I cannot comment on the effort to install flooring!!! No such install for us!!!

The two men did a great job installing the new carpet, they were very careful and didn't scuff the walls while removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet

We purchased flooring from Home Depot. Everything from dealing with the sales department, scheduling, and installation was on point from start to finish.

The first repairman was very nice and we thought he had fixed everything alright. But our heating went out again the next morning and I had to call the company back and ask for another repairman to come out again. I wasn’t too happy about that, but the second repairman fixed the problem the first guy made and then everything was okay.

I had one problem after the other with the flooring dept. we spent hours trying to get things straightened out with our flooring project. Lied to us that it would be installed in a couple of days, when in fact, it wasn’t delivered for a month and a half! The installation people were supe, both the installation people from Home Depot and the other people from the other installation company, they were great

Staff always so helpful at Home Depot——- for this project, between “ looking” sessions, I was in 3 separate areas and required assistance; I had 3 experts to help me!!! As a 78 year old, I love Home Depot where I get the DIY support I need!

Western states flooring was absolutely fantastic. They were quick and we almost didn’t even know they were here. The swept and vacuumed their work space and left no trace of work being done. Quality work.

Parker and Sons came out and inspected and explained thoroughly the different R ratings and their process. I really appreciated the no BS, genuine down to earth conversation I had with Sean and that the company wasn’t interested in gouging me! I feel I got a very good price and with their guarantee to top off for many years to come if needed is why they won my business. The After pictures they showed me confirmed “ they walk the talk”. And, they were done under 2 hours.

Kenneth called and explained that he was at the Home Depot, picking up the water heater and that he would be out to the house in approximately 20 minutes.
He showed up at the time he stated and quickly went to work. The job was completed in a timely manner with the site being cleaner than he found it.
We are really happy with this service and would gladly suggest anyone in need to use it.

I bought a new A\C through Home Depot. The whole experience was great. Their price was much cheaper and they use Parker and Sons for installation.
Everyone was professional and courteous. I was so impressed with the whole experience. Home Depot followed up and Parker and Sons followed up. Also when you buy from Home Depot you get a 20 year warranty, if you do your preventive maintenance. All around, it was a great deal

We had our carpet replaced. We worked with Debra in store . She was a great help when selecting a color & type. The quality of the carpet is fabulous and the color is great. We were very pleased with the installers as they did quality work and were very professional. What I am not sure about is the guy that did the measurements. We ended up with about 13 sq yards of extra carpet. I understand there is going to be extra but I’m surprised it is so much. I am happy with the end result of the carpet, pad and installation. It’s beautiful.

Home Depot Carpet installers were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and communicated everything they were doing. We would definitely purchase carpet and use the installers at Home Depot again. It was a very good experience!

The home services at Home Depot was amazing! I received a call back quickly after my request! Customer Service was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to schedule a water heater installation within days of my first call. The quote for the whole job… $1500 LESS than what we were going to be charged by a competitor! The lumber was extremely friendly and will most likely ask for him specifically for any future plumbing needs!

Workers showed up on time and worked fast and efficient. The carpet looks great and the price was very reasonable.

Carpet install was not completed as a closet is still needing done and they had to order more carpet. Also there were several places on our stair banister where they had nicked the paint off the stairs that we have to touch up as the stairs were painted one week earlier but during install we saw that they scratched the paint off in several places
