After searching tankless water heaters and plumbing companies that install them, I was fortunate to find Lava Tankless. They sell Navien brand, which is what I was looking for. When I contacted them I was pleased to find that I was speaking directly to the owner Matt, who was very informative with no high pressure sales pitch. I felt that they had a very fair price so we decided to replace our 12 year old tank style heater. We were able to schedule in less than one week and the install was great. We have used the Navien tankless heater for a little over one week so far and are very happy with it. If you are considering going tankless I highly recommend contacting Matt at Lava Tankless.

This company is absolutely amazing. Not only in customer service, but definitely understanding the needs of the people they serve.

Our old tankless went out, and we did not have hot water for two days. Understanding the need for hot water, this company came out within these two days and had everything installed, up and running, removed all of the debris, and were absolutely amazing and stellar!

Our installer, Erik, was the epitome of customer service, kindness, and professionalism.

Then the owner, Matt, followed up the very next day to check on us and see if there was anything additional that was needed. Talk about wow factor! So grateful and blessed to have found this company.

Update: my tankless water heater started leaking gas in my garage. I called twice and left messages and never heard back. I tried for over a week to get ahold of them and I had to call another company and pay them to fix it since Lava won’t call me back or answer their phone. Not acceptable after giving them over 5000 dollars and had multiple issues with their work. Another 180 to another company since they won't honor their work or warranty. I would stay away from Lava tankless. If they want to contact me and honor the warranty and pay my 180 bill I'll update my review.

Very professional handling throughout the whole process from booking to site inspection and follow through. Their representative, Wil, was very thorough and kept us informed through every step of the process and took the time to explain thoroughly when we had questions or concerns. Great hobby working on my a/c unit. Timely and professional, loved the text alerts letting me know when they were going to arrive. Tech was very knowledgeable and personable, did not use pressure tactics to buy more.

Carpet guy arrived right on time and did a great job

The two carpet installers moved the agreed upon furniture, removed old materials, and installed new padding/carpet in less than 3 hours. Returned the furniture to proper positions and cleaned up all residue. The experience to redo 2 large rooms was painless and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job.

The work was satisfactory. There are some areas along the baseboard that were not entirely tucked under the baseboard. My husband will work on fixing those. Additionally, we were not told to expect to be left with dust everywhere and to protect anything. However, I will have to absolutely dust everything that was in the office as there is a thick layer of dust everywhere. I have multiple shelves that had contents stored on each shelf so it will take some time to clean all of the dust. Had we been told it would be a very dusty process to get glue down carpet removed and installed we would have been better prepared.

Disappointed.

Could not get waited on. When I did get an employee he was busy fluttering with a young woman. Finally got someone to actually do something, the y tried to charge me $500 for installing a water heater. Went to Lowe's.
