Mystery problem why no heat? Had to reset the system and it's all good. Had an informative discussion about maintenance, what to do if it happens again, paid a reasonable price and put this company into my phone and on my calendar for maintenance.

We have lived in our house for almost 30 years, and have relied on Cools Days' service almost from the beginning. They are honest, dependable, reliable, friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They won't do anything and charge us extra for things we don't need. Because of their diligence in maintaining our heat pump units, we are still running our original units, almost 30 years old now. We are indeed planning on replacing both units, (mostly because of the new Freon requirement) and we will count on Cool Days to perform this task. We will continue to rely on Cool Days to keep our units running in good shape. Thanks so much, Cool Days!

I have to update this review. After Dan came out to repair our heat pump the unit was hardly cooling. He found a very dirty coil, and claimed that the unit was low on refrigerant, so he said he added some. A couple of days later I called in another A/C company, and they found that the reason the unit was not cooling was because it was down 2.5 lbs of refrigerant. It cost me $350 to replace the stolen refrigerant. It's very sad that a company I had been happy with for decades decided to steal from me.

I want say thank you once again to the people at Cool Days. I've been using and recommending this company for more than 25 years. They got us back up and running in no time, and the costs were very reasonable for the work performed. I know several people who swear by them now because of my recommendations, so give them a try.

I'm a contractor and I've been dealing with Cool Days for over 30 years and I refer all of my clients and friends to them. I can tell you LOTS of stories about people getting outrageous bids from "highly advertised, A+ BBB Rated, Contractor of the Year" etc. and Cool Days did the repairs for a FRACTION of the other bids. They're honest and do a good job.

We have used cool days for over 10 years from a new Install to routine maintenance for an older unit. Today, Johan troubleshooted our non-responsive unit and did the repair as well as a seasonal check up.
Our bill was very fair.

My wife Margo & I just had a wonderful experience with Dan & Jonathan (The Martin Bros :) @ Cool Days A/C with a brand new Mitsubishi Mini-Split system that they installed in our Arizona Room in Mesa. We both are very pleased with their knowledge, work & professionalism. Beginning with their initial visit to our home for an introduction/inspection, thorough walk-through & then careful, easy-to-understand explanation of the process, along with their very reasonable estimate for the 1/2 day job that it took, it all turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Dan & Jonathon took care to treat our home during installation as if it was their home. Once the job was completed, they took the time to explain how to operate the Mitsubishi Mini-Split System no matter 'whether' heating the room now in our winter months, or when those 100°+ days come around before we know it & need a cool, comfortable room . Now we can use our Arizona Room, in comfort, year round. Well done, Men! Oh yea...Cool Days will certainly do a great job on your A/C unit too, whether doing service work, or installing an entirely new Trane unit. They'll do it right! Happy 2025 to All!

When Meadow Heating & Air quoted me over $1800 to fix a leak and install a Common wire, I decided to get a second opinion (They also told me that my practically brand new unit needed to be replaced already).

Good thing I listened to my intuition and called Cool Days, because the "leak" was simply condensation and the C wire was already there; just needed to be plugged in. Two minute fix. $100. Cool Days just earned a customer for life! Thank you for saving me thousands!

Jon and Dan are amazing! I've used Cool Days twice, once for A/C and again this past December for a furnace issue. They were able to come out quickly and assess the fix and get me up and running. Great customer service from the original call into the office all the way through getting my unit back up and running!

Wow! Same day service of when I called in. John was our technician today. We have a room AC installed by Cool Days back in 2006. It was desperate for a deep clean of compelled dust and it had stopped working. John set up a way to wash & drain the unit without removing the unit from the wall.. It was quite impressive. I highly recommend this company.

Recently I called Cool Days for the first time at the advice of a friend who already had positive experiences with them. They worked with me to resolve an obscure short-cycling event that would randomly cause my A/C to stop blowing cold air. The team was patient, friendly, good communicators, & displayed appropriate knowledge to troubleshoot the situation. I also appreciated their honest demeanor in truthfully disclosing their progress and findings along the way, while diligently trying to solve the immediate problem at-hand. I will not hesitate to call them in the future and will be happy to refer them to others needing HVAC help.
