Snowman cooling and heating installed a new ac on May 2024, now that is getting colder I tried to turn on my heater and it didn't work. I reset the thermostat thinking that might fix it but it didn't. I called snowman cooling and heating and they came back to my house to reprogram my thermostat. Snowman cooling and heating. Where do I begin. Let's start with the most friendly, respectful, and reliable company I've come across. Frank answered my phone call. Gave me a little heads up over the phone and scheduled to come out the very next day. Came out and did the AC check-up and determined my system was just too outdated. He didn't upsell and didn't twist my arm. That was just the start. I went ahead and decided to replace our system. Before arrival, they gave a curiosity call. Which, to me, is absolutely amazing. Very punctual. After arriving, both Frank and Brain introduce themselves respectfully, and we began talking about the process for our new unit! They were very respectful of our house, careful not to damage anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the East Valley. Superb customer service!! We will definitely be contacting them for any future endeavors regarding HVAC. Frank and Brain, you guys are amazing!!!
