I have worked with Definitive Air for over 4 years. Jaron has been amazing to work with. He has serviced my rooftop AC unit. My unit is over 17 years old and he has kept that unit running smoothly without any issues. He found parts when no one could. They have fixed my broken refrigerator too. No issues there as well. Then last summer, they installed a wall AC unit in my garage. That unit is working perfectly. The work they performed can’t be matched. The price is always right. They always go above and beyond. Keep up the great work. A++ company.

Mike replaced by A/C years ago. Each time I had an issue, he made the time to come across town to replace or fix my issues. This company is honest, reliable, trustworthy and very affordable. Absolutely couldn't be happier with the service Scott provided. We decided after listening to the builders grade unit (which was very loud) that we wanted something that was not only efficient but quiet. Scott installed a Bosch unit and i can barley tell it was running. Turn-key is the only company I'll ever use for my hvac.

When dealing with HVAC and general maintenance on air conditioners/air handlers, I've struggled with having to choose between receiving a reasonable bid or receiving reasonable service. Got a new A/C unit for my rental property. Roof top unit on a 2 story condo. The owner himself came out and did the work. Including removing the old unit and complete installation of the new one, 2 hours. Tenant's happy and so am I. Recommend! Thank you!!

Scott was great during our transaction. He was very fast to schedule the inspection, he was extremely reasonable with his quote, and very experienced. I asked him to quote me three different systems and he was completely professional. He had my install done in one day and it has been flawless. We were less than a week from start to finish. I highly recommend him!!
