Quit looking at other companies and hire these guys! I've never found more professional, customer -oriented , competent company than CHS. In only two days they completed all the duct work and installed the air conditioner. They left the house in immaculate condition and followed up to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work. I was introduced to Convenient Home Services because they were a provider on the SRP energy audit program. They came and did an assessment of my cooling needs. First of all they found large gaps in my ductwork that was letting large amounts of air to be released into the attic. Second they found little or none insulation in the living room vaulted ceilings. We were going on vacation and we let them come and do the repairs while on vacation. Upon returning all new ductwork was installed, plus new boxes for air exchange, 2 new intake vents for more air flow, and
insulation in the living room. Weeks ago when we hit record hot temps I noticed my office was very warm. The repairs were done 11 months ago but there was no hesitation, they came and changed flow directions and adjusted vents. Now it's working great.

Convenient came out in December 2018. They did a complete energy audit and determined that if we added insulation we would have an approximate 24 - 30% energy savings on our electricity bill. I've compared my 2018 summer Bills to my 2019 summer bills and I am using the same amount of energy. There has been no decrease in energy use at all. I'm actually keeping the air warmer, using less energy and have 1 less person since last year. I also had a new motor installed on my AC unit. I called convenient and spoke with paul about not saving any money and he suggested I call SRP to get on a time of use plan. I spent thousands and was hoping to recoup the cost in my electricity Bill's, but that did not happen. However, the customer service was good and convenient handled all the srp rebates.

You know the old saying "A real class act"? Well let me tell you, Paul Gloria (the operations manager) is TRULY a class act. In a situation I myself was to blame, Paul maintained a perfectly professional demeanor and handled himself better than I probably would have in his shoes. Admitting I was wrong does not come easy but I am so impresses with Paul's demeanor I have no choice but to tell everyone in Arizona. Convenient Home Services is a great company and I recommend them to everybody.

Paul Gloria and his team installed a brand new a/c/furnace system in my home. Quote was fair, work was quickly scheduled and completed. There were a couple of unexpected curves, but Paul handled them with no uncharge. Very professional every step of the way! Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a home and wanted to see what I could do to help drop my electric bill because it was a lot higher than what I thought it should be for the square footage of the home. I found out that SRP has a rebate program for home energy audits so I scheduled an audit with Convenient Home Services. Chris was helpful and professional. After the audit he explained everything that I could do to the home to help lower my energy bill. He was very informative and was able to explain everything to me so that I could understand the reasoning behind the recomendations. After the audit I ended up getting solar screens installed, more insulation in my attic along with installing a new AC unit and condensor. The entire crew was very prompt, respectful of my home and took extra care to ensure that everything was tarped so that there were no debris on my items. It has been a few months since I have had work done and I have noticed a significant difference in my energy bill along with the efficiency of my home. They also made it very easy to get my rebate back from SRP as they filed it for me and I did not have to go through the hassle of doing that myself. I highly recommend Convenient Home Services and I will be using them again in the future.

Convenient Home Services are a WONDERFUL company to work with! They are on the SRP list of approved home energy contractors--for good reason. Convenient Home Services is now and will always be our A/C & Heating company. On May 12th, they came to our house to repair the A/C coolant line that had been damaged by another company at my house repairing a plumbing line. Within 2 1/2 hours of calling the office and speaking with Paul, James and a member of his crew were at our house to inspect the damage and decided right then and there to repair the coolant line so we would not be without our A/C for any longer than we'd already been. We've been customers of Convenient for 16 years but even this service was way above and beyond any service we've received during this time. Do yourself a favor and call Convenient Home Services the next time you need help with anything related to your home, but especially your heating and cooling system. Replacing two a/c units is a huge expense , but we were very happy with the service provided by Convenient Home Services. Chris was very professional and worked closely with us to take care of all our cooling issues, from a/c units to repairing duct work and insulation. I would definitely recommend them to others. Our SRP bill has dropped about $200 a month this summer in peak pricing!

Convenient Home Services was a SRP referral to perform an energy audit. The audit was very thorough and identified a variety of existing issues and enhancements including replacement of an aging heat pump. Every member of their team was patient, professional, courteous and punctual! We would highly recommend them!

Convenient Home Services, Inc. is a really good company to work with. We used them for Plumbing and A/C work and both entities did very professional work. Their employees go above and beyond to satisfy and explain where necessary the job they are doing. The management keeps you in the loop as to when the crew will be at your home and how long the workmen should be there. I now know who to call when I have a household problem and know I can count on their good advice.

The gentleman named Paul when I called is was very helpful on getting me the service. I needed he did his best to get an ac tech to my home at the last minute. He also put a rush on getting me a new unit for my home. When the technician came to install my unit and came for the emergency call he was beyond polite and knew his stuff. His name was Pedro. My air conditioning was not cooling under 80 degrees, I called Wednesday after hours and had a tech to my house Thursday afternoon. Gilbert was knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick to find the issue and even showed me the part he replaced and described how it's supposed to work. It was a great pleasure to use convenient home services.

They did a complete energy audit and as a result I purchased 3 new furnace and airconditioning units plus a complete insulation package. Everything was done on time with no changes in price. The leaders and other workers were extremely professional, and always available for any questions. The changes saved me approximately $300 per month on previous utility bills for gas and electricity. I would recommend Convenient Home Services to anyone.

Our existing AC started making noise, though it was still functioning. Convenient came and evaluated what was wrong. Paul did a great job of explaining what repairs were needed. The cost was high, and well into the expense of replacing the system. Paul did a good job of explaining what our options were (repair vs replacement, and what some of the pros and cons were for all possibilities). We didn't feel pressured to make any specific choice, but were well informed what the choices were.
We ended up choosing to replace our existing system that was a little small for our home, with a newer model that is a better size for the square feet of this home. SRP gave a rebate for a portion of the install. Convenient took care of submitting the paperwork for the rebate, as well as for the manufacturers warranty. They sent us electronic copies of everything, and were really good about keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process.
I would recommend Convenient, and would use them again if needed.
