I called early on Monday morning. 7:10. The woman said Jake could be here shortly, he was. We had issues on Saturday, but the system seemed ok after few hours. He checked everything out, found only a low capacitor. Replaced. He told me everything he had done, explained well. He was polite and friendly. We have used Falcon for over 10 years and have always been pleased.

Can not recommend this company enough. I called them in a panic on a Monday mid-morning and they were able to fit me in same day. The service tech was so awesome and knowledgable, was able to diagnose quickly and showed me exactly what was wrong with my unit. He had the part in his truck and finished the repair within 15 minutes. Thank you Falcon Air!!

They did a great job in both speed and price. My A/C Went out in the middle of this 2021 summer and their Rep Alex did both a better inspection and better quote than 3 other businesses. With 2 kids and rising temps I can recommend them as an include on any new installs for middle range units at value. They even got it all sorted within about a week which was impressive. Just a great group of folks here. Jake was great today. He took care of my issue quickly and listened while I explained things. This goes a long way with me. He answered every single question I asked, never once speaking in a condescending manner like some technicians I have dealt with in the past at other establishments. Owners and Managment: Please recognize and reward Jake for his representation of the company. I recommended this company to my co-worker today. Hopefully, they will call soon!

Falcon showed up on time and they were very customer oriented, knowledgeable and professional. Our new York 2 stage high efficient system was the best option or our home to lower our energy costs plus getting a rebate back from SRP was nice too. Great company and I would highly recommend them if your looking for great quality work and reliability.

We had our AC go out on one of our rentals. We reached out to sever companies. One never called back. Another wanted to install a smaller unit which later we found out, probably would not have been enough to cool the place down properly. When I called Falcon Air Conditioning, Alex answered the phone and since all of his technicians were busy, he came out to give us a quote within the hour of me calling. He is very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time explaining our options and answered the phone anytime we called. My husband and I were highly impressed with the service they provided. Their solution ended up saving us a lot of money and they even cleaned out another one of our units for free! It is so difficult to find great companies or individuals when it comes to ACs. We highly recommend Falcon Air Conditioning! I called several companies about replacing my ac system. The rep from Falcon Air was awesome. He answered my questions and was really patient with me. One thing I really appreciated was that Alex didn't try to scare me into using Falcon nor did he bad mouth the competition. That says a lot to me about the integrity of Falcon Air. The complete package they offered was great and i couldnt have asked for a better price. In fact it was considerably less price wise than the others with much better equipment and a 2yr maintenance plan included. The guys who came to do the work, Jacon and Daniel, were awesome. The didn't waste any time and they were thorough in everything thing they did. Jacob especially helped me understand how to work the new thermostat. All in all I have had a great experience and would recommend them to everyone.

From the first call to the install this company offers Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, Friendly Service and I Highly Recommend. Andrew had a complete Quote for options, Came to house while install was being done to check on things. Daniel and Trent were Highly Professional Experienced Very Nice Technicians who worked Extremely Hard in this Incredible Heat.

Falcon Air Conditioning was awesome. Alex came out to give me an estimate on a new unit and did a great job of displaying all of my options. He wasn’t pushy and was very honest on what the best possibilities were. Alex helped me decide on the best option for me at the time which was actually to wait on replacing my AC and to just fix a few parts. I had a rep come before him from another company and they tried to get me to buy a whole new unit. I would recommend Falcon Air Conditioning to all my friends. It’s nice to know that a small family owned company like them is going to take care of you unlike some of the bigger air conditioning companies out there trying to upsell you on everything. I will definitely be reaching out to Falcon again!!

Falcon Air Conditioning was wonderful! Alex came out to give us an estimate for a new AC. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful in the decision making process. The installation of our new unit was quick and painless. The installers cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and walked me through how to use the new thermostat.
