Falcon came out to perform a service check on my HVAC unit in December 2024. The tech advised that I had a leak and needed multiple repairs totaling $6800 and gave me a quote for a new HVAC system. No written estimate was provided at that time. I scheduled an install then researched further and learned that Falcon's contractor's license was suspended by the Registrar of Contractors in late August. Two other HVAC service techs (from other companies) checked my system. One estimated repairs of $3300 and one at $2700 for a new coil. The latter tech advised that because the pressure gauges read normal and because the unit was working fine right now to wait until the pre-summer check and if there really was a leak, it would be evident then. According to the ROC Falcon's license upon which it had been operating for approximately 25 years is now revoked.

I just want to say a few weeks ago I had an issue with my air handler in my attic. I called Cris at Falcon. She sent out three techs to check my whole system out. I gotta tell you that Micky, Jake and Preston didn’t treat me like a customer,, they treated me like FAMILY!!! Falcon is my go to for any AC or heating issues.

Falcon air was amazing. We got seven (7) quotes from local businesses for new Hvac and we needed three units. Amazing experience start to finish! Falcon made an incredibly stressful time as easy as it could be. Everyone from office staff, finance staff to repairmen were informative, accommodating and above all, honest and knowledgeable about their work and service. Highly recommend these guys! They were able to replace our A/C at a reasonable price and work through several options with us. I appreciate their honesty with costs and work associated, and I like the fact that you don’t feel “pressured” to buy a service or get something added to your unit, especially if you don’t need it. We will definitely give them a call next time we need our annual inspections!

Will only have a/c work done by Falcon air. They were extremely helpful, courteous, reasonably priced. We had them install a smart thermostat in a 51 yr old house. Jake was courteous & fast. Definitely knew what he was doing. Excellent company!

My new home got to replace HVAC. My agent recommended this company to me and it really impressed me. Alex came to do the inspection and provided 3 options. I like Alex he is very friendly and responded all my questions super fast! I finally picked the one with 2-stage Trane. The installation was scheduled and done quickly. I am happy with my new heat pump. It is working really well.

I did my research and I got several different bids all from small companies and Falcon came in the lowest the most convenient and a few added benefits. The others didn’t offer like two years of twice a year check ups. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

We've been using Falcon for years, and they've never disappointed. The technicians are very personable and get straight to the point. Just had them out to inspect a unit before our home purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Alex and his team were awesome— on time, in-depth notes, and really knew what they were doing.

They got everything done quickly and made sure it was done right. Alex took the time to explain what was going on and gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell anything, which I really appreciated.

Our AC is working better than it has in years, and the whole process was completely stress-free. If you need AC work done, definitely give Falcon a call. These guys are the real deal! Also, during one of our last maintenance rounds, their technician was very kind to our dog and gave her pets... If that isn't a person you can trust, I don't know who is!
