My entire experience with Red Mountain Air Conditioning from Tim in the sales department to the service installers of my new A/C Unit was absolutely the best Tim was extremely informative helpful and “up front “ in all his conversations with me. The installation crew of my new A/C unit were courteous efficient and clean up after the job was immaculate. Service installers wore “booties” and face masks when they entered my home. I have been very pleased with the service from several technicians I have worked with at Red Mountain A/C, formerly C&M. I appreciate that they are not paid on commission so there is not an incentive to push unneeded parts or repairs. They are honest and willing to explain technical details in simple terms. I was very glad that I took their advice to install a safety switch 2 years ago, which worked last summer and prevented me from having a big mess and water damage in my ceiling. I would recommend this company highly!

Replaced two roof AC units. Got a bid from Tim and the installation was scheduled within one week. Got another bid on the same units from another company that was 4K over RM's bid and even though they offered to negotiate, I declined their bid.
Have to give A+ to Red Mountain on this project. Everything went exactly as planned. All courteous professional installers, all equipment functioned as planned. Many thanks to Red Mountain, I will recommend to all of my neighbors.

AC fan wouldn't spin, no cold air so I left a message at midnight on Saturday hoping just to get a response on Sunday to set up an appointment. Not only did I get a response first thing Sunday morning, the technician, Pete, was out to the house finished with the repairs and I was back in an ice cool air conditioned house before 10:00 a.m. that same morning! Excellent service, awesome technicians, and a great experience over all. I would highly recommend Red Mountain air conditioning to anyone looking for repairs or a new system. Two thumbs up!!

Recently we had a 5 ton Carrier air conditioner and furnace installed by Tim Friederich and crew at Red Mountain Air. The crew did an excellent job in tight working conditions in the attic (crawl space) and at 105+ degree temperature. Because of the narrow ceiling access opening they had to disassemble the old unit and disassemble/reassemble the new unit to fit through the available space. All of the crew were professional, courteous, and hard working. Job clean-up was outstanding. Additionally, two weeks after installation Tim performed a thorough walk through inspection to ensure there were no problems, I highly recommend Red Mountain Air.

Outstanding in every way. Tim Friederich was our advisor, knowledge crucible, hand holder and educator. Could never call him a salesman..so much more. He knows his stuff and has pictures and all. Our unit was old old old and almost dead. I am thrilled with the choice he helped us make and the service and we got financing as well . And then the guys who installed it, Rhino and Roberto. Craftsmen and professionals to a T. Clean, friendly and quiet. They tolerated our constant questions like they were happy we asked- left some always needed post its with the company logo as well. I am no stranger to what quality is from sales to install. Was an enterprise level sales manager and Director of Service for a huge Telcom company...was given the Governors award for quality and pushed the JD Powers rating two points. Red Mountain was recommended to us by our neighbor who is particular about his dwelling so I basically knew he had done his homework. I had an older system that was hot water heat and that caused some problems with the air conditioning. Since I also found out Red Mountain had done work on similar systems, I felt that they would be a good fit for me. I was not disappointed. They arrived timely, worked hard for several hours, did a great job, cleaned up after and were very professional in the installation. The system appears to be running as, or better than expected. Cooling is faster, system is quieter and I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend them with confidence.

We replaced our heating and air conditioner and had two quotes and Red Mountain had the best quote so went with them and because many in our complex have used them and recommended them. They have excellent customer service and you are able to reach someone when you call. After the work was done, the one who gave the estimate came and checked the work to make sure it was done well and that we were satisfied. Would recommend them.

Returned home via the flight from hell only to find the air conditioning had died on a hot Phoenix summer night. A portable emergency air conditioner got us thru until Red Mountain made a space for us the next evening. J.D. hauled his 'no fat' frame into our 160 degree attic and stayed there for 45 minutes fixing the issue. I expected he might not make it out but he swears after 24 years he can take it. OMG really? Blessed coolness reigns and our supreme thanks to Red Mountain and J.D. for making time for us and fixing it without gouging us. They are now members of our Service Family.

Red Mountain Technician Bill Grabill is terrific and makes certain the systems are working properly. When new filters are needed he orders them and brings with for the seasonal change of the filters.
Very diligent and discussions any issues with recommendations.

Tim Friederich at Red Mountain Air Conditioning and the whole team there are excellent to work with! I've used them for my annual maintenance on my AC units for years. They kept my very old units running as smoothly as possible for a long time. I just bought two new ones and Tim was very responsive in coming out to help us; educated us on what type of units and sizes we needed - and didn't need; explained how he was going to work the new units into the same area where the old ones had been; and followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend Tim and his team at Red Mountain Air Conditioning.

I’ve bought two HVAC systems from Red Mountain and had a repair done on a rental house. I’ve also referred Red Mountain to family members. They are straight shooters. No gimmicks. They give you a fair price and then there’s not much negotiating. John P is the rep I always use. He’s trustworthy and helpful.

I would HIGHLY recommend Red Mountain AC to anyone and everyone!! The unthinkable happened to us. On the first 111+ degree day of the Summer, on a Saturday afternoon, our main AC unit suddenly gave out. With little kids and pets in the house, I wanted to get the issue addressed right away. Upon calling Red Mountain AC, Tim answered the call; very friendly, polite, professional and considerate. He assured me that they would be out later that same day to get things looked at. Only a few short hours later, on a holiday weekend no less, JD showed up. JD quickly identified the issue and provided a number of reasonable options. We decided to put in a new unit in place of the one that had broken (rather than try and fix it). To my ongoing surprise and delight, JD committed to coming the very next day, Sunday, to install the new unit for us. As promised, JD was on time and got right to work. Within a few hours we were completely back up and running!! All said, Red Mountain saved us from a tight jam, producing a near miraculous outcome, with terrific communication and honesty and all in LESS than 24 hours!! These guys should be given an award for their excellence. If you're someone searching around for an AC provider and come across my review, take my advice, stop the search, call Red Mountain AC now, ask for JD (the best in the biz to me!) and you won't regret it.
