Honest Air has been my go to A/C servicer for many, many years. They have worked (and installed new units) on my Dad's house, my husband's old house and our new house. Jeff and Andrew are always honest, and hard working, and willing to do a great job. They are helpful, giving the best advice while being cost effective for your budget. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and only have good things to say about them. They truly care about their customers.

I shopped around for both service and a new air conditioner and Honest Air was the best price in the valley... then on top of that, they were extremely professional and everything went very smoothly. The owner, Jeff, even personally came to my house to make sure my thermostat was set up correctly and set up the way I want! 10/10

Our air handler motor went out a few weeks ago on a Thursday, after calling Honest Air and originally being told they’d be out Monday, they came in clutch and came out the next day after we told them we have a toddler and a baby in the house. Their Technician John was able to confirm my suspicions in a few minutes, and came back a few hours later with a new motor and had it installed almost instantly. He didn’t try to push us to get anything extra, or try to upsell, he was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable and just wanted our kids comfortable again. Honest air has definitely won us over for any other work in the future. They are a pleasure to work with and would recommend them to anyone

I couldn't be happier with Honest Air. They were friendly on the phone and scheduled the appointment quickly (same day) and called to say the service person could arrive early. He came in, accessed the problem, brought in his tools and took care of the issue in no time. He was professional, he explained what caused the problem and what he did to fix it. The price was very reasonable. Oh,, and he was nice to our animals. Great experience!

It goes with the name of the company, these guys are truly honest. They drove for an hour from Mesa to Phoenix and found that only breaker was tripped. They were very honest and only charged for Service fee. With us with no knowledge of AC they could have easily charged us more, but they were truly honest. I will be definitely calling them again for further service and maintenance. Thank you Honest Air !!

I highly recommend Honest Air Conditioning Inc. for your HVAC needs! I have been in the trades for over 40 years and was a business owner myself. When I became a part-time resident here in Mesa 3 years ago and one of my compressors was not working, luckily for me, I contacted Honest Air. I can't imagine any company being any better. Here I am 3 years later and one of my compressor units failed. As always they were very responsive in showing up and determining the problem. I decided to have Honest Air replace both of my 20 year old compressor units (outside) and fan coil units (in the attic). As a prior business owner, their technicians worked and acted very professional as I always wanted my technicians to do. They were also Extremely Efficient!
Having met the majority of their crew Josh, Ben, Ken, Hunter, Geoff and the owner Jeff they are all very professional and take pride in their craftsmanship. And also dealing with their office personnel, Gretchen and Janelle was equally as pleasant. So if you call anyone else for your HVAC needs.... Good Luck! If you call Honest Air there will be no luck involved! Just results!

What a breath of . . .well you know. These were excellent representatives of their company. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly, explained what to expect, showed me the materials they were using to replace the clothes dryer duct material from the dishonest air company. They bothered to protect my flooring and insisted on completing all necessary work, not just the work that was requested. The guys worked efficiently as a team. I'm grateful for their expertise.

I have used Honest Air Conditioning for over 25 years for three separate homes. They are always competitively priced, yet their customer service and professionalism is downright better than most all companies these days. Honest Air truly lives up to their name. Eric, the owner, gave an estimate, and once accepted, gave a timeline on the project completion. The crew lead, Chi, and his co-workers Nate and Angel, arrived on the day scheduled, on time, and worked non-stop to finish the project the same day. They were professional, polite and friendly. Chi kept us informed throughout the day on the progress of the work. We would recommend Honest Air with an A+++ rating. Thank you!

We’ve used Honest Air for at least a decade at two different houses and have always been pleased with the service. They really live up to their name and have been transparent and forthright in all of our repairs. Most recently, we reached out late yesterday via their website and had a diagnosis and repair within 12 hours. We cannot recommend Honest Air high enough. They are amazing.

Broken A\C in the summer was my worst fear. Talked to John at Honest Air on Saturday evening who seemed fairly certain of the problem based on the details I gave. He arrived on time Sunday morning and had my unit fixed in less than 10 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Honest Air. Thanks John!!

I found this place when I was shopping for a new system for our two-story house with two complete systems. Their quote was not the lowest, but it was within $200 or so of the lowest. I went with them because of how much the tech John explained and how patient he was with my questions. His answers all made sense, and he listened very well. When I dealt with Jeff, he was always very professional, accurate, and honest. I just had them out for a small repair to the other system I did not replace, and again had a great experience. I used the service request link on their website on the weekend, and I had a call back on Monday morning, and they were able to come out that same day. I know the name is a bit corny, but these guys are the best AC company I have ever dealt with. There, the secret is out!

We had Honest Air install a new A/C unit. They were on-time and professional. They were also reasonably priced and beat out other competitors by a long shot. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new A/C unit.

12/19/22- Called Honest Air about a concern and they sent a technician out that day. The technician explained and answered all questions/concerns. Although there was no issues with our unit the technician put my mind at ease. This company lives up to their name and has shown a high level of professionalism that is not seen these days. Absolutely love working with this company! Our unit wasn't cooling which is stressful with the forecasted 100+ degree weather. It was easy to schedule service as a repeat customer, and the phone interaction was painless. We got a same-day appointment. Hunter was prompt and responsive, taking care of our issue quickly and giving us easily-digestible tips to help us with future maintenance. Pricing was transparent for the parts and services we needed. We really enjoyed our entire interaction with this Honest Air, and can't say enough good things about our Hunter, our service tech.

I recently had a carbon monoxide scare and wasn’t sure if my handheld carbon monoxide meter was giving accurate readings. I called Honest Air Conditioning, and Geoff arrived at my home. He went above and beyond by not only inspecting my furnace but also checking my gas water heater to ensure everything was working properly. Geoff was thorough, professional, and patiently answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. I have been dealing with Honest Air Mesa for years, the owner Jeff is a Great Guy. My unit is 11 years old and it just wasn't acting right. Jeff's son made the service call and just like his Dad he's a Great Kid. He came out and found what was wrong immediately and fixed it and did a maintenance check. My unit is running like new again and it was so reasonable. If you ever need HVAC service I strongly recommend Honest Air in Mesa.

Our air conditioner went out and the next day, we had it replaced and running. The quick service was so appreciated. Hunter was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Will refer this company to our friends.

Hands down the best service I've received in a long time. Had an issue in the morning with my unit freezing up and called John's Heating and Cooling first and they wanted to charge me $3500 to replace my blower and 9 other things they supposedly found to charge me for. Called Honest Air at 1030am for a second quote. They had John out to my property by 130pm and within 20 minutes he told me the issue- being the blower needed to be replaced- and then everything should be back up and running. Cost me less than a 1/4 of the cost the other company was going to charge me and he didn't attempt to nickel and dime me for other issues or sell me on a new unit. There are still honest people/companies out there and this one is one of them. Highly, highly recommend.
