I had 2 different companies come out and give me quotes on repairing my AC, both companies quoted me around the same price ($3500), wanted me to replace pretty much everything except the unit itself. Comfort Experts came out and actually found the problem and the solution and fixed it..
I was impressed by Anthony. His knowledge was top notch. He actually listened to what I said was the problem and you could literally see the wheel turning in his head as he went to work. Super impressed, he even dropped some knowledge on me that made things easy to understand. Because of Anthony, I will be making them my go to AC company for sure. I know I can trust their word or at least his word.
It's been a long time since I was impressed by an AC company and now I will continue to use them. Thanks for the the great service. Customer for life.

Our ac/heat was due for a maintenance checkup as it was coming on too frequently. Anthony came and resolved the problem and took the time to explain our smart thermostat to us. He was very patient and informative. I am very happy we used comfort experts to install our unit and for their continued excellent service.

For my ac follow up, Connor, the service tech is the best. He is very respectful, patient and takes time to explain everything in details. It's nice when theres a ac company you can depend on and honest. The prior ac company i had, not so. I would like to have Conner as my assigned ac tech. Thx Comfort Experts!

We were in need of a new HVAC company due to problems/ineptness w our previous company. COMFORT EXPERTS were prompt, courteous, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, willing to show and explain our unit to us. They took time and did not try to oversell us. Our home is now very comfortable and moving forward, we will be using Comfort Experts as well as HIGHLY recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Their responsiveness and turnaround time is AMAZING!

I called Comfort Experts today for a second opinion on an HVAC system repair and was extremely happy with how responsive and professional the team was in quickly getting a technician to evaluate the system and provide a very clear assessment - saving me thousands in repair costs, ultimately charging me nothing since it was a 2nd opinion visit. Excellent customer service! They will be on my speed dial for future HVAC needs!!

Comfort Experts did an excellent job repairing our HVAC system. We had no heat from either of our systems during this cold snap and they came out same day! Bailey was our technician, and he was truly outstanding—kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and very informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions and it was clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Professional, trustworthy service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I needed a new A/C along with full duct install for a remodel. Tim Friederich and the Red Mountain team did an awesome job. Highly recommended.

I received a recommendation from a friend about Red Mountain Air when my air conditioner stopped working. 1. They came out when I called them and found the problem after I had called several other companies - yes, even on a Sunday. They got it going for a fair price, and offered me that discount if I ever wanted to purchase a new one. Mine was 22 years old. 2. When I wanted to purchase they sent an engineer, Tim, to evaluate my air conditioner. They looked up who had recommended them to me and commended the man on all aspects of how he investigated them and other companies and had them replace his. Tim went up and took pictures of it and shared all the photos with me. He went piece by piece, so I would understand what they would do. 3. I wanted a Trane. They only sell them. He went over all costs up front so I knew exactly what the cost was. I payed half. 4. I ordered it and a few days later Techs came and I received a new air conditioner in a day in a half. I had an "air scrubber" put on because I have a dog that sheds. 5. Tim was just here and checked all the work, went through the house to make sure all vents where working optimal, checker temp in each room to make sure it was balanced. checked on the roof to make sure all was correctly done, even checking my flat roof repairs and that the drain was taking water off the roof. He had to do some engineering to make sure that happened.
I cannot say enough about Red Mountain Air. Their attention to detail, great tech's installing, clean up, and follow up are excellent.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Red Mountain Air Conditioning (RMAC) and their team (Roberto; Junior and Luis Jr.) who replaced our existing A/C split system with a new Trane System last week (6/8-9/22). The team did an exceptional job. They were professional, well organized; very experienced, efficient and friendly. They were all a pleasure to work with on the two day job. They were also "tough as nails" as unfortunately the temps were 100+/- which make working in an attic and outside sun quite challenging. These folks handled it with ease and professionalism. A few days after the work was complete I had the opportunity to inspect the furnace install in the attic and found it to be very impressive and top quality. These days it can be very difficult to find companies with a staff of such "high caliber" folks. These three gentlemen are an outstanding reflection of RMAC and we look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

I dealt with Tim F of Red Mtn Air who was provided sound professional advise and patiently answered all my questions. Install team arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing my AC unit plus additional duct. Install team left the job site neat and tidy. Pricing was also competitive (I had three quotes). I will do business with them in the future as well.

I got to know Terry 19 years ago when I first got to Phoenix as he was servicing the HVAC for the restaurant I worked in. Naturally, when I needed new A/C for my home he was the first guy I called.

Not wanting to make a decision solely by blind faith, I did call a few others for comparison and Red Mountain stood head and shoulders above the rest. The initial visit (and the following ones as well) was friendly and professional. They took the time to discuss my options vs. other companies that tried to force their solution on me.

The installation was done professionally and on time. They checked to make sure everything was working well and followed up later to make sure things were still great. Two years later I cannot find any fault with the service that was provided and I confidently recommend Red Mountain to anyone that needs HVAC service.

Our original AC unit, installed in 2005 at time of house construction, was performing poorly the last couple of years and the SRP bill was increasing as a result. After 12yrs it was time to replace the unit, especially since my wife and I had little confidence it would make it through the 2017 summer. This was in mid-April and we didn't want to wait until the heat of summer to get it replaced.

We researched quite a few companies, had some estimates and called Red Mountain as the last one to come out before making any decisions. The sales rep Tim came out on a Saturday morning, early in the time window he gave us for arrival. He even called to say he was nearby and arriving soon. He was, professional, personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. After a thorough walkthrough and check of the current system, Tim took plenty of time to explain our system's issues and several options for new units. We settled on a unit that fit our budget and needs. What we really appreciated was that he explained upgrade options BUT did not push to upsell them.

Tim had a crew at our house for the install that Wednesday morning (3 days after the estimate). Two excellent, friendly, professional techs showed up on time and a third joined them within 30 minutes. They were respectful of our home and laid down tarps to minimize dirt, worked hard and knocked the job out in 6.5hrs (with only one short break) and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. Although the install was fairly quick, they didn't rush the job and took the time to do it well.

Tim came out a week later to ensure everything was installed properly and working well. It was! What an amazing difference the unit made in both home comfort and energy savings (cut the bill almost in half from the previous summer). The office also followed up shortly after to check that we were satisfied with the job... and we were... still are!

This company is outstanding with performance and customer service (and pricing) all around, from the office, salespeople and technicians, which is becoming more rare these days. We highly recommend them for any AC needs, whether for a new install or maintenance service.

Red Mountain has gone above and beyond when my a/c went out. From Tim who came out and gave me a quote, to the installers, and of course the office people, it was a pleasure working with everyone.
