Jeff and his crew at Honest Air have always showed up on time, fix the problem, and charge a fair price. Spend a couple minutes talking to one of them each time and they will also give you invaluable tips to avoid a future service call. Always appreciate them when I need help!

The tech Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't push services that I didn't need. Janelle at the office was also great. I think their name stands alone. HONEST AIR and I would absolutely recommend this company.

A/C went south, the system was old. Jeff came out and gave an evaluation and the price was right (beat others by over a grand). He said his crew would be out the next day at 9. The next day Mike and Dave arrived to install the new system. They replaced furnace and a/c and were done much quicker than expected. It is so nice to have cool air when it's hotter than heck outside!! Nice job Honest Air, much appreciated.

This is the second time Honest has come to my home; the first time when my AC went out in the heat of the AZ summer; very minimal charge for parts and labor. Back this time to inspect non-functioning AC ductwork. Crawled around in a ridiculously small small and made some adjustments that solved the problem; also gave me probable next steps and potential costs if I ever want to do a larger repair. All this for practically no charge...lots of value in this visit. This company is as honest as the name and I highly recommend. I will definitely repeat as a customer.

THESE GUYS ROCK!!! Twice within a year I have had my unit fail completely, and I got an immediate, prompt, educational, sympathetic response from Honest Air. Word of mouth is big in my community, so they all go with one vendor. I am so grateful that I chose Honest over the preferred vendor. I know for a fact that I saved money! Add me to the ever increasing list of totally satisfied customers. Kenny is very professional and honest, no efforts to upsell or do additional services that were not needed. He found a hot air inlet near the filter that no one had ever mentioned before. Hopefully closing that source of hot air into the system will give the little extra boost to cooling that we were looking for. Thank you again, Kenny, for living up to the name Honest Air.

Our air conditioner wasn't working properly and it was starting to get hot. Called Honest Air on a Sunday and the technician came out within 90 minutes of calling. He fixed it quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I will definitely keep their number on hand.

I've had issues with other companies over charging me svc and parts that didn't need repairing in the past so I reached out to a community page on social media in search of honest and reliable company to svc my Ac due to water leaking from my ceiling in one of my rooms. Honest Air Inc. Came highly recommended so I gave them a call and I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. The service tech Hunter was very professional and introduced himself. I showed him what's issues I'm having and that I believed the condenser drain may be plugged and I've already tried using a shovac to try to clear any blockage but I was not able to go through my ceiling to clear the drainage unit because of narrow passage. Although i was able to get some water to flow out of the drainage. He went in and explained everything going on and what he sees. He confirmed the drain was clogged and drip pans were full of water. He advised that what I did is a great first step to take if my ceiling is leaking. He also thorougly checked for any issues or deteriorateing parts. He checked my units inside and outside to make sure everything was working fine. He explained all the process he taken to assure my unit was working efficiently and check to see if needed added freon which I normally always get charged for in the past but he said it was full and no added freon was needed. I knew for sure he was honest and this is a very reputable company and live up to their name. I will definitely go to them for all my future svc and will highly reccomend them. I know this is a long testimonial but this company deserves to be praised for they honest and thorough service.

Andrew did a wonderful job checking my 24 year old AC that hadn’t been serviced in 2 years. I told him it wasn’t cooling enough and maybe it was low on coolant. He did a thorough check and found that I needed a drainage pipe. He said it was a good AC that had served me well but by 2020 I will need to get a new one because that type of coolant will not be available! I appreciated his honesty and will definitely get my new AC from them!

I needed a new air conditioning system. I got a great quote with 0% financing for a year. I got quotes from multiple companies and Honest Air beat them all hands down. They even fixed my old unit for free to buy time for the unit I wanted. I would highly recommend.

This company is great! Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday. And by Monday early afternoon Kenny from Honest AC came out and replaced our fan motor. Fair pricing and they got out here fast so we didn’t have to suffer in our hot house! I would definitely recommend these guys!

Such a good find. I'm not an AC pro, nor am I an idiot. The quote given to me over the phone was exactly in the ballpark I hoped for.

The competitors I called in the vicinity, were literally 4 times the price for all the work I wanted done. For just an install of a thermostat that I bought online, Honest air is $25 plus the $50 service fee to come to your house (so $100 for the 2 thermostats I have). Competitors were $200 each, hahaha! Horrible business practice by the competitors. Seems to be the theme I've seen in my life between past homes and the building I own.

Honest Air, you're on to something. Treat people good, and a loyal following is more profitable than the occasional customer the other companies are trying to steal from who leave you with a bad taste in their mouth as a customer.

We had one of our air conditioning systems replaced 7/2019. They replaced it at a fair value.
We had our mini split stop working and the lights on the unit was flashing. We scheduled an appointment with them, because we had a good experience with them in the past. The technician said that the unit (5 years old) needed to be replaced for $6180.00. The service call cost $180.00 to check on (3) units.
We scheduled an appointment with another company for a second opinion. The other company's technician found a leak at the compressor schlater valve service port and repaired it and added refrigerant for $280.00.

I used this company 20 years ago on an Amana unit and it has worked great until issues lately. Hunter came out to our house and saved us 3,000 dollars another company wanted to sell us a new unit. Hunter cleaned and serviced our inside unit and gave me some maintenance tips that I had not been following through on, and it works great now, a 100.00 service charge. He said the unit could work several more years, I do plan on replacing this one as it is 20 years old, when I do they will get my business. Great job guys. I would highly recommend them.

Honest Air came out the same day I asked for help. I wanted a second quote since the first seemed astronomical. The technician was fast, friendly and told me why he fixed what he fixed. The price was much more affordable and I feel like I can depend on them for future repairs.

Honest Air is Honestly the Best! We had technician Kenny out to diagnose our system that was not cooling at all, even tho it was running. He quickly identified the issue (a leak in the outside unit) and was able to provide a quote on the spot. He was extremely professional and showed up right on time. I will absolutely use them for all of my AC services in the future.

I have had Honest Air come out twice since we bought our home. On both occasions they have been prompt, friendly and professional. A few days ago, I wanted to change my air filter and couldn't figure out where it went. (\I know, sounds pretty dumb), anyway I called and Jeff came out the next day to show me and did nit make me feel stupid. (I felt stupid enough on my own) This company is the best and I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Less than honest I called for a repair estimate. Sure enough a leak in air handler coil verified. Next step offer bid for repairs required. NOT
I was offered a whole system replacement sales pitch. Talk about a company interested in low hanging fruit.
Again I requested the expected cost of repairs. Ooh well if you want it repaired you will have to contact a different company. We won't do it.
So you call for service and pay travel fee 5 miles. Then Honest Air Conditioning refused to book and perform repairs..WHAT !
