We installed a new thermostat and had turned the A/C on and it was blowing hot air. I explained the situation and Bailey and Wayne were able to troubleshoot the problem and help me reprogram the thermostat to work correctly over the phone! A neighbor had used this company and recommended them. They were extremely helpful and I will be calling them with any heating and a/c help needed in the future. I highly recommend!

Wayne will tell you like it is and make sure you aren't getting ripped off. I felt like I was immediately talking to family when discussing my HVAC needs. I highly recommend him and ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating!

We had such a great experience with ASAP Air Conditioning. From start to finish, the Coronado brothers were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Our AC is running perfectly now, and the difference in comfort is amazing. We needed a new unit since our capacitor kept going out, plus the unit was 20 years old. ASAP called quickly and could install the next day. So far, we're very happy with install. The Coronado brothers were efficient and professional. They were nice and cleaned up after the install. I am pleased my friend recommended them and Discount AC. Already feel the cool air with our Arizona summers!

9/13/22 Update
We had a pretty major leak which was due to bolts being missed on the tray. We had water damage to our ceiling plus a $200 bill to fix it. Originally during install, there was a small puddle about 5” on the ceiling. I wasn’t thrilled at the time but thought everything went great. Changing this from 5 stars to 2 stars based on this new damage. I did not go with them to fix the issues.

9/16/22 Update
Shanda from ASAP called me within days of the new update. She had people coming out to look at the workmanship and take care of the water leaks. She stressed to me to call and they want to make sure the service is top notch and do not want any unsatisfied customers. Wow, this really changed what I think of ASAP and going back to them. The men that are here today are very nice and seem like they care. Looking forward to having a good working unit and a ceiling without any stains. Thank you Shanda and ASAP for caring!

We need someone to come in. Everything is damaged and this has been an issue after another. All the pieces were left open and could have caused a gas issue. My daughter has been sick the last couple of days without heat. The furnace has been all undone and the motor is out and destroyed. They left a mess. And your voicemail box is full.

They came in and helped our very dysfunctional situation and Colton went and looked at everything. Our part was ordered and got heat. I appreciate ASAP's willingness to help and be prompt and helpful. We hope everything keeps running well.

These guys are incredible. We got two new units at a great price followed by prompt service. I had a few issues that came up and they made sure to get it it right, going above and beyond each time. Even the owner reached out to assure things went well. I highly recommend ASAP air.

Got a ridiculous price on replacing our A/C - heat from Precision Air. My friend recommended ASAP Air. They installed a Trane for less than 1/2 the price of Precisions Goodman brand. The Coronado brothers installed the system and were very personable and professional.

ASAP's installers Ivan and Ricky installed my AC unit in under 4 hours and it was up and runnning, resulting in very little down time. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how they treated me and answered my questions. I highly recommend their services. Its great to work with motivated and highly professional people, which are hard to find in today's work place

I was a little nervous calling a different/ new A/C company, but when ASAP pulled up, Travis greated us with a big hello and a smile. He went to our A/C unit and quickly came back with,"I've got good news". This was music to our ears, because our A/C is older and we thought that we would be spending thousands for a new unit. We only spent less than $300 and he checked out our unit and was done in no time at all. We love ❤️ Travis and would use both in the future!! It's a good day when you save $.

Decided to replace insulation on the line from the house to outside unit. Somehow I damaged the 3/8 line …I zigged when I should have zagged 😮 5 pounds of gas dumped in no time!
I had Semper Fi in the phone called and they sent someone out. Confirmed what I said asked me what I wanted to do. I said repair it.
They said needed to pull new line etc. was on phone talking wasn’t sure on how many pounds gas etc then handed me a $3900 est!!! I was shocked.. my split system in AZ room was less. Said I’d let him know.
Saw the ASAP sticker on the unit and remembered they change the system out 8 years before…it 114 degrees out when it died!! ASAP did a great job at great price. Took a picture went to their office …. They said they would weld/braze the hole refill etc for $1018!!!
Arturo the tech came did the job in maybe 2 hours. I went to the office right after to pay the bill, was $950 !!!
