I received a quote from Geoff with Honest Air back in May, along with some quotes from a few other ac companies. I was most impressed with the technician Geoff, he wasn't pushy,. He serviced my very old unit and told me what was going on with it. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and I got the impression he was honest, unlike some of the sales reps/techs from the other companies that came over. I decided to wait until the summer was over before purchasing a new AC unit. Honest Air had the best pricing, and the crew that came over this morning, led by Jake, were nice and very efficient. I'm really impressed with this company, from Gretchen that answers the phone, to the technicians, and the owner Jeff. If you want a fair price and a great team, I highly recommend calling them. Thank you everyone for giving me such a pain free experience!

I came down from coloRADo to help my folks. 113 degrees outside and over 80 degrees inside… a neighbor recommended Hunter @ Honest Air. Hunter was here within 30 minutes. Troubleshooting and repair was an amazing 30 minutes! Before paying, he also showed me some things I could do to maintain it until our next service! Thanks to Hunter and Team Honest Air!

We just called them today to schedule an AC check up. They were very nice on the phone, the tech came out, and was very honest and professional. What a nice change from the prior companies we have used in the past. I would recommend them 150% I wish more companies were like them.

I had Travis from ASAP heating and air conditioning come out to diagnose my unit not cooling. I have nothing but awesome things to say about Travis and this company. From Jayden in the office to Travis diagnosing and fix my issue. I had a refrigerant leak in my system and Travis was able to take care of the leak and add the correct amount of refrigerant for a reasonable price with a warranty!!! I will always use Travis and ASAP heating and cooling for all of my hvac needs.

My worst nightmare my air-conditioning went out Saturday afternoon during the summer and Arizona. Not a good thing. I called ASAP air conditioning. They responded within an hour. My technicians name was Anthony. He was very helpful and kind. He did everything he could for me on Saturday to get my air-conditioning up and running, unfortunately it’s a weekend so we have to wait until Monday. No problem. Brighton, early Monday morning like Anthony had said he called me. Let me know he could get my air conditioning done for me under warranty no problem. Within a couple of hours, my air conditioning was up and running nice cool air thanks to Anthony and ASAP. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and definitely if I ever have air-conditioning problems again I will definitely call ASAP and hopefully I’ll get Anthony again. Installed new heat pump on 7/23 in the afternoon and it wasn’t working until late 7/26.

After multiple attempts to fix it, the ASAP tech told me to contact an electrician. He came out and identified a problem with the conduit from the unit to the junction box, but said he didn’t want to void our warranty on the AC by fixing it. So I had the ASAP tech come out on late night call and finally got the unit up and running.

Throughout this frustrating situation, the customer service was good. They came every time I called to try and fix the issue. They were friendly and polite. The price for the heat pump was great. They also called to check the status of the AC this morning, which was nice.

ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating is outstanding! In addition to having the best pricing, their level of customer service is excellent. Blaine took the time to discuss the bid and answer my numerous questions. They were ready to schedule the installation date sooner than I was and showed up 45 minutes EARLY for the appointment. Freddie and Francisco were friendly and knowledgeable and completed the installation in 90 minutes. Their sales follow-up service was equally kind and efficient. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with ASAP.

After shopping around for a while, I landed on ASAP Air Conditioning And Heating. I have three 5 ton units and one of them was going out right before the summer season. They sent over Shawn, who was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He let me know what was wrong and gave me my options. I opted for a new unit, as this was going on 10 years old. They gave me a great price and installed it within 2 hours. Shawn also inspected my other units and refilled the coolant free of charge. Great company and I'll definitely be using them again!

OMG. I can't tell you what a great company. I assumed since I got a great price on a brand new Trane unit that there had to be a catch ie poor service or poor customer service. I couldn't have been more wrong! They stand by the work and even fix things that were broken before they even started. In the middle of the night I called because of my screw up, they came bright and early and fixed me right up. Can't say enough. I will never call that big name company that I had been calling who wanted to charge me double. ASAP all the way.

I needed a new system and ASAP saved me thousands $. Thank you for holding to your name and great customer service. Eddie and Colton were awesome.

My air conditioner stopped cooling in the evening of July 3rd. Going into the holiday weekend I was pretty worried. By mid morning on the 4th ASAP Air had made the repair and the temperature started coming down. I was jubilant and relieved! My Independence Day celebration was saved! The technician who arrived to fix it was quick to find the problem and replace the defective part, and very professional. I recommend them unreservedly.

I cannot tell you enough how great Travis is. He showed up on time. Very personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything and showed me things that I wouldn't have ever known. Then he diagnosed a non working AC unit in very few minutes and completed the repair and checked a few other things out and voila, cold air. And for far less money than I was thinking. ASAP Air Conditioning is a very professional company with the Best price on Town.I called ASAP on Monday because my heater was not working found out the bad news that my ac unit was toast.Had a new ac unit and handler installed and running on Tuesday by 11:00AM. The installers Erick and Mike were Fast and very precise with her installation.

Had a great experience! ASAP had the lowest price we could find. They were so wonderful to work with. The Coronado brothers that did our install were sooooo professional and they cleaned up after themselves and they didn’t leave until everything was good and working properly. The Coronado brothers came out first thing this morning and did our install. They were very nice and professional. Got the install done quicker than expected. They were out of the 14 seer unit we were quoted and we got a free upgrade to a 16 seer. Great experience so far!
