I have been doing business with Hughes Air for over 25 years. They have always been there for my A/C needs, and always professional and honest.

Mike was knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he enjoys his work. I'm definitely considering Hughes when it's time for a new unit.

I've left messages on 13 different days across a four week period and have not been called back. Hughes installed the unit years ago but when it's time to repair and use the warranty it is impossible to contact them. They did come out and tell me what was broken over a month ago but again when the warranty was brought up all communication stopped.

I wrote this review a year ago and today 2/18/25 there's a reply apologizing and asking to contact for repairs. What is wrong with this company, you think I waited a year to get my unit fixed. I'm sure the owners are familiar with me and your welcome to call if you want to reimburse or hear more about the ridiculousness of a reply a year too late

Mike was very responsive and effective in resolving my AC. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Hughes and Mike for any A/C Heating needs you may have. His service is second to none and he doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Very honest with reasonable prices.

Mike has been servicing our HVAC for a number of years now. Before Mike, it seemed freon had to be added every year. Mike located the problem, repaired it, and we have had problem-free annual inspections since. He is so professional and helpful.

Very friendly, outstanding service, and were fair in the assessment of my old unit. Very affordable on the replacement and is willing to work with you to fit your budget.

Arrived on time. Made quick work of the problem. Gave us a specific information as to what was wrong with the air conditioner. And charge a reasonable amount for this.

Had a tech come out to troubleshoot a
problem with my A/C unit. He checked
outside first, then went in the attic and said the coil up there was leaking. I was sure I had a warranty but he argued I did not and said it was only for 5 years.
Turns out I do have a 10 year warranty after I called Trane myself. I did not feel comfortable with this company so I got a second opinion the next day. They said there was no leak in the coil in the attic, but in the condenser coil outside and even let me listen to the wand beeping to detect a leak. I'm not even sure Hughes checked that coil to be honest. So Hughes would have fixed something but I still would have had a problem! He also claimed he put freon in and it should last until repair could be done, but in less than 24 hours when the 2nd company came out, it was already super low, so I'm questioning if that was even done. Looks like their reviews were good many years ago, but since ownership changed, not so much. Don't trust them! I don't like being lied to or ripped off!

I contracted for annual services with Hughes Air since they did my initial installation a few years ago. They are reliable and honest, Mike was my technician and he was wonderful!

This was a great experience from the first call to setup and appointment until my service was completed. They were very punctual and proficient. I couldn't ask for a greater experience. You definitely have earned my future business.
