes for a semi-urgent duct cleaning need and sent videos of his work once completed. Avi and Steve from Natural Air Duct, were the absolute best, and at a great price. They arrived on time. They cleaned all the ducts and vents as well as the air return vents. Avi even checked the blower in the attic that another company said needed cleaning, but was in fact clean. Avi even vacuumed the Art next to the vent high on my wall, as well as the cabinet under the vent in the kitchen, this act of kindness was definitely above and beyond, and greatly appreciated as I can't climb a ladder to do it myself. Steve vacuumed the open area tile and wood floors throughout the house. Will definitely have them back for cleaning maintenance of my air ducts.
