Carpet and installation was perfect. Would order from Home Depot at Power and McKellips again. Carpet installer was great!

I went to the home Depot to rent a demo saw this morning for cutting concrete. The two gentlemen working there were very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. If I need to rent any more tools in the future I'll definitely be going to this location.

The carpet itself is fine, but the installation performance was a bit lacking. The crew did not prepare the sub-floor properly, so in a few areas where carpet transitions to existing tile flooring, there are problems. In one spot, the carpet is too low (does not rise to the level of the tile), so an ugly edge of the tile is visible and the overall transition is not level. In another area, a similar issue exists, where the carpet is a bit slanted where it meets my bathroom tile (because the installers did not rectify the underlying cement). So, it looks unprofessional and unsightly.

Our new shutters look great and operate great also. Installation was quick and clean.

Great experience with remodeling our bathroom. New shower, new vanity, flooring, baseboards, all in one. One installer, he is experienced with all the trades necessary for a complex process. Efficient and completed in a timely manner.

I’m actually really happy that the customer service at Home Depot Home Services was horrible. They wouldn’t answer any of our questions and acted put out that we were interested in buying appliances, they even walked off in the middle and pretended to be busy on the computer while they chatted with each other. I ended up saving hundreds of dollars, had great customer service, and had my appliances delivered 2 weeks earlier than Home Depot would have by going with Costco. Also have an extended warranty at no extra charge. Super easy to deal with and schedule, don’t waste your time here.

Alfonso did a great job, he noted a mark in the carpet, tried cleaning it twice and notified his supervisor. He installed the carpet as directed and except for the mark that is being addressed by Home Depot, we are very happy with his work.

I asked customer service about who would install a mini split AC if I purchased it at Home Depot. They took my information. The next day I was contacted by a local HVAC company, and scheduled a technician for inspection. He arrived on time and said it would be no problem. I asked for a ballpark estimate. He said he wasn’t sure but guessed around $2K. I said let’s go ahead and I went and purchased the units and then called the AC company to schedule an install, which they did.
No one showed up, and no one answered the phone, until several hours later. Then I was told paperwork and payment had to be completed before work could be scheduled. No explanation was given as to why I wasn’t informed earlier, and the cost was now $3K, 50% higher than expected.
Service was rescheduled and the job was then performed and completed and appears to have been done well.

My installer Tim was awesome to work with. Kept me informed on his ETA. Did a great job installing my door. I’d recommend him again.

Home Depot rep assisted and submitted my request for kitchen work. Our new Dishwasher had not been mounted properly by the contract worker sent out by Spencer's. The company that I chose through the Home Depot Home Services website was far more knowledgeable and properly mounted our Dishwasher. Note to self - don't depend on Spencer's at all...
