I am a animal lover I was just outraged when I started seeing where other people had posted about the animals being abused and throw it away and left giving away back to the animal shelter and injured beaten neglected abused. I see it and cry every time I see one of those. I'm so glad that there is a place that will care enough to help these animals. We all need to have a bigger heart and reach out to help each other more even as humans but the animals need help more than anything because they are so depending on us. How people can be so cruel to hurt these animals and hurt any animal but I might have pit bulls and I don't know what I'd do if someone hurt mine. I want to thank you guys for helping all these animals want to thank you for your inspiration it makes me want to be part of the rescue of animals pitbulls mainly. I'm looking right now researching for grants to help me get a refuge built for pitbull rescue. Basically a home form until they find another one. Love you guys work thank you so much keep up the good work.

FALCON Air was wonderful! A very compassionate group. Office Manger Chris...Jake...Alex...Mickey along with the 2 guys who completed the repair today. This company will go out of their way,Alex is gone outside the box he cares about people me and wife have heart failure and have been my saving grace performance not normally seen they have sold me 2 units in 25 yrs and service unbelievable their technicians are spectacular, I remember the founder of the co before he passed he instilled in these people to go outside the box and deliver they do ,

Jake was the technician that came out, and he was a super friendly and straightforward guy. He answered all of our many questions and was super helpful! After the visit we spoke with a salesman named Alex. He gave us quotes on an AC replacement. Alex wasn’t pushy, and felt like he really cared about us making the best decision for ourselves. Overall, it was a great experience!

They were professional, reasonable and thorough. We are very impressed and grateful. Called with questions and concerns trying to work with our home warranty and multiple failed attempts with other hvac companies. Immediately they responded, came and checked, wrote up an quote and followed answering the questions our warranty company required. It was approved and they were out in less than a week to complete the work in one afternoon. Came in under other estimates and made the whole process more timely and easy than anyone else we tried to work with. Very impressive.
