I recently purchased a unit from north wind mechanical I’m glad I did their tech Justin was very informative and helpful! I recommend this company!

Fantastic service! Came out on very short notice, got my AC unit up and running and made sure my other units were tuned up and ready to handle the heat!

My ac was blowing hot air. I called Northwind Mechanical to see what was wrong. The technician found the unit was low on refrigeration. He charged my unit and now it’s running great.

Called for a maintenance, plus one of our units was not working very well so I called Northwind Mechanical. Shaun the service tech who came out was very professional and thorough in his report. Unit ended up needing some freon because it was low on charge. They found the leak on a loose fitting and repaired unit has been working great ever since.Thank you Shaun !

BUYER BEWARE........ Who places a mechanical lien when they're not even done on the job, Northwind mechanical!!!!!! This is definitely a matter for the ROC whom I will be contacting immediately! Absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional to deal with to say the least of it!

We've known Dave since 2008 and his services just been going downhill since! I think he's getting too big for his own good! And also if you read one of the reviews, it's done by his brother, Travis Greer, how lame is that!!!!!

When you want service, there's no service.... when they want payment, they'll hound you like crazy!!!! As a matter of fact, just for anyone's information, Dave is respectively over paid $10,000 for this job as we speak and wants the rest of his money before he's even complete! Just for anyone's information, Dave is currently under investigation by the register of contractors and also, if you go on the BBB's website and read the reviews, he has three negative reviews, out of four reviews! Just saying!

In response to owners review does that even sound right you work on to assisted-living project for me and didn't get paid so he worked on one didn't get paid and started another one only not to get paid does that sound right that's so untrue what a lying scumbag you are Dave you're not even done with your project that you have attics open Yep holes cut in the drywall everywhere what are you talking about trying to scam me out of paying finish your job first you croak

We have NW Mech take care of all of our HVAC needs. New home installation, replacement in older home, and annual checkups. They always do a great job, clearly communicate findings when diagnosing an issue. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Shaun was such a great help. He was very personable, and he knows his stuff! He works very hard, and gets the job done right! I tip my cap to him...he's one hell of a handyman.

I am not going to go over the detail of the issues again. I have emailed you and spoke to your receptionist. I tried in good faith to give you a chance to make it right and I asked your owner to give me a call to discuss. I haven't heard back. I know I may never get closure on this issue. I would like you to know I am disappointed on your unprofessionalism when you were give a golden opportunity to make it right for your client and you chose to ignore that opportunity.

Mandy the was so great! She got me in right away and they were able to work around my busy schedule. The techs who came out were very professional and had my a/c working in no time!
