Great service. Great price

Not happy. Just made my second call to HD to find out why no one will contact me about a very poor install for a house that had the entire rooms installed with new carpet and pad. The house is not lived in and the carpet is coming up from the floor. I want to place this house on the market but can't due to HD or the installers not replying to my need! They got paid so why bother with a workmanship claim? At least this is how I feel.

I have been s been shopping at Home Depot every since moved to Mesa AZ. I have serched other store's and I always have returned back to Home Depot to make purchases. In fact I just signed to have new carpet installed. Home Depot seems like being at a reunion with all the great employees. Take a walk through Home Depot and see all the bargins available.

When I started buying Ridgid tools 15 years ago things were great. Any broken tool could be taken to any Home Depot and in a short term was repaired. Batteries could just be called in and a replacement shipped out.
Today, however, things have changed a lot. Now there is no repair shop within 50 miles of my location, in spite of Phoenix being the 5th largest city in the US.
And batteries - it took 6 tries of calling, emailing, and filing a claim online before I got a replacement shipped. And get this - they want me to tell them the tool the original battery came with, or show a picture of the packaging from 7 years ago, or keep my own records of batteries I threw away after receiving the new one before they will register warranty on the replacement they sent...
This is more than absurd. Anyone looking to get into tools, just ignore that lifetime warranty advertising and get either the best (Hilti, Milwaukee) or cheapest (Harbor Frieght). I have over 100 Ridgid tools and love them, but would no longer recommend them to someone starting out.

I came in today and waited for a lil while to have my key keyed on a lock. Thomas helped me out and was literally about to pay for my whole lock with his own money because I waited a long time. Hands down one of the best people I’ve ever met I swear to god. His name is Thomas I’m not sure his last name but he was working at 1 pm at 1/14. A great man right there. He’s for sure going to heaven.

I ordered a water heater and washer/dryer after a burst pipe wiped out my laundry room and garage. Home Depot and their installation technicians & delivery people all worked with me to accommodate my changes in deliveries due to the pace of reconstruction. Everything went so smoothly and is functioning wonderfully. I appreciated the 18 months free financing! Every person I dealt with at Home Depot was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They guided me step-by-step through the buying process, payment process and setting up my deliveries.

I’m actually really happy that the customer service at Home Depot Home Services was horrible. They wouldn’t answer any of our questions and acted put out that we were interested in buying appliances. I ended up saving hundreds of dollars, had great customer service, and had my appliances delivered 2 weeks earlier than Home Depot would have by going with Costco. Also have an extended warranty at no extra charge. Super easy to deal with and schedule, don’t waste your time here.

These guys were awesome. Had a big job to be done and they got it done. Professional group. Super clean on the job. Can't say enough about this company.

These folks inspire trust. They are honest, do excellent work, and respond quickly. We’ve used them for years and always gotten a fair shake!

Duct and vents were damaged...A/C was not working as well as it should also had damage from previous workers...Chris, James, Mike, Alton and one other worker did a great job fixing all the issues we were having...we are very pleased with this group...we will continue to go to these guys for future work that may be needed.

Very courteous, professional and all around great group of people from start to finish. Very respectful of me, my dogs and my home. Explained every aspect to me so that I was able to understand what was going to happen.

Chris was thorough in his testing and results. We had the house and garage reinsulated and places where there were none filled. The team was on time and cleaned up beautifully.

This past Saturday afternoon, when the forecasted temperature was predicted to reach 114 degrees, the AC unit at my mothers residence went on the fritz. She put in a service call at CHS and was told they would come by on Sunday morning. She let them know that she was an elderly women and asked that they make it out that day, to which the response was "I'll see what we can do". To my surprise, about an hour later, Josh called and said he would arrive between 6:30 - 7pm. At 6:50 he called again to up date his arrival time to 20 minutes. When he arrived there wasn't much daylight left, but this did not hinder his efforts. Within 30 minutes the AC unit was repaired! Josh and Convenient Home Services were very professional and got the job done! Thank You....

Convenient Home Services came out and immediately figured out my AC problem. After my experience with their professional technicians I will not go anywhere else. They are extremely trustworthy and I highly recommend using them, you will not be disappointed.

I use them for Residential and Commercial purposes, highly recommend them for any AC use! Paul and James know what they are doing as well as the whole crew. When I needed a new AC system for my residence, they made sure I was taken care of! They Rock!
