We are very pleased with the services provided by "Convenient Home Services". Paul, who managed the project, as well as several secretaries we dealt with were all courteous and responsive to our questions, concerns, and our scheduling requests. The gentlemen who performed the work, which was accomplished very recently in the heat of the summer" were very friendly, hard-working and were conscientious regarding the homeowner’s property and were meticulous in covering items below the work area to prevent overflow of insulation onto personal property and they cleaned up promptly when they had completed the project.
Overall, we are pleased with Convenient Home Services and their affiliated company and would particularly like to thank the servicemen who came to our home to provide the service, namely, Uriel and Luis.
We would recommend this company to those seeking the services that they provide and we would use them for future projects without hesitation.

Convenient Home Services did a true five star company job.They came into my house and promptly started to lay down many blue tarps to protect my floors and to contain any debris that fell. I truly appreciated this effort and as they started to do their work, I witnessed how careful they were not to create a mess. They continued doing their work and continually asking permission to "open this door" or "can we move this so we don't brake or damage it". They acted very professionally and making sure my personal stuff was protected. They made special efforts to explain what they were doing and how the changes would work better for me. Paul and his crew walked me around to show me the finished work explaining everything. When they were done, they carefully removed the blue tarps and began to completely clean the areas they worked in including vacuum all carpets and remove debris.
I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.
I told Paul that I would give him ten stars but he said that I only can give a maximum of five stars, so I did.

In February, I bought a 70's era home. I picked Convenient Home Services from the SRP list of contractors for an energy audit. I couldn't have made a better choice. Chris and Paul Gloria and their crews could not have been a nicer or more professional group of people. Kindness and proficiency were the rules of each day. There was a lot of work to do and I'm very happy with the results. Highly recommend this company.

Convenient was great! They scheduled an estimate without delay, started work quickly after we accepted the estimate, and worked with me to make sure I got all applicable rebates. They thoroughly explained the work to be done. They arrived on time, the crew started work promptly and they left the house clean. The office staff is professional and they communicated with me every step of the way!! Definitely 5 start service!

WOW!! Service was excellent. Paul was great setting up schedule/ repairs. Christ and Team are very professional. The new air duct works as it should, all rooms are now getting air and is very comfortable. With the new insulation, house is holding temp and Heater/AC is not running as much. If you are need of A/C, duct work, energy audits, all HVAC etc., this company is one I would highly recommend based on 16 years of doing business with them. They installed my last AC unit many, many years ago, but then recently it was time to replace my AC-heat pump unit due to age. I also had my duct work inspected due to numerous issues I was having. Turns out the main return duct & supply duct had to be replaced (very old and leaking); Although I incurred some unexpected additional expense with this extra duct work, I am happy it was found and it's completed. The entire new system, new duct work and new registers have made a world of difference in my home. While all of this work was and unanticipated expense, I'm so happy it's done properly and professionally, and I no longer have to worry about poor/uneven air flow, wasted energy and duct work that is disintegrating . The crew and office staff are wonderful to work with, they show up when they committed to, were prepared, efficient and professional. No 'extra' charges, I paid what they quoted. They explained every step, reviewed the audit report, showed me pictures of the damage in the attic and gave me options without any sales pressure. In a world where customer service and professionalism are sorely lacking, this company and staff are a bright light! They are licensed and bonded, and certified APS and SRP qualified contractors. 10 Stars!

Convenient was recommended to me by a next door neighbor, after discussing my AC issues and my frustration with three other HVAC companies. Discussed my AC issues with Paul over the phone. He was very helpful and informative. James and his crew came to the house and discussed the issue at length. James and his crew performed and inspection and gave me the details as to what needed to be done to resolve the dampener and AC issues. James explained everything in detail and at no time did I feel pressured to perform any of the recommendations that he gave me. I did approve to have the work they recommended. They showed up on time and did a great job in solving my AC issues. Paul followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work they performed. I would not hesitate in recommending Convenient Home Services to anyone.

Initially, Convenient Home Services, Inc came out to my home in February 2020 to conduct an SRP assessment of the efficiency of my home. They were professional, took the time to explain things, shared pictures of areas that I am unable to access and provided a thorough report of recommendations. Due to having such a great experience with them during this my 1st encounter, I have had them come out to fix and service my AC unit. Everyone that I have interacted with (owner, home performance analyst, office staff, and repair technicians) have been professional, responsive, timely, engaging, knowledgeable, honest, and intentional; resolving the issue with integrity. I highly recommend Convenient Home Service, Inc. This company is also a general contractor and I will definitely be using them in the future for other home projects. I had 3 estimates to replace a 10-year old AC. Convenient gave me the simplest explanation for why it needed to be replaced as well as the simplest, 1-page estimate (in contrast to one that was 6 pages of technical language)! And no sales pitch, just straight talk. In 35 years of owning my house, Convenient was the first company to actually measure the space being cooled to see if I had the right size AC. In other words, they know what they're doing. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. My highest recommendation!

I had an excellent experience working with this company. Seven years ago, Paul and Chris did work on my home and were incredibly accommodating. It's refreshing to find a service industry company that not only expects high employee turnover but also successfully retains loyal employees. Paul and Chris brought an amazing crew to tackle my duct work that looked like it had been assembled by a troop of monkeys after a three day drinking spree. We had planned for 1.5 days to complete the work. Instead, they completed everything within 6 hours and were on their way to lunch before noon.

Prior to work being started, Chris provided me a extensive and detailed estimate of all the problems associated with my air duct system. My biggest complaints were - smoke infiltration, (I suffer from asthma like condition) HVAC system constantly running, and weak air flow from many registers. Chris took photos of the entire system and then provided a detailed report of how best to correct the issues.

When I had questions, Paul was quick to respond to my emails and/or calls and patiently answered all of them. He always updated the estimate so I was never in doubt as to the work to be done and the price. Paul also assisted with a program that SRP has to make homes more energy efficient. He took over the paperwork portion to make sure I received my entire rebate.

What can I say other than - I would recommend Convenient Home Services to everyone and will use their services again if needed.

Very trustworthy and reliable company. I wanted a home energy audit because I had issues with bedrooms being extraordinarily hot compared to the rest of my home. They were so communicative and got me scheduled promptly. I ended up getting some duct work completed to help with the air flow and everything is so much better now. They did it all in a single day to not burden me any more than absolutely necessary as well. Super considerate

They were excellent to work with. They did our SRP home audit and then new screens and new duct work for us. Our house feels cooler and more even which is what we wanted. They were excellent at communicating when they would arrive and leave each day, and they kept the house clean while working.
