Josh and his team did a PHENOMENAL job and so speedy. We called him to our home for an emergency and he was there within 2 hours and helped us out immediately (which is a huge deal in this AZ heat). He was honest with his estimate and able to fix our problem within the day and didn’t charge us a million dollars. We are eternally grateful! Josh and his team are our number one pick when it comes to any of our AC needs.

I called late on Friday night of Memorial day weekend and Josh had Christian out working on the unit by 10 am on Saturday! Christian did a fantastic job and made quick work of diagnosing and fixing the problem (faulty capacitor). You won't get the bogus extra charges from Kittrell Services that is so common in the industry. It's refreshing to work with a company you know will be honest and fair. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

I've been using Kittrell services for about a year now. I have an OLD hvac system and they are keeping it humming along. They are always courteous and efficient and fairly priced. In addition, they are punctual and have worked me into their schedule when I've had emergencies. Great guys. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have known Josh since 2016 when our AC broke in our condo and I needed a new one that week as I had many people coming over for my husbands surprise graduation party. He saved me 3k on a new unit compared to a larger company and was able to get it done the same week before the party. I’ve referred him ever since then, and he even referred us to a buddy of his that’s a plumber that we ended up using as well.

Thank god I kept his number cause fast forward to today our AC at our house stopped blowing cold. Mind you this wasn’t an AC Josh’s team installed. He remembered me first of all, and responded immediately and had one of his techs out here within 1.5 hours ON A SUNDAY guys. I was absolutely expecting him to say he could get someone out here the next day. His tech comes out and turns out our blower fell over, which ended up being a pretty quick repair luckily. His tech Chris was very knowledgeable and was happy to talk to my husband about all his questions and the whole setup. Payment was easy through Zelle.

Josh is a good guy and is always happy to help and I love that he’s a 3 man team as you get true quality service. I’ll continue to spread Josh’s name ever chance I get.

First off I have been suffering from an old a/c unit for the past 2 summers, I am over the moon about the work Josh and his team did, they are very prompt, well mannered crew, my kids and I will be feeling quite comfortable this summer all thanks to Kittrel Services, every question was answered respectfully, and in a way I could understand. I highly recommend!

We were blown away by the service, other technicians couldn't diagnose the problems. Kittrell fixed multiple A/Cs some on the spot and one as soon as parts arrived. The price was more than reasonable, they really helped our church.

I called Josh and his team when our AC unit wasn’t operating to its optimum potential. Came in had old unit out new unit in within a couple hours. They are super professional, clean up after themselves, make sure unit is 100% before they leave with absolutely no short cuts.

I recommend working with Josh at Kittrell. I had an issue with my AC and had several HVAC companies come out to diagnose. Every technician before Josh reported that I would need to purchase a new unit. Josh was able to repair my unit and didn’t automatically try to sell me on a new unit saving me thousands. I called Kittrell Services yesterday to see if they could work on my mother's coolers quickly , due to the heat and she is 86 and they haven't been taken care of as they should have been from her previous contractor. When I called, Josh answered and was very polite and said he could come out the next day since he had an opening. Today he called me and said he was on his way, showed up and got both of her coolers working. I'm definitely letting friends and neighbors know to call Kittrell Services. Kittrell Services is courteous, professional, and competent, from the initial contact to scheduling to service delivery to follow-up. Josh Kitrell and his crew had performed timely, reasonably priced, great service the past two summers on an old AC unit that was limping along. This year, we realized it is time to replace the entire system. Kittrell rapidly presented a quote that was very fair (and less than expected, given the need to get a crane out to remove the old unit and install the new unit on the rooftop of my condo building). Kitrell scheduled the service in a timely fashion and just in time to beat the heat coming into this summer. The crew arrived on-time and everything worked like a well-oiled machine. Two guys on the roof took care of the compressor/heat pumps, two guys in the condo replaced the air handler and thermostat, and the coordination with the crane operator was smooth like butter! The crane was on-site less than 15 minutes, thanks to the way the crew coordinated the advance prep for the crane's arrival. What I expected to be a 6-hour job, took 3 hours, and the system works great! All the guys were courteous and professional, took great care to be clean and safe inside the home, and to some extent, it did not even seem like they were there for the few hours. I know this is quite a detailed review, but given the quality of the materials and workmanship that Kittrell provided, I do not expect any future opportunities to ever see these guys again.. so, figured now is the time to compliment them on the past two years of successful service calls for the old, struggling 20-yr old AC system and the fantastic experience for replacing the entire system inside-and-out this year. I will certainly be referring any prospective clients to Josh Kittrell and his team this summer and beyond! Thanks Josh, Christian, Randy, Mick, and "crane guy"!

Kittrell Services, LLC was a life saver for me! I recently moved into a new build and couldn't figure out why my heat wasn't turning on. It was dropping down I to the 40s at night and my house was so cold in the mornings and the evenings. I reached out to Kittrell Services, LLC on a Sunday and they came out and fixed my furnace the very next day! They even took down my filters for me that needed changing because I don't have a ladder yet. Both technicians were very professional and kind. They worked around my work schedule and Im very appreciative of that! Great pricing too! 😁 10 outta 10 - would recommend!

I had noticed Kittrell doing work in the Phoenix area as I saw people I know around the state had been relying on them. We lost AC last night as I was trying to leave town and today even on a Saturday they were willing to come out same day even all the way in Rio Verde Foothills. The tech worked diligently metering and testing the entire system before identifying and reporting multiple issues. They had our AC charged and back up running COLD with confidence the same day. They even gave suggestions to help us save money maintaining the system. Feeling totally blessed we could rely on them. Their prices seem very fair and competitive too! Very professional crew. Josh was amazing! I had a 15 year old unit on its last leg. His first instinct was to try to repair where other guys had pushed me to replace. When we determined the unit was unable to be bandaid further, the pricing was up front and they were almost instant in their ability to get the new unit on the roof. I couldn’t be happier with the service and Kittrell well solely be my AC guys and my only referral moving forward. 11/10

He checked every detail, cleaned the system, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Super honest, reliable, and respectful. If you are looking for a company to clean your dryer vent look no further Natural Air Duct is super efficient, reliable and responsive. absolutely GREAT SERVICE…. I reached out to Natural Air Duct Sunday night to get a quote started. Avi got back to me in under five minutes and gave my a super competitive quote. I messaged him the next day to set something up, he made time that same day to do the work.. Him and his partner came in got to work and even replaced my dryer tube to make it more efficient. So quick so easy and knowledgeable…. 💯recommend!!!!!
