Anthony went above and beyond with the repairs on my AC unit. Not only did he re attach the access panel that came off, he also sealed the seam all the way around on both!

I had the pleasure of working with Jared from Comfort Experts today for an AC tune-up, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, Jared was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was running at peak performance before he left.

What stood out most was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right—not just quickly. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and it really showed. I feel a lot more confident heading into the summer knowing my system is in great shape.

We were experiencing a small issue with our ac unit’s condensation line and while they were scheduled to repair my neighbor’s downed ac unit, I called and they were so helpful to work us in while they were across the street! They found the cause and repaired it! We were deciding upon which company to partner with for our yearly maintenance and we have found the one! I highly recommend AZ Comfort Experts!

Had them come back as the zone damper was periodically sticking closed. Went ahead and replaced the damper motor. Connor quickly did a good job.

My only frustration was with the lack of transparency in their pricing of the repair. Took some discussion with the owner to better understand the pricing and come to a fair agreement. I wish the HVAC industry was more like auto repair which will quote you the parts and labor separately. Reduced my original 5 star rating down to 4 stars as a result.

This was the second time I used Comfort Experts and I was very impressed with Connor our HVAC tech. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem with one of our zone dampers and quickly fixed the issue.

The best part was his level of honesty. When asked if I should pro-actively replace the damper motors given the system was 10 years old, his answer was probably not given they are all working fine based on his testing. Some HVAC companies would have taken advantage of me asking that question to make an extra buck. Well done Connor and Comfort Experts in treating people fairly!

Anthony was fantastic! He arrived right on time & was very respectful. He kept me updated on the routine hvac maintenance inspection findings & work that was being done. He showed me pictures & clearly explained everything that was found & replaced. Awesome same day service as my air conditioning system stopped cooling on a Sunday afternoon when most businesses are closed. I called their office right when they opened on Monday morning and they were able to schedule me an appointment first thing in the morning, the tech was at my door. 15 minutes early and was able to get out there, troubleshoot it, get it up and back on and cooling my home all in under 45 minutes! Bravo!! This is the second emergency call I made to this company and they’ve responded with flying colors every time and provided first rate service plus even saved me some money by checking the warranty on my parts.

I can't say enough what a professional and fair company Comfort Experts operates. I originally called another popular repair company to fix my home air conditioner. The repairman couldn't give me an exact estimate or cause and said he couldn't get the name brand parts in for a week! I paid the inspection fee and then called Comfort Experts. They sent Cole over within an hour on a second opinion call at no charge. He quickly found the problem and said he could return the following day to make the repairs. Comfort Experts immediately sent me two estimates and the choice to fix one part or additionally replace another worn part as well, at a big discount. They also called me to explain the repairs in detail. Cole returned the next day and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. They also gave me a veterans discount. In over 20 years in Arizona this is the best air conditioner repair company I've ever worked with. Lesson learned. Only calling Comfort Experts with air conditioner issues. They're the best!

From the day Chris came out to give us a quote for a new AC/Furnace and to the day Miguel, Chris, Alex & Freddy completed the instillation, Comfort Experts has provided exceptional service. Hector was great and very knowledgeable. I felt like he was very honest and trustworthy. It didnt feel like they were just after my money. I will definitely be using comfort experts in the future!

Cole came out to service our Ac and thermostats. We have 5 different units with 5 different thermostats.

Old thermostats that get stuck and have a mind of their own. Basically I thought they were broken. Somehow, Cole got them all to work. He spent a lot of time getting the schedule, exactly how we wanted it..

We are a wellness center in Scottsdale and we are admittedly really peculiar about our Ac temp, I didn’t expect Cole to comply with our request to reprogram all of our thermostats but he did.

We have a 20+ year old unit and our tech, Cole made it run cooler than it has in the last 3 years. He was polite and informative about what is happening to our system. Great service and advice on what to look out for and possible options to replace the unit when it’s time. We will definitely be calling again when it is time… thank you again for everything. Great People & Service

I have two units on the roof that are not young and needed to be checked-out and serviced. These guys (Mathew) were excellent communicators, here on time and got right to it. Maintenance, and some electrical upgrades were needed, he got it done and really reasonable/fair/great price too.

We had a GREAT experience with Hector from Comfort Experts. My grandmother has been having issues with her unit for a few years now and she continued to call the same company to repair it, but it would go out again within a few months. My husband told me to reach out to Comfort Experts to help her out. Hector was fantastic. He arrived on time, was clear in explaining to her (and myself) about what the issue was. These were things that made sense to us and we were surprised that other companies didn’t actually dig into the unit to be able to find these issues. He quite literally poured his heart into this repair. He finished up around 8pm, after a long day in the heat, so my grandma could sleep at her house that night. Going the extra mile to make sure it was fully completed the same day was remarkable. In a society where everyone is always in a rush, we appreciate, value and honor the people who show up and show out! Thank you again, Hector!! As someone who has a husband that owns and operates a business, hang on for dear life to the employees that go above and beyond!

My AC shut down and wasn't sure why. I called Comfort Experts to come and have a look. I believe his name was Steve. He was very polite and professional besides being punctual. He located the issue which was behind some newly installed drywall. He went and got the new part which was a condensation pump. He had to cut into the newly installed drywall which we decided to actually put in an access point so we wouldn't have to do this again. He did an amazing job and I love that my AC is working fine and the access point looks it belongs. Will definitely be calling on Comfort Experts for additional maintenance on my AC unit moving forward.

Comfort Experts is top notch. My wife came home from work to no AC today and with one phone call we had a tech scheduled for same day.
Not only did we get on the schedule, Oscar(tech) was available earlier then scheduled(4pm). He was very courteous and was able to diagnose quickly.
Repairs and service were thorough and timely, at an affordable.

I will definitely be reaching out when we remodel and replace the complete duct system.

Had received quotes to replace my A/C system in my home that was 20 years old. I contacted Comfort Experts and Ryan came out to the house to discuss and give me a quote on my system. I was totally impressed by Ryan and what he was going to install that I hired him on a Friday and the install was set up for the following Tuesday at 7 am. That morning his team arrived on time and started to work at once. The guys were awesome..friendly and professional. They explained everything that they were doing and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up above and beyond and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this local company for their professional, friendly, and quality of work .
