We have used Red Mountain AC for the last few years and couldn't be happier with the service! They serviced our older existing AC Units without pressuring us to buy new systems. But, once they did recommend we needed to replace them, we trusted their opinion.
We had them replace both of our AC units. The whole process was smooth and painless. The install was efficient and quick. They follow-up after each step to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend Red Mountain Air!

I always recommend Red Mountain Air. They respond very quickly with honest, knowledgeable technicians for inspections and repairs. Repairs are done at a fair price. I've used Red Mountain Air for many years at my rental properties as well as at my home.

When it's time to replace your A/C they will sell you a great quality unit (Trane) at a price lower than competitors. Tim Friederich their sales person is very knowledgeable and works to give you a good price. I recently had to replace 3 units and am very happy with the installation and follow up. I recommended them to my neighbor and they are happy with their new A/C system as well. Red Mountain Air even handled the rebate process for me. Thanks Red Mountain Air.

Great customer service and professional, personable tech. Called mid-morning and service was completed by noon. James was extremely professional, excellent with dog "challenges" and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. He also offered suggestions to keep the system healthy moving forward. Definitely will be continuing to use this company and highly recommend!

Red Mountain Air has been my service provider since they had a local office, probably at least 10 years. Service has always been excellent including once when the receptionist talked me through a fix to prevent us freezing. With the time finally here to upgrade our freon system, I read all the stellar reviews and called them for a quote. Tim and John came by and said all of the right things, they knew their stuff and gave quotes for several systems with the appropriate pro's and con's. The prices were very good but the biggest surprise came on installation, Reno and Esteban are outstanding. They are a team that worked individually on different parts of the install, very professionally and quiet and respectfully. The job site was left secure and clean. I strongly recommend Red Mountain Air and will use them again when my second unit needs replacement.

Our A/C unit went out overnight and Red Mountain was able to come out the same day I called. The were prompt and arrived early during the expected window of time provided. Tristin was an excellent technician, explained the diagnosis and walked me through the expected repair cost and process. I highly recommend Red Mountain and if you can, request Tristin as well. You won’t be dissatisfied!

Had a great experience with Red Mountain Air Conditioning when I needed a new AC unit installed. Tim came out quickly and provided a quote that included all the necessary information to make an informed decision... and the price was right. Had the guys out within 3 days to do the install and they were here most of the day, needing to get creative with my install due to tight quarters. My thanks to Rino, Luis and Tony for the extra time and energy they spent on the job and for a job well done. Would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to have an AC replaced.

For almost two weeks I have been contacting various air conditioning service companies in the Scottsdale, AZ area and Red Mountain Air Conditioning turned out to be the clear winner. Tim's attention was quick, very instructive, and without pressure to sell extras that I did not need. I spoke to him on a Thursday afternoon and by noon the next day he had my new TRANE air conditioning unit perfectly installed for a fairly reasonable price. The team of technicians led by Jhovan did an excellent installation, and they were very respectful and efficient. I know that I cannot be in better hands. My AC unit had become a bit sluggish so I thought it was time for some maintenance. I filled out the online appointment request and within 30 min received a phone call to get details and schedule an appointment. Travis and Carter were the techs who arrived later that same day. They were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. (And bonus-- they were very dog friendly) They looked over my AC unit and air handler and came back with a detailed quote. No pressure, but since they were all ready there I opted to have them replace the failing part before we hit those 110 degree days. They tested everything out before leaving to make sure it was working properly. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

The tech communicated about 30 minutes before to confirm his arrival (which we appreciate). He was able to pinpoint the issue (failed capacitor) with our Trane system and explained the issue in terms that were easy to understand. He also made recommendations on preventative maintenance.
I would recommend Red Mountain Air to anyone in need of maintenance on their current system, or in the need for a new system.

Our AC unit, which was older than years went out unexpectedly. I called Red Mountain and they promptly sent out Tim to evaluate our situation. Tim indicated that indeed the AC unit needed repair bit it would be most cost effective to replace the unit. So, Tim determined what our AC requirements were and provided us, while at our home, with a quote on a new system. We agreed and the new unit was promptly installed 3 days later. I was impressed with both the professionalism of Tim and the Red Mountain installation team. I would highly recommend the Red Mountain Company.

Great Communication and honest up front consultation and pricing! Our 12 year old system broke From York/George Brazille 38 days after the warranty expired and and inspection from George Brazille saying everything was fine. George Brazille offer us a new system for $18,880! Wasn't that nice of them?
Red MountainAir was referred to me by a friend. I was able to but and have them install a complete new system from Carrier for under $9,000.00 With a complete warranty. RMA even fixed the platform the system sits on (included). I couldn't be happier with the result, the communication, the install and the HVAC. Our troubles have been SOLVED!

After a "to be determined" post with regard to an Issue with a new unit that was leaking from excess pipe condensation, i am here to say- Red Mountain AC has come thru for me. After a drywall issue that caused damage in a new bathroom, service personnel having to make an emergency visit and additional contractors to resolve the issue- Red Mountain never swayed in taking responsibility and offering any assistance in locating servicemen and/or in the end, covering all costs associated with the repair. This company was referred to me by a friend and i am here to say, i am so glad i decided to go with Red Mountain Air. Few companies these days put their clients first...this company does. I even got a message of apology from the owner. So it is not only those things- it is that today i am sitting in a nice cool room writting this- a room that just last year would have been sweltering because of the ac unit and lack of vents. So thanks Red Mountain- you make Arizona a place to live comfortably. Nice work!

We have been with Red Mountain Air for the last 5 years, specifically Bill as our tech. Bill is so professional, polite, kind, and a really great technician. He takes his time doing our services which includes our HVAC and Pool pump then reports back on each appliance. He changes out our filters on each visit, and you can’t beat the price when you buy the annual pkg. we are very happy with this HVAC company!

Outstanding service maintenance. Spent quality time going through our 3 air conditioning system to ensure that they are running as required by the manufacturer. Travis was extremely courteous and professional all times. He explained what he was doing and why it’s important. My AC was only putting out hot air. Called Honest Air, and they had someone out in 30 minutes. He was very honest with me and had my ac working again in an hour. Will absolutely call them again if need be.

Honest Air replaced both of our A/C's about 18 months ago. Jeff recommended the best at the most reasonable price. Since then, our utility bill has gone down about 30%. We noticed a noise from one of them, so I called Jeff. He was early for our appointment; inspected both units; told me that the noise was the compressor starting; with the high temps and humidity, they have to work harder; no mechanical proglem. He noticed that the fan was starting up just a milisecond slower than the compressor, so he installed a higher rated capacitor. All of this at no charge. Jeff strives to live up to the company name: Honest.

Very happy. Having issues with one room warmer than rest of house. Kenny came by actually early for appointment (huge points for timeliness!), went through our entire system. Offered great solutions and only charged us $50. Great guys. Was referred to them by neighbors who had a similar positive experience. Glad we called them.

Honest Air treated us with fairness and understanding..their service to us was way above what we expected as soon as Jeff heard our dilemma he came out assessed our problem and made sure we would be comfortable til the next day. Workers were polite and knowledgeable

I had called everyone when my air conditioner went out in the middle of a head wave . They were the only ones willing to help me, he even came out earlier then expected which was great because I have 5 children one of which is only 3 months old. Very friendly and explained everything, I would definitely use and recommend them to everyone .
