We had our unit start blowing warm air on the first day it was over 100 degrees of the year on a Saturday evening. With 5 little kids, including a little baby, we needed something fast to get us cooled off again.

I called Arrow, and got someone on the phone right away. Within about an hour, they arrived and got our unit up and running again. A huge life saver for us!

Austin walked us through our unit to show us how it worked, and what to be watching for moving forward.
